If you make it private, and only 2 people see it, that won't increase the number of literate people who join, it will decrease it, and possibly yield NO literate members, seeing as there are more illiterate members, than there are literate members. Sorry if I didn't make sense, but now I do. Here you go.)) ((It makes sense now but the 1/5 person could join this guild. )) ((Yes, but the odds are HIGHLY against you.))

Name: Noah Matelski  Age: 16 Gender: Male Appearance: Noah is about 5'11'' and has a lean body from being on the run most of the time. He has pale blue eyes the color of ice and has tan skin with short night black hair that goes to his ears. He also has an eye patch over his right eye from an encounter with a particularly vicious harpy. Mortal Parent: Unknown Skills: (Ermm...ill come back to this) Weapon(s)*: No weapon for now. Biography:Noah was left at the steps of an orphanage on the day he was born, there was no letter no note, simply a thin blanket wrapped around him. Being the youngest at the orphanage at the time the kids picked on him growing up, they came to regret it though when one day Noah began to swing back at the other kids and found he was actually good at fighting. One day however he got that long awaited call that he was going to be adopted. It was a strange man that had chosen to adopt him. Noah found it almost impossible to see his face but the owner of the orphanage saw nothing wrong. Noah was signed over and taken to the mans car, however they didn't go to a house they stopped in the middle of an alley way. When the man turned around to look at him Noah saw he only had one eye. The cyclopes then attempted to kill and eat Noah but he managed to escape. He was on the run from various monsters that were attracted to him for 3 years until one day while trying to steal some food he ran into a Satyr who took him to camp. Likes: Music, spicy food, making things, swimming, night, fighting. Dislikes: Being bored. Also, making the forum private wouldn't be a good idea. Because if you do the math, there are like 15 people in this guild who post a lot, and are truly literate. There are about 80 members, and of the 15, only like 7 of them really post. So you're looking at 7/80 being active literate people. If you decrease the number of people who see it, you increase the number of people who join, and doing that decreases the number of literate people as well, whereas if more people join, then there are more literates, and people who can't speak or type correctly, like the "literat" guy, they can get banned. Also, the Ban-Hammer term can only be used by WoW players. Because that's where it originated. It should also only be used if you've ever been banned, but it extends to mostly all WoW players, Gaia is kinda a stretch. As for donating the 5-6 hours it took to find that picture, my point still stands: You should be ashamed of yourself.)) Her father, devestated after being left by his goddess love, was a deranged and violent man. He punished Ana for being overly intellectual, and discouraged her academic success. When she was 7, her father terrorized her and she couldn't take it any more. She lost control of herself and unleashed a psychic blast from her mind. Her father lay there, and she ran away, seeking refuge in the rustic farmland and orchards of the North. Since, she has been nomdadically romed Northern New York, teaching herself advanced subject matter and further increasing her knowledge at libraries. However, she was often shown kindness by a librarian woman with blonde hair and grey eyes. When she left the library, she was attacked by a monster for the first time. She quickly tried to escape, although she was cornered within an instant. Her anger got the better of herself, and she blasted the monster with a psychic blast. Later, she met what she would soon find out to be her protective satyr and that is how she wound up at Camp Half Blood.

Biography:
Before going to camp, Althea's schooling is very admirable due to her consistent top grades despite her Dyslexia. With her father as a professor, Althea had a assistant with her at all times when there is a need to read english sentences. She proclaimed that she could read Ancient Greek so her dyslexia wont bother her too much. Aside from that, she only had a few friends and those were her fellow honor students. Her Father wouldn't allow her to have much friends. Now She's here in Camp, hoping to have new friends that she can keep, without her father tolerating her from making friends.

((Problem is, last Guild was private, and only like 7 people RP'd in it. It's better to have groups, because that way, there are less literate people, who show a mild-low level of literacy, to RP with other low-mildly literate people. And the people who are literate can RP with other literate people. It's like saying you should be kicked out of school for not being smart. No, the stupid people, who give no effort and don't try, get into classes with other people, who don't try, and the smart kids, take Honors or AP courses. However, much like this guild, if your intellectual level is extremely low to the point where it is hard to cope with, or literacy is low in this case, then you are transferred to a school that can focus on that, or in this case, banned. And Lol @ Halo comment. WoW origins > Halo Legacy. Halo is falling apart now.))

I said "Psychic" for the lack of a better term. Psyche= mind, ic-pertaining to. (And to adress the other comment) The Percy Jackson series is rather vague about the abilities of Athena... For all you know, she could have attacked with mental energy... And I'm just trying to be original here. :/ I can create whatever character I feel like. If it seems to unrealistic, I would be glad to revise/and or create a new one.

And no where in there did I mention "mind lasers." The ability was kind of a psycho-kinetic blast that was able to destroy the monster, simply because it was a weak monster. It's not as if it's an all powerful attack- Think of it like being pushed very, very hard, with one's mind.
