...waaaaaaaaait, so all this time I've been trying to figure out how to work in my relationship and epic KABLOOIE with Evan (who had his posts deleted off the face of existence btw) so that it fit with the "been going on since January 2010" scheme, AND I COULD HAVE JUST MADE VAGUE REFERENCES THE WHOLE TIME!? xd Hai party, sorry I'm late!
Yeah there's the chance of the whole KABLOOIE not being a permanent relationship status, but that's something that can be worked out later if somehow miracles happen, which I doubt but hey! A girl can dream! *is pathetic*

HA ANNOUNCEMENT While I'm not particularly fond of the mass effect, everyone with a Trinity Charm would have heard the pained shout from Ajora in the most recent hellaciously long ATE due to his bond with James at the moment. Even if you've supposedly tuned out the charms, this would have broken through. In case you want a TL;DR for the ATE, all you need to know is that for a few seconds, Ajora released an agonized scream. If you want to confuse it for Kyle, try and ignore it, do a dance, whatever, I just want to clarify that everyone would have heard it.

HA ANNOUNCEMENT Recently, Ajora was a bumbling idiot and awoke some really creepy slumbering things related, in some way, to Darkness. And then every villain-type character was supposed to get a message from said creepy slumbering things. No, not just Replicas, but pretty much every Dark Walker. The only people who would have gotten a special talking to would be Dark Walker Earthlings, as seen in the ATEs with Nicholas and Louis. Now, some of you may be wondering what the hell that was all about. It mentioned a power boost, but never what. Well, all Dark Walkers (now Black Chosen, I suppose?) have a large amount of Status Immunities! Ten, to be exact, and that's not including any you may choose with Passives. And if a Dark Walker/Black Chosen happens to have a Boss Form, those Boss Forms have a total of 14 immunities (which may, if you wish, differ from their original 10!). With this development, we ask that anyone who plays a Dark Walker/Black Chosen please tell the mods (publicly, in the Audition thread, or privately, however you choose) which immunities you'd like. For a list of Ailments, see this list. Things to consider! If two or more ailments are listed with the same effect (Silence/Fog, for example), they count as a single ailment (generally speaking).
RESTRICTION FOR NORMAL FORMS:- In your normal form (with only 10 immunities), you may only be immune to half of any one category. That means only 2 Very Easy, 3-4 Medium, 2-3 Difficult, 2 Very Difficult, 2 Game-Winning, and/or 2 Game-Breaking.
I would personally like to make the disclaimer that this is not a flaw-free system. We're trying something new, and as such there will likely be bugs or kinks that we have not foreseen. As such, consider everything tentative and not permanent. The immunities will be listed as an additional passive, known as Gifts of the Chosen. As such, if posting in the threads, do so as such: Gifts of the Chosen- is immune to the following ailments: .

EDIT TO PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT:
A new limitation has been added for 'Normal' forms so as to leave a bit of variability (and make sure not every villain was suddenly immune to the worst ailments xD). It's in the list of things to consider, bolded.

In case you don't get it from my not-so-subtle jibes as Evil!me (which are totally in character), the characters abandoned on the Flying Dutchman are freakin' bored. You dumped them off there with no canon to interact with, no one to talk to in order to get more of the scoop on your new-evil-hire handbook, what to do, what's going on, or nothin'. 'Here,' you said, 'here's a ship with sooooooooo many interesting things to do on it.' Evil!Amy is the only active character on the entire ship. Even if the others /were/ active, there'd be nothing to do. It's no wonder they're not active! What's there to say other than ' piddled around the ship.'
Could we ask Kuro Oni anything? Or would he be all "Yar, I'm a pirate" and then we'd be bored again?

After all, it's our job to develop meaningful and entertaining character interaction for your enjoyment. How foolish we've been to forget that it is also someone else's job to develop plot and direction for your character that makes your story worth while. And... well... I'm just severely disappointed in the guild for not approving a non-replica character for you to entertain yourself with during bad guy down times. After all, these are all our problems. I'm sure someone will remedy your concern as soon as they can. I hope you can find the patience and understanding in yourself to forgive our mistake. In the meantime, feel free to seek out your own solutions. Have a wonderful day~ heart

Rhiko, you have, like, no tact. XD
Edit: You're not even a mod. O_o
I'm not being lazy. It makes sense for a new batch of new replicas to have some sort of direction, but instead we were sent aboard a ship and expected to wait. I've been making posts, butthead, and they've been aimed for some kind of interaction with the other replicas, but so far no one has bitten. Anthony's replica has just recently interacted with me. Otherwise I've been making posts and other people have been inactive. I would have started a conversation with John's replica, but he wandered off, and he's not active enough to start one with. I'd start it and he wouldn't reply for a week or two (I love you, Pie).
Seriously, man, I don't know where that came from. ._o Stop being an a*****e.

