jewel has calmed down and is watching some tv quietly. watching late night news talking about a few things mostly anythign that has to do with rebellion, as jewle starts to yawn and lays on the sofa curled up with a blanket and continues watching news " they shouldn't tal;k about it so much giving them a bigger ego...." jewel said half asleep

The next morning...
Shadow was staring out the window in the living room portion of the pent house. He did not sleep at all the entire night, not like he needed to anyway.
"Commence Operation Silver Bird...." He said.
Suddenly in a matter of seconds, a silver jet flew buy at high speeds dropping bombs on the buildings. Shadow just stood and watched everything explode.

jewel had fell asleep on the sofa the whole night, jewel hadn't heard the jet go by but when the bombs went off jewle jumped falling off the sofa onto the floor " WHA!" jewle paniced slightly " w-what on earth was that!" jewle shouted tryign to get up the shock waves form the bombs going off is enough to shake the building as jewle trys to look out the window as jewle swallow s" uh.. mr shadow?!" jewel shouted getting back to her feet and goes to the room she gave shadow banging on the door " areyou awake in there...w-whats going on"

"Hmm?" Shadow looked at the door. He then sighed a bit and ran to the door, acting as if he is in panic, "I have to get to the king! Either come with me or stay here!"

jewels eyes kinda widen a little she fell asleep in her robe as she frowns " I'll have to go with you won't I its not all that safe here is it" jewel stated making sure the robe is tied shut

jewel sighs tieing her robe good and tight frowning trying to follow shadow " w-wouldn't it be easier to call...um wait forgot if they hit the power lines there would be no phone.. sorry"

jewel shakes her head " not to be rude but how is calling his magesty to tell him about this, how is that taking this ins't your own hands? I was only sayign it would be quicker and faster then having to walk or drive threw the mess outside"

Shadow glared at Jewel and grabbed her, "Just wait." He then held out a blue Chaos Emerald and shouted, "Chaos Control!" They both disappeared from the building itself then reappeared in the castle.

jewles eyes whiden when they reapeared jewle pushed shadow away thinking he was trying something " what do you think your trying to do!" jewle shouted turning away and then relising shes not in the hotel " huh? where the? how? where the heck am I?!" jewle shouted clearly confused

Shadow glared at Jewel but then his expression turned normal, "Back at the castle... We just managed to get here safely... You were struck by some rubble fell on you." He said. He then casually walked over to the throne room.
Once he entered, Shadow noticed that Sonic was standing near the window watching everything.
"Can't believe I'm forced to stay here instead of saving them all... Those people down there looked up to me and I can't do anything..." Sonic said.
Shadow frowned, "It's unsafe for you to be out there anyway... This is a rebellion attack and you know it. They are trying to get your out there so you can be vulnerable..."
Sonic nodded, "I know...but... I can't stand this." He then looked back and noticed Jewel, "Hmm?"

jewels ears go down " oh...but I don't recall getting hit with anything.." jewel said holding her robe tightly looking a little uneasy waving lightly shes starting to feel a little ashamed sence she is in her night gown and robe

"Hehe, I remember you..." Sonic said, looking at Jewel. He then frowned, "At least you're one of the few who managed to get away from this catastrophe..." He sighed, "First the humans...and now this?"
Shadow frowned, "We should get you to safety... They will bomb this building as well."
"You're right, Shad. Let's go." Sonic said, "Is my family safe?" He began leaving the throne room.
"They should be already inside the shelter. They are waiting for you to arrive as well." Shadow said, following Sonic.
"I just hope this isn't another tragedy that I can't fix..." Sonic stopped and looked down.
Shadow stopped as well and stared, "Sonic, we have to keep going. The near extinction of the humans wasn't your fault. There are still some around."
"Yeah but they looked up to me and I couldn't help them..." Sonic said.

jewel swallows "...I don't see how I got from the pent house to here...your majesty." jewel said starting to follow but is staying behind the two " um.. I don't mean to listen in on you two or anything but....isn't it the oh I dunno the guards and squads jobs to find the people who did this?...I knwo its not any of my buisness and all.." jewle said her ears going down as she looks at the floor thinking she might have said a little to much
