Blade heard where they were going so he ran away from the group and went to the Tea Shop and stood outside he brought out his little piece of metal and started bending it again.

 It was tough getting through all of the security. He had to show that he wasn't a Fire Nation spy and that he really was a Waterbender. Finally though, Kaito was able to move through the outer wall and onto the monorail which would take him deeper in.

Akio turned slightly and saw Kaito. He looked oddly familur...but he shrugged it off.

Kaito recognized the man the moment he turned to look at the young master Waterbender. There was no way... the Prince, here? Of all places? This was too easy. Slowly he moved through the crowd, forming a tiny icicle in his hand from the water from a nearby bucket. After it was fully formed, Kaito approached the Prince from behind.

She gestured for her sister to drop back in the crowd, and flanked the man, intent on melting the icicle in his hand with a flick of her wrist. She stopped, watching the Prince react. But that didn't stop her from melting the icicle.
