Leon suddenly felt a rib snap. When Ami pulled him into a hug it applied just enough force to snap his already fractured rib. Leon screamed louder then he ever had before. He Leaned forward almost knocking Ami down from the pain that was shooting through him. He wanted the pain to stop. He screamed louder and fell on the floor crumpled in pain while screaming the whole time.
DO SOMETHING! STOP THE PAIN ITS KILLING ME!! HELP ME!!!

"Oh my god, Leon! I'm so sorry!" Ami said, picking herself up. Tears were forming in her eyes as she dumped the contents of her bag onto the ground. She searched through the bottles until she found some painkiller. She took it and gave it to Leon. "Please, don't die on me!" he begged him, but mainly talking to herself. She wondered how the heck she was supposed to make this better. The hospital! Maybe, just maybe she could take him there. No, then they'd find out about the werewolves. Think. Think. Think, dammit! she screamed at herself.

Shayla, who had gona to sit on the couch, pressed the pillows over her ears. 'Its so loud!' She thought, her head throbing. "God damnit, someone knock him out!" Shayla yelled. When no one did, she got up and stared at Leon. Glaring, she kicked his head. "He just broke his rib, didn't he? He'll be fine." Shayla grumbled, hoping he was knocked out.

All this moving was snapping the other broken bones in his body making the pain worse. Leon was convulsing from the pain. He just wanted the pain to stop. May had wandered off during the night so she couldn't help him. Leon begged for the painkillers to work faster. They weren't takeing effect yet. Shaylas kick didn't help him. Leon couldn't take it and he pushed Ami off him. On the floor Leon was shifting between Wolf and human in quick succesion that he had no control over.
I CANT TAKE THIS DO SOMETHING!!!! KILL ME!!!

Ami waited until he was in human form and then jabbed him in the back of the neck in a place that would make him pass out painlessly. She watched him fall into unconsciousness, holding a hand over her mouth to keep herself from howling her heartbreak. There wasn't much she could do for him, but she had to do something. She picked up the last few rolls of gauze from her backpack taking the opportunity when he wouldn't feel pain to set the broken bones. She finished, now out of gauze. Please work she prayed silently.

Leon was shifting uncontrollably from form to form. When he passed to his human form he felt something strike him on the back of the neck. Everything went black and the pain stopped. He was aware of himself being bandaged and some bones stopped hurting as bad. He prayed he would be ok for Ami's sake.

Ami laid next to him on the ground, waiting for Leon to wake up. She hummed quietly to distract herself but she felt guilty and sad. She thought of her alpha's promise. If you ever find a mate or a pack, I will kill them. Then you will know my pain. That's what he had said. Is this your way of getting back at me? she asked silently in her head.

Leon slowly woke up and found Ami laying next to him. He waited for wave of pain to hit again but it never came. He figured between the gauze and the painkillers, his pain had be suppresed. He saw Ami looking sad.
Ami! Are you ok? I didn't hurt you did I? I'm so sorry. What's bothering you?
Leon try'd to sit up but he gasp'd in pain and fell down again.

"No, I'm okay." Ami said, smiling, but her eyes still looked sad. She didn't want to bother him with her own troubles. "Do you need anything?" she asked, focusing now on getting Leon better.

Leon noticed how Ami lied.
No I'm,well not fine, but I'm ok right now. Are you sure your ok? I know you're lieing, what's bothering you. I didn't hit you did I?
Leon sucked in a deep breath gasped as he tried to sit up but was in too much pain to make it. He felt horrible for making Ami worry.

"I'm serious, it's nothing to worry about." Ami said quickly. She quickly inspected him and then looked surprised and confused at the same time. "Um...Leon? You have a tail." she said, trying not to laugh. It made him look a little like Mayla. She finally burst out laughing, falling over. She knew she shouldn't be laughing, because Leon was in pain, so she tried to put on a straight face.

Leon thought Ami was just making a joke he didn't get so he just stared confused. Leon checked though. He turned his neck saw he had a dark gray tail!
What the hell? What happened? It must've happened when i was switching so rapidly. I hope that was the only side effect.
Leon stopped for a second and try's do see if he could control it. After a little expieramentation he could control it naturally. He wasn't sure how he felt about his new tail, but he knew one thing. It was fluffy.
How stupid do i look with the tail? Was that the only thing that changed about me?

"Well, you have some ears too. You know, wolf ears." Ami said, beginning to giggle again. She slapped her hand to her mouth to stop herself. When Leon asked about himself looking stupid she said, "You don't look stupid! the tail is... uh... cute." she said, trying to find the right word. She scratched her head and stopped giggling. I wonder if that's the wrong thing to say.

Leon instantly panicked again. He had wolf ears too? They looked natural on May but they would look wierd on him. His tail looked cute? What did that mean. Was it in a good way, like she liked it on him or was it bad. Leon handed Ami his sword.
Here Ami, while i cant feel pain cut off my tail please, i must look wierd with it and i dont want to look wierd. Do it fast and get it over with please.
