Brightpaw returned to the apprentice's den, and curled up in her nest.
"Is this StarClan?" Featherpaw wondered, a bit scared. She didn't know if she was dead or alive.

Blackpaw emerged out from the Apprentices den after a good nights sleep. She padded quietly into the center of camp. Once there, she stretched her black and white pelted furry body as she let out a tired yawn. Then she shook her head, shaking the sleepiness out of her head. The young she-cat glanced around the camp, looking to see who was all up and about.
Maskedshadow made his way out of the Warriors den while stretching his jaws into a small yawn. Then he gave his brown and black furred pelt a thorough shake that went from his ears to tail tip. With that done, the warrior walked over to the fresh-kill pile, scanning it over, trying to decide if he wanted to eat or not.
Stalking her brother, Wolfwhisker crouched down low to the ground and crept towards the back of Maskedshadow, playfulness glowing brightly in her eyes. Once she was behind him, she was going to jump onto his back and tackle him. But before she could, there was a change in her plans.
"I know your there, Wolfwhisker." The tom chuckled, turning his head around to look at his sister with a smirk.

Willowstream saw Maskedshadow and Wolfwhisker near the fresh kill pile and decided to join them, "good morning Maskedshadow, Wolfwhisker" she said, flicking her tail in greeting.

"Aw. You always know when I'm stalking you, Maskedshadow. You take the fun out of everything, you know that, mouse-brain?" Wolfwhisker half hissed and purred at her brother as she got back up onto her paws, standing up straight. Then at the sound of a new voice, she looked and saw Willowstream. "Good morning, Willowstream!" She mewed happily.
Maskedshadow let out a laugh at his sisters reaction. He so loved to annoy and pester her to death like he always did. But before he said anything to her, he noticed Willowstream over by them now. His ears burned slightly with embarrassment. "G-good morning, Willowstream."

Willowstream Purred with amusment. She loved the warming sun on her fur, even though the ground was covered with melting snow. It would soon be newleaf. "Have you had any to eat yet?" she asked.

Maskedwhisker shook his head to Willowstream's question. While doing so, he felt the warming rays from the sun shining down from the sky and upon Sunclan's camp. "Not yet. Have you?" He said, speaking for both himself and Wolfwhisker.

"yeah" Willowstream replied. suddenly she felt something lite pounce onto her. she looked over to see Flamekit as she started to fall off. Willowstream grabed Flamekit by the fur on her neck and put her down in front of her. Rosekit padded over to sit beside her sister. "what are you two doing?" Willowstream asked, purring.
"nothing, we just thought we'ed come over and see what you were doing" Rosekit meowed.

Wolfwhisker watched as Rosekit and Flamekit went and jumped onto their mother's back. She let out a purr of amusement. "Hello Rosekit and Flamekit!"
As soon as Maskedshadow saw Rosekit and Flamekit come out of the nursery and over to Willowstream, their mother, his eyes lit up. He bent down into a playful crouch watching them. "Hello kits."

Rosekit turned around "hi" she said as both her and her sister, Flamekit, crouched down playfully, ready to pounce at Maskedshadow.
Flamekit didn't wait for Rosekit and pounced right onto Maskedshadow's back, grabbing some fur with her tiny mouth to hold on. "Ha! got you!" She wailed with triumph.
Willowstream purred with more amusment.

"Oh no! Aahh!" Maskedshadow pretended to be stunned and instantly fell onto his side after Flamekit pounced onto him. He swatted playfully at her and kept an eye on Rosekit out of the corner of his eyes, growling playfully.

Flamekit got to her paws and tryed to keep her balence on top of Maskedshadow "Yay! I win!" she wailed, "I'll be the best warrior Sunclan has ever seen!" Flamekit meowed.
"I will too!" Rosekit said as she flung at her sister, and she pinned down Flamekit on top of Maskedshadow.
Willowstream sighed but was still purring with amusment "be careful you two" she told them.

Maskedshadow chuckled watching the two kits playing on him, trying to keep their balance. But whenever he saw one of them nearly fall off, he would use a gentle paw or a gentle touch of his tail to help them gain back their balance. "I'd sure hate to be a badger or a cat from a rival clan. You two are soo strong! You'll be great warriors."

"you bet we will! I can't wait until I'm an apprentice!" said Flamekit
"Yep! me too! I wonder who are mentors will be?" replyed Rosekit
Willowstream laughed, "I'm sure you'll make great worriors, and I don't know who your mentors will be, but im sure Blossomstar will pick good ones for you both. but right now your still kits, its been a long morning and I think its time you both should got some sleep. you can come out and play with Maskedshadow and Wolfwhisker later" she said, watching Rosekit yawn.
"but I don't want to go to sleep now!" meowed Flamekit. as her sister jumped down from Maskedshadow and padded over to Willowstream's side.

Wolfwhisker had watched Maskedshadow playing with Rosekit and Flamekit completely amused. Then she nodded at what Willowstream said. "I'm going to get something to eat." She mewed. "Sleep well Rosekit, Flamekit. See you two little Warriors later." She said before padding off to the fresh-kill pile, deciding to get a plumb looking mouse that she and Maskedshadow could share.
Maskedshadow got up back onto his paws. He gave his brown and black pelt a good shake, shaking all the leafs and dust out of it. Then he glanced down at the two kits. "Go on and take your nap, you two. We can't play again if you don't even have the energy to keep your eyes open."

"ok" said Rosekit, yawning again.
"fine. but we can play later, for sure?" she asked Maskedshadow.
"yes, you can play later Flamekit, but now you have to get some sleep" she said, watching Flamekit yawn too. she watched her kits walk off to the nursery, then turned back too Maskedshadow, "I'd better make sure they've gone too bad, I'll be back in a moment" Then she walked off towards the nursery.
