Nope, you don't need to wait until you have more Soquili before getting a teepee. It only takes one Soquili. You roll the basket's stats and PM the mule account as well as trade 100g to have yours made.
Have you made a plot thread to find a mother figure?

I thought your Soq had to be full grown in order to have a Teepee o wo;;
I should make a plot thread for me little Cookie X3 But I dunno how I'd express the plots without knowing its gender o wo

Nope. You can roll for stats when you first get the basket and get a teepee with just a basket as well. If they put a limit that you couldn't get a teepee until the child was grown, then their RP time as children would never be counted if you're going for the stats.
