Off in the corner of Cyn’gus’ field of vision, he noticed movement close to the tree line. Looking in the direction of one of the outlining fires where Silence usually kept her watch, he saw that it was Roesor who had risen and walked to the edge of camp again.
He inclined his head to watch her for a moment. It seemed that she had heard something out beyond the parameter once more…. but uncertain of her guarded posture, he decided it was best he be on the defensive too.
Slowly he made his way to where she crouched, and listened to her call out into the dark wood. Taking up a positioned next to Roesor, he looked out past the trees for a sign of what she sensed and asked in a low tone, ”What is is?...what do you hear?”

Silence heard the newcomer's words and resisted the urge to laugh. With one hand on her extended belly and a blanket in the other, she moved in the direction of the stranger. "Hi. I'm Silence. Welcome to the outpost." She held out the blanket. "I promise that the light stops hurting after the first few days; especially since you came at night..." Looking across the camp, Silence saw Cyn'gus with the blind girl, his wife stirring a pot of something, and Alantha resting by a tree. "You want to come in and join us?" she asked the visitor in a soft voice.

Alantha coughs softly as she makes her way back to camp, a worried look crossing her face. She sighs softly as she slowly makes her way back to the camp fire and sits down. She lowers her gaze and closes her eyes for a moment. She needed to think, to clear her mind. She crosses her legs as she starts to meditate.

The girl frowned at the soft words of the salt elf. "Something that doesn't want to be heard and moves slowly." Looking out into the open area that separated the wood from the camp, she tensed slightly. In a louder voice she spoke again, "Come out here! I don't care what you are but stop sneaking around!" The grip on the dagger tightened leaving the girl's knuckles an ivory white as the blood seemed to vanish from her three-fingered hand. 'That might have been a bit much but I hate sneaking....' Her wings threatened to flutter open as she stood in a defensive position waiting for the creature or visitor to reveal itself.

After a short walk down from the Glade’s clearing, the watch fires of the Outpost came into sight between the trees as little dots of light off in the distance. Lady Zeenat, high priestess of Eilistraee, could see the end of her long voyage as she allowed herself to quicken her pace in anticipation of arriving in the company of the Emissary and his kin. She walked briskly, using her staff as she navigated the trail down the slope to the edge of the forest, her bare feet treading lightly on the leaves underfoot.
Within a few minutes time, shapes near the fires came into view, and conversation floated on the winds and came to her ears. She thought she saw two figures just ahead peering into the forest in her direction. She squinted and looked ahead to make out who was there.
Then suddenly, out of no where, she heard a bowstring drawn off to her flank. She paused mid stride upon hearing the sound. Carefully and slowly turned in the direction of the arrow she knew was aimed at her. In the darkness of the forest she saw nothing but the dark silhouettes of the trees slightly swaying with the breeze. She raised her hand and called out into the forest, ”Aaye, Vedui il’er”
A few moments later, a response came.
”Mori'quessir…Mankoi naa lle sinome?”
Zeenat smiled and bowed, speaking back to the unseen Wood Elf in the darkness of the forest, ”Mellonamin, Saesa omentien lle… Elen síla lumenn' omentielvo. Estannen Zeenat, No in elenath hîlar nan hâd gîn.”
After she finished, the sound of tension loosening up on a bowstring could be heard and a cloaked figure came into view. With bow in hand, the wood elf pulled back his hood showing the features of his heritage as well as a curious smile.
”Nin estar Jawea. Mae govannen Zeenat”
And with that, he bowed, placing his hand over his heart. As he departed, others from areas of concealment, mimicking the surrounding woods stood and bowed before returning into the deep wood.
With that, she turned back on to the path leading to the encampment, and as she cleared the tree line she saw who the two figures were peering into the woods.
“Vendui nephew, and to you as well child” She said as she strode forward. “Blessings of our Dark Lady upon you”
With smiling eyes she entered the Outpost, under the full moon to bring praise and blessings form Eilistraee.

Silence heard the new visitor walk into camp and decided to greet... her? Yes her. Placing the blanket beside the male that had not yet responded to her, she picked up a clean one and moved over to were Cyn'gus was standing with the newcomer. "Hello," she said with a smile, holding the folded blanket against her belly. "Welcome to the outpost. I'm Silence." She held out the blanket to the old elf and turned to Cyn'gus. "You may want to check that your wife isn't burning anything. The smells coming from the pot she's stirring smelled terrible." With that Silence placed a hand over her belly and wandered back to the fire mumbling at the baby the entire way.

Cyn’gus smiled happily at the arrival of Lady Zeenat. Blessed be, he prayed as he gently reached out to embrace the high priestess of their silver haired goddess.
As Silence arrived to greet the newest and most honored guest, he remarked to her, ”It looks like my message made it to it’s intended recipient… thank you” Listening as they exchanged greetings, he heard Silence’s last comment. He frowned and looked over his shoulder, searching the campsite for Annoi. He noticed she was not at the stewpot, but at one of the other outlining fires, stirring a smaller kettle that he recognized from their home. He turned back to the group, shy relief in his response. “It seems she is making a herbal medicine, a very potent one I recognize with a strong smell… Blessed Sister” He began, looking at his aunt, “… we have an injured visitor…from the undergaia, she is the one I mentioned in my message to you. She is in need of your aid.”
Cyn’gus gestured that they should follow Silence, who had already started to make her way back to camp. ”I know you wish to meet her right away. I will introduce you to her and to the others we have staying with us this evening. I know you have not had the pleasure of meeting my wife, Annoi. I know she will be honored to meet you.”
With that he gathered the small group on the edge of the Outpost and walked them to the center of the camp to introduce their newest guest.

Some time passes before Alantha opens her eyes, shaking lightly. Her prayer to Eilistraee had been answered, but it wasn't an answer that gave her any hope, just more to worry about. She lowers her head, keeping her eyes down so no one else would see just how worried she was at that moment.

Annoi looked up from her pots when she heard Cyn'gus returning to the campfires. Silence was with him, as well as an older woman that she had never met. With a smile, Annoi pulled the pot to the edge of the flame to simmer before standing gracefully. Dusting the dirt of the white skirts, she headed to greet her husband. "Al'doer rath, che." Annoi turned to face the woman and smiled. "I bid you welcome to the Outpost, ma'am. Are you hungry?"

Walking towards the main campfire, Cyn'gus saw that he had gotten the attention of the campsite's other occupants as he approached with with his aunt. He noticed that Annoi was walking towards them, so he waved to her as he neared. "Annoi...", Cyn'gus began with smiling eyes, "...I would like to introduce you to an honored guest. May I present my late mother's eldest sister, Lady Zeenat Drathir’kyorli"
