Chinese- There's a lot of resources for learning Chinese in my area. Plus, I've been fascinated with the language all of my life.

Swedish; I'd be able to speak to more people, for I know more people from Sweden, than Dutch.

Japanese. Especially tempura... and I get tired of everything being slathered in peanut sauce in Thai food.

Honestly, have never heard of either and may have to look them up.
Have a messed up Chinese/Japanese tattoo (IE: nonsense character, written backwards/upsidedown/sidways, gramattically incorrect, wrong meaning, etc) or a really ugly one?

Both sound fun. But probably, I'd probably just pick safe country, and learn the language. Unless its French.