Yes, I'll admit the sarcasm is a bit much. The Speak-Out is supposed to be for constructive conversation. Moving on...
You could get Kuro, yes, or even Davy Jones- he's there, too.
Besides that, I'm not quite sure who you're directing your complaint at-- Ajora, or real-life-me. I didn't send you there, he did. You weren't listening to me, you were listening to him. And just as easily as you could listen to him, you could not, and go off on your own for a bit. There's nothing stopping you except yourself here. They have a direction-- they're going to help (or be there, at least) for the fight coming in the morning.
Pretending for a moment, however, that you're directing your frustration at myself, the RPer, there's not much for you to do. The plans, even in the movie, were to strike in the morning. Davy and Cutler are waiting for that. As for Atlantica, the only people who know its exact location at the moment are Ajora, Laan, Nicholas, and Elleon; unless, of course, you wanted to go searching-- no one said you couldn't except Ajora (though, did he really say you couldn't go off and explore...?), and it's not like you have to listen to him, he's just another Replica.
To be perfectly honest, I'm really just waiting for time-skip material, and the only things stopping me are the Louis-Ajora conversation and the Kyla-Joe conversation. The former is literally about to wrap up, and the latter probably won't take that much longer anyway.

It was directed at the HA mods as a whole, Kyle.
Edit: No one told me there was going to be a time skip. Why didn't you tell me that when we were on Skype, talking about how the Dutchman was just gonna heal itself over, and my not-so-subtle hint at being bored? I assumed, with all the activity going on with the other replicas and the bathroom scene, that a time skip was in the far distant future.
I didn't even know Davy Jones was on the ship; I haven't seen one post from him since the replicas got on there- his presence isn't exactly felt. One would think he would have responded to my replica shooting his ship.

No tact? Nah, guess not... let's try this again.
A mod? Do I need to be? I don't see mod under Kaegoe or Volt's name, besides, if it were a mod only thing, you should have kept it to the mod forum. If you post it here, it's free game. If you complain, you're directing it at more than just the mods... and honestly, I'm tired hearing you whine. Besides, that doesn't change anything... what are the mods supposed to do about it?
You have a perfectly good character that you won't even touch and your excuses are long since expired... I noticed you so "tactfully' avoided that idea.
So, let's be tactful shall we? Let's come up with ideas. What can you do? Or maybe, what can anyone else do to fix your issue? Ohh, how about, your character gets fed up... just like you are... and leaves. Dark corridors are a complicated thing, pretty much anyone that has darkness can use them, and they're pretty much open and go where you want to actions... wait... what's complicated about that again?
Then there's option number 2 if option 1 doesn't appeal to you... stop complaining, sit back, and wait. Welcome to being a bad guy! Moments of awesome accompanied by a lot of down time waiting for the good guy group to get from point A to point B. But wait... you have one of those... oh... what are they called... riiiight, earthlings.
How can you expect ANYONE to do anything for you when you wont open your eyes and examine your own options. You're bored? ********. Pull your head out of your a** and grow up. You want to call me an a*****e when you act like a b***h and complain both in and out of character... making little jabs at people. As if (I love you, Pie) is supposed to do anything to cover up what you're really tying to say. I just don't bat my eyelashes when I say, "******** YOU."
You're manipulative. Self righteous. Whiny. Yes, LAZY. You think everything should just be given or fixed FOR you or you're just not happy anymore. Things aren't EXACTLY as you want them? Things aren't moving PRECISELY as fast as you'd like? You quit, throw a fit, or blame it on someone else, specifically Kyle. I'm SO tired of that... when you were Vice captain you blamed it all on Kyle... it's Kyle's fault this, it's Kyle's doing that. He's 30 billion times more helpful and forward thinking than you EVER have been.
How's that for TACT?

RhikoDemson, whether your points are accurate or not, I'm going to have to give you an official warning-- the one that comes before official strikes. Your handling of the situation is directly against Rule One: R-E-S-P-E-C-T! (why is that written like that, again? Can we fix that?). The Rules 1. R-E-S-P-E-C-T! Please be nice and respectful to everyone. Yes, even if they're a n00b, even if they totally disagree with everything you say, even if they're the political opposite of you, even if they're a different race, creed, color, sexuality, etc. We are a VERY TOLERANT guild here. You only get one warning before Strikes are given, and that warning is permanent. Let anyone else who takes part in this conversation be aware that these same rules apply to everyone-- Moderators included. If you feel that disrespecting someone is the best way to get through to them, then do so outside of the guild. The Speak-Out Thread is meant for constructive critique and conversation. While certain critiques may call for 'harsh truths', the definition of constructive critique is that it is followed up by helpful advice and, preferably, praise for accomplishments in other areas. For the love of God do not ruin my Fall Break. This goes for everyone. And no, do not let this warning to Rhiko think I'm taking any particular side to the debate. My opinions are separate from my job as Captain to keep the peace.

Understood. I won't try and say that was meant to be respectful. I won't say it wasn't true either. I tell it as it is. For me, respect is given where it is shown as well as earned. I see nothing to respect in her actions. If she's rude, I will return in kind. It's simple really. That said, because you have earned my respect long ago, I will back off.
