Sage Mode is Kage+ level. If you mean the system we have now, thats been around since the beginning of the guild its needed to be fixed forever ago I just dont have enough info and ideas to fix it proper like. Thats the remnants of the old SY filled with OP characters to boot killing off all sorts of new members and the guild too... x.x

Character: Ichiro Mikami
Technique Name: Hokyu Mizu Nio (Replenishing Water Nio)
Rank: A
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Water
Description: the user will manipulate a water source nearby and create two large and muscular (about 6 feet in height) creatures that almost identical and resembles the benevolent kings. After being formed, they would engage their target in close quarter combat. They are highly skilled and powerful, and in addition they have the ability to stretch their bodies as well as to regenerate their body continuously when they received an attack. It is a useful technique but it could be stopped in several ways: such as the use of any Rank S technique against them, freezing them using Hyouton technique (rank B or higher) have them absorbed by a special water absorbing Doton Jutsu (rank B or Higher) the use of (Rank S) Katon Jutsu to vaporize the water, putting the user under genjutsu or just simply landing a solid blow to the user strong enough to dispel the technique.
(Note: the user could only make 2 at a time and the creatures stops moving for one post when damaged by to regenerate. though shurikens, kunais and other smaller attacks (unless has a high ranked enchantment) would just simply go through their bodies and have no effect to them whatsoever, meaning it wont be necessary for them to regenerate the damages from those kinds of attack.

Description: The name of the technique derives from Japanese mythology of a dangerous water dragon. After creating the necessary hand seals, Ichiro would place both of his hands on top of the water’s surface making several water pillars rise up from the water source. The water pillars would then feed water into the air and form a large water dragon approximately the same size as sasuke’s “lightning release: Kirin” that the user could either make the dragon shoot large amounts bubbles of water from its mouth or directly send the giant dragon to his opponent/s full force that would send a powerful tsunami like aftermath when it lands into the ground, engulfing and ravaging anything on its path. Though the technique is very powerful it has some drawbacks. A large amount of water source is needed to perform this technique and it takes 2 posts for the water to fully form the giant dragon.

First one confuses me, you said creates A twin yet it seems as if it makes more than one of these special water type clones. Can you explain it clearer? Second accepted.

Personally I think you should state they can be beaten by any S Rank technique and give them a weakness to that regeneration thing, like they are weaker during the post they are regenerating. They seem a little indestructible for someone at a disadvantage to your ninjutsu with the skills they have now ya know.

Description: This technique, inspired by the life bringing perspective of fire, allowing Hex to create a flame that more or less singes a wound closed. When preforming this technique, it can be used on the self and others, and it can also be used to nullify the nerves on a certain part of the body as to not feel any pain.

Technique Name: Genesis Bomb
Rank: S+
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Katon/Raiton
Description: In each of Hex's outstretched hands, an orb of Lightning and an orb of Fire respectively form. Bringing the two orbs together, a blinding orb of chakra is created. This orb can be used in several different ways. The orb can be thrown directly at the ground, destroying everything in a mile radius, but most likely killing the Hex if he tried that. It could be launched at the opponent from a distance, but it loses power every second it is away from the user. Always retaining its base destructive power no matter how far it is on a direct hit, only the proximity of the explosion is weakened. This justu can also be toned down to a controlled explosion, on an enemy. The possibilities of this orb of pure destructive power are truly unimaginable. The only setback with this jutstu, is that it extensively hurts the user with the pulsating waves as he is trying to control and keep the chakra in place.

Technique Name: Kuhiyose: Gate of the East
Rank: B
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Null
Description: By preforming the correct handseals, A mirror rises from the ground in-front of Hex, absorbing any jutsu or attacks coming at him. Half the chakra used in the jutsu that was absorbed by the mirror is transferred to Hex, and the rest is trapped inside of the Mirror. Can only absorb B-Ranked and lower.

Technique Name: Suzaku no Mai: Dance of Suzaku
Rank: B
Type: Genjutsu
Description: With Hex's Sharingan activated, only a glance of a finger or Hex's eye is needed to activate this Genjutsu. The victim is sucked into a Genjutsu that makes the area burst into flames. From the flames, a giant bird rises and devours the poor victim.

Description: This jutsu turns Hex's arms into giant wings of flame. The wings will be brought back, and then quickly thrust forward, sending two bird like creatures that are made out of flame, and not living, out of the wings, straight towards the target.

Character: Ichiro Mikami
Technique Name: Mizu Ketsugo Zettai (Suiton: Absolute Binding)
Rank: B
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Water
Description: A combination of different water binding techniques to fully immobilize the opponent. After making a the proper hand seals, Ichiro would either burst water from his mouth or use an already accessible water to be manipulated. Once the technique is deployed, the user would guide the technique’s direction as it sneakily creeps down on the ground to take down its target, the water would become super sticky that would glue the target’s body upon contact and in addition the water has the ability to create several tentacles to reach its target and to add more power to the bind, preventing the caught target unable to move for 5 full post no matter how strong they are.
Like every technique this one has its draw backs. the user would be stationary in one place upon doing the technique, In addition he has to hold the hand seal on his hand to be able to manipulate the water’s direction restricting him to do any other hand seal while the technique is on its move towards its the target. but once the technique create contact, the user could let go of the hand seal and begin moving.
(It takes rank C amount of chakra to guide the water towards its opponent and it would take in another rank C amount of chakra to bind its target in contact. meaning that if the attempt to capture the opponent failed, the chakra cost would only be equivalent to rank C technique.)

(the concept is like Nara clans shadow binding technique though it was originally inspired by an empowered combination of “Water Syrup Capture field and Water Chains”)
