Hey, my name is Cassandra, and if you can't already tell, I'm a student of Japanese. My birthday is January 14, and I'm 18 years old. I adore japanese culture and actually hope to teach Japanese in America and English in Japan, aside from accomplishing my one dream - to become a rock star/opera singer/vocal artist!
I've been singing since forever, and I've wanted to become a professional singer since I was 4. I would love to be either a rock artist or an opera singer. Aside from singing, I'm trying to learn piano/keyboard, I paint, draw and design clothing. I just love the visual and performing arts overall.
I enjoy music by Evanesence, Linkin Park, Malice Mizer, Moi Dix Mois, Gackt, Dir En Grey and Utada Hikaru, Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance, and The Cruxshadows, among others. These artists and others are great inspirations to me musically and sometimes in other areas. I love Mana and Gackt. Video game music rocks as well. Daisuke Ishiwatari (the creator of Guilty Gear) is awesome when it comes to music. I bow before Nobuo Uematsu as well.
I love video games, anime and manga. Enough said.
I've had an interest in EGL and lolitas for a few years now. I enjoy gothic and punk fashions- I love expressing the darker and wilder side of me in my outward appearance. Eventually, I discovered lolitas and I fell in love with them. The fashions are beautiful, and I already have a somewhat lolita attitude and mannerisms, according to a few people. I'm not sure where I would fit in on the lolita spectrum. I love black and deep, hot pink combinations, and various shades of red and purple. I could actually picture myself all across the board - punk loli, egl, ect.
I want to expand my horizons on lolitas in general and I hope to become a more active lolita where dressing the part is concerned. I'm already looking for a seamstress in my area to bring my Lolita dress and kimono to life for my senior prom.

Hello everyone!
My usernamename is AnimeTemptress, but you can either call me AT, or Haru. I'm am 15 years old, and I was born on August 3rd. I live in New York. I only joined yesterday, but I'm trying to be active in this guild.
I actually don't wear lolita, and I don't act it, but I'm still trying. It might take awhile though.
Some of the things I'm interested in is: music, reading, writing, Japan, and animals. I dislike homework and people that are very annoying.
Now lastly, a little about me:
I'm incredibly sarcastic, and sometimes a little mean without realizing it. But people always think that my sarcasm and mean-ness is funny sometimes. (?)
I am also a music junkie, and 3 days without music seems like the end of the world. [I've only gotten by with 1 day without music]. The type of music doesn't matter, because I like just about everything. The language doesn't matter either, because I have songs in English, Japanese, and Spanish.

Heya everyone ^^
I'm Kandi. I joined on March 18th, 06' ninja Today. I'm 14, 15 in December, And still go to high school, year 10. I live in Australia, Wa, Perth. Some of my hobbies include; Drawing, Anime/Manga, Music, Fashion design, Learning Japanese, Play games, Dancing, Swimming, Draw Pixel Art, plus way more.
I first was introduced to Gothic Lolita, from the Manga, Princess Ai. I absulutly love that manga series, and i love all of Ai's outfits. I did abit of reserch, and yeah, love the whole style. I also love Japanese Street fashion, and want to see if i can make some Leg warmers, and gloves. I'm always up for new ways to be differant and unique~ <3

hm, lesse.
i'm a sophomore in Poudre high school, and i love to draw.
all the time... i'm on some art sites, i'll post them later.
anyway, i love anime and manga too.
video games are awesome. favourite series is Zelda.
also music. lots and lots of music. my favourite band is AFI, because they're godly. i like a lot of J-Rock too. probably my favourite is Malice Mizer, because they're also godly.
i think i really got into the EGL style when i really started listening to more j-rock. i knew of the style and i really liked it and all that, but i didnt know what it was called and such. i love to draw it. it's so pretty. EGA is fun to draw, too. i really don't wear either, because i can't find any clothes around here... i could sew them, but 1) i'm not the best with needles and 2) our sewing machine seems to hate my family now...
ah, that's about it for me! ^_~

My Name is Jeanette. However, Most people know me as Shinku.
I am currently 14 years old, and will be turning 15, on August 6th.
I am currently a freshman at Las Vegas Academy. [Just thought maybe you'd like to know.] And I am currently a Japanese Major.
I have a huge interest in the overall culture of Japan. Fasion, Music, Food. [Guilty confession. heart ] and all other media and such.
I love the japanese animation, otherwise typically known as Anime. And I would say my top 3 favorites are Shoujo Kakumei Utena, Air TV, and Rozen Maiden. heart
I as well, am a huge fan of Video gaming. Anything by Squaresoft. [Now known as Square Enix] Is my fandom.
The majority of my music interest is anything from Video games or anime [Okay, I admit it, it rules my life.. sweatdrop ] However, I am also a fan of almost any other form of music.
I read as much literature as I possibly can with my some-what hectic life style.. One of my favorite stories is Through the Looking Glass, by the ever wonderful Lewis Carrol. I am a fan of the Creator of The Da Vinci Code [Dan Brown] as well as I'd like to get my hands on "Lolita" just to see what the big fuss is about.. sweatdrop
Alright.. So, I apologize that this is getting so long..
I currently do not dress Lolita. I wish I could, however due to my salary income [:: cough :: None. :: cough ::] Its a bit troublesome to do. As soon as I can though, I'd like to do a bit of a neutral ground look between EGL and ESL. I like wearing black. But, I am no where close to ever going completely industrial. So, I need to find a nice middle ground. heart

I am in the first year of Design college.
As soon as I finish my English course I'll start studying Japanese. I like reading about Japanese culture in general, and one of my fave parts of it is, of course, Lolita fashion! whee

My user name is Tank_Girl_9176 *duh*, but my real name is Sarah. I used to live in Gulfport, Mississippi, but Hurricane Katrina changed all of that. I now live in Irving, Texas, about 20 minutes away from the heart of Dallas, and I heart it! Texas is so much nicer.
I'm an artist, and I have been for all my life. I started with three-legged ponies and now I'm up into Anime-esqe, Photo-Realistic, and Photomanipulations. Soon I'll have some of my stuff posted...once I get another scanner. One of my old roommates is showing me how to sew, and I'm really excited! It's something that I've always wante to learn how to do. I used to play violin but had to stop because it got too expensive. I'm also a music nut. I listen to almost everything, except modern Christian music. It's just too cheesy for me.
I'm 21 years old, and I was born June 17th, 1984. I'm friendly, out-going, and enjoy meeting new people (*sounds like a singles add....*). I work at a call center in Grapevine, Texas doing customer service for CompUSA. PM me if you want to talk, or if you have any questions.

I've been into GosuRori since I was a freshman in highschool, but I've only been able to wear it for about two years now. I love manga, j-rock, 80's metal bands, sewing, my cats, reading, art in general, and all sorts of stuff. I hope to be a fashion designer one day. Don't know what else to say...

Hi! My real name's Amanda. I just joined....today! I'm 13, and I'll be 14 on May 4. I'm from Williamstown, New Jersey. I'm kind of shy, I guess. I love music (My Chemical Romance and Fall Out Boy are my favorite bands.), and I wanna learn to play bass. I like mostly everything except for rap and country. I also love animals, Corpse Bride, computer games, and reading. I'm a HUGE Harry Potter nerd. I love Victorian and Lolita stuff and I'm interested in learning more about it!
