Yep. You use a Digitmamon to digivolve into those Mega forms.
And the Hybrid thing will turn a rookie into a random Hybrid.

I dunno, how valuable would that be to other tamers? I do claim the sunglasses, that means I get two more claims. It might be worth it for the extra 1k tp but it does me no good...by the time I get another [R], I'll be able to afford any digivolution. Pointless.
