Okay, let's break it down.
Feb 10 1995.
February 10 will make you a Steel type, correct.
Your birth year will put you in the #0xx indexed Pokemon.
So, we find all the Steel type whose index numbers begins with #0.
081 Magnemite
082 Magneton
There are already in order, luckily.
Normally, you have to organize the Pokemon from the smallest index number at the top, and the lowest at the bottom.
Next, we take your birth date, which in this case is 10, and count ten times.
1) Magnemite
2) Magneton
3) Magnemite
4) Magneton
5) Magnemite
6) Magneton
7) Magnemite
8) Magneton
9) Magnemite
10) Magneton
Magneton was the 10th Pokemon. Therefore, you are a Magneton!
