Alex looked up at the sky. "Don't worry, guys. I'm fine. I'll be back with you some day, but for now, I'm stuck here. I'll make the most of it."

The little Dragon heard the music and rushed out of the door.
"Wait no! Get back here!"
Violet followed the thing down the stairs with a almost flying motion but was too late. Her little Dragon was already at the couch watching Desert wodering how he could do that.

Desert was lost in his music as his body started to move with the tune. He didn't pay any attention to the small creature as he moved. Taking his mouth from the blade he sang. "In the melody I see, harsh as the winds blow, I sing from my many voices, long I play it so." He kept whistling through the sword and stopped when he reached the end of his tune. "Ahh well that was refreshing, I might as wel..." He looked down and saw the creature.

Violet ran and picked up her little Dragon, "I'm sorry Desert this is mine, she won't hurt anyone I swear...." Violet was trying to get a better hold of her little Dragon as she wiggled and tried to get free of violet's arms.

Desert looked at Violet and then at the small dragon. Smiling at her, he put his lips back to the blade of his sword and played the same tune to see if it would make the dragon happy. Then he started to dance a bit as he played.

As soon as he started playing the Dragon stopped moving like it was under a trance. Violet placed the Dragon down and it moved to Deserts feets. The Dragon was going around in circles of Desert as he played and moved. Violet was shocked at the site of this and took a spot on the couched and watch her little dragon behave around other people. ~They can't be that great can they?~ Violet looked up and Desert and had to smile it was can of good to have some sound running though this forest instead of the nothingness.

Desert kept playing and picked up the dragon with his free hand and placed him on his shoulder. He took his lips away from the blade. "Cute aren't you?" He smiled as he played a bit more then took a seat next to Violet and put his sword away. "I think it likes my music." He smiled at her as he placed the dragon on her lap.

As Alex stands outside, he begins whistling a song he had learned on Xenix. He never remembered the words, but the tune was as vivid in his mind as if he was hearing it played. As he whistled, a blue figure appeared from the sky. "Could it be...?"

The Dragon licked Deserts hand and laid down in Violet's lap.
"That's... I don't even know what to say, she never did that before to anyone."
Violet stared at Desert wondering what was special about him then it hit her. The Dragon was the first to move. It rushed to the door and almost blew flames. Violet opened the door to see what she felt. There was Alex standing in front of a blue glow.
"Alex what is that?"
Violet steped towards alex ready to fight.

Alex stuck his arm out slowly, letting it land on his arm. He slowly ran his hand down its back, almost in tears. "Nice to see you again, Zephyr." Zephyr gave a gentle chirp in response, nuzzling her beak against his shoulder. He turned to Violet, showing her his blue phoenix. "This is Zephyr. Don't worry, she's fairly gentle."

Violet still looked like she was ready to fight. Just then her baby dragon walked over to Alex. It moved it's wings and flew up to the bird, looking at it's color. Violet wasn't to sure if to stop her dragon or not she knew her dragon would't do anything. She had to admit it was full of color.

Desert appeared next to Violet and smiled at the bird and dragon. "You know, where I come from, these creatures don't even exist. Though, seeing them now gives me good enough reason to believe." He chuckled at bit as he took a closer look at the two of them. The dragon was still small but very fierce while the phoenix was beautiful but very strong minded.

"Zephyr's been with me a long time, and she's helped me a lot in my journeys. Phoenix's do have healing powers, but blue phoenix's have both fire and ice abilities. There are other color phoenix's, too, but this is the only phoenix I need with me. Isn't that right, Zephyr?" He smiled as he turned to her, and she gave a dignifying nod, flying off his arm to grab a snake with her sharp talons.

Violet let out a gasp as she watched the bird. Her little dragon following the bird very closely and then spotted a snake close by and following it. Her dragon blew a little fire at the snake and scared it away it came walking back with it's litlte head up high like it just did something important. Violet laughed at her little dargon and picked it up. "My dragon is more like a suck up" Violet smile tenderly at her dragon.

"Ahh so you guys want to play who can catch the most huh?" He smiled as he pulled out his sword. "Alright then, work fast." He whistled against his and the wind looked like it was dancing with the music. As he kept playing a slithering sound could be heard in the bushes. Suddenly garden snakes came from every bush in the dozens. Desert stopped playing and looked around then at the dragon. "Good luck." He took a seat in a tree and smiled as a snake wrapped around his arm. He scratched the top of its head and smiled.
