Koi quickly pulled out the Suiton Scroll from Kumogakure, and smiled as he pulled off the beautiful red ribbon that held the scroll tight together. He then began to analyze the jutsu that were on the scroll, and heard somewhat of a buzzing in his ear. He swung the white-silverish hair out of his eyes, and smiled. He took his large sword, and placed it on the ground, away from the sand. He then got about knee deep in the water that surrounded the beach, and threw the scroll in the sand. He smiled as he had memorized every technique that had been on the scroll, he just needed to do them now. He then began to think of which technique to do first. "Water Release: Water Shield!" He yelled as he slapped through the appropriate seals for the technique. [1/2]

Slightly after he did the hand seals, the water began to move slwoly, as if a light breeze was moving the water around. But then it got more rapid, and eventually violent. It would go around his general area, in a large circular motion. He took in a deep breathe as the words of Sanbi could be heard. "Be one with the water, young boy." Sanbi thought inside of Koi's head. "Shut your trap you old turtle!" He yelled out in to the randomness of the day. The wandering shinobi would look at him like he was crazy, and the sad fact was that if he used the Bijuu to it's true potential, he would most definitely be one of the strongest Suiton users, at the rank of merely Genin. The water continued to move, as if it was going to create a monstrous whirlpool, and then the magic happened. It began to raise upwards, creating a cylinder like barrier that would protect Koi. He was then able to manipulate the moving water shield, and could create whatever he liked out of it. He then let the water drop down, as he waited for the next step in his training. He was surprised that he was not a Kenjutsu master, but look at the legendary Kisame, back in his time, he wasn't considered Kenjutsu, he was considered Ninjutsu, yet he was one of the best Kenjutsu masters ever seen! Koi then thought as he read through the scroll in his mind, and smiled once he came across one of the techniques that he had a slight interest in learning. "This one should be fun. Even Isonade would like it." He said aloud as he began to think of how he would make his body materialize and transform into the surrounding Mist, and wind up somewhere in the village he had been before. Well, for starters, he thought that he might just go ahead and use the elemental Shunshin to turn into Mist, and move over to the giant blade that laid in the grass. [1/3]
He then smiled as he scratched his right eye, and then the left eye. He was semi-tired, and was completely stoked for the Chunin Exams. If he was able to pass, it was just one step closer he was to becoming a legend in the Shinobi world. His plans were unclear to everyone, including himself. He then began to think of how to do the technique, exactly. He smiled as he remembered. He raised a single finger in the air, and grinned. "Hidden Mist: Instantaneous Body Skill!" He yelled while slapping through several seals. [2/3]
It wasn't exactly how he thought it would be, but it was close enough. He didn't care how fast it happened, just so long as it happened. He quickly released the grin as soon as his finger tips began to disappear, and turn into a fine, yet thickened mist that seemed to roll towards his desired location. Eventually his entire body was moving, but he seemed to be unsatisfied at the quickness that the mist moved through the beach at. [3/3]

Koi was growing bored of training already, and wanted to go to the Chunin Exams. So, he had an idea. He would start training a bunch of techniques, and then just finish them off later. That should work! For being a psychopathic murderous freak, Koi was actually very intelligent. He then began to think of all the techniques on the scroll. "Ok. Let's do this!" He yelled out as he shot his thumb upwards, and smiled. He then began to think about the first technique, and made the seals for it. [1/3]
"Water Chains Technique!" Koi yelled out to the air as he had slapped through the appropriate seals for the technique, and waited for something to happen. Was nothing actually going to happen when Koi made the seals? This was the first time that he wasn't able to come up with the jutsu on the attempt. This, was a day for the books! There was a jutsu he couldn't get on the first try... [2/3]
Now was for the next technique. There was a follow up technique for this one, and Koi that the if he was able to make it through the training of the two, any single battle with a person without Sharingan, Byakugan or the Mist Vision technique, he would surely be able to win it, clearly with no trying what-so-ever. He then began to think of how the technique worked, and how it would be created. He then began to come up with the visual representation in his mind of how the seals would look. [1/3]
Koi then smiled as he began to create the individual representation of how the mist would roll on through. For the next technique to be learned, Koi would need to create the Hidden Mist Technique, thus not following the initial plan that would follow through. He then looked at several random trees, not thinking about anything. He was actually happy that he left the Village Hidden in the Cloud. [2/3]
He then sat in a crouched position, stretching out his body. After stretching his back and legs, he played with his arms and his wrists, and smiled. "Why do I stretch? I've never seen a lion stretch before it killed any of it's prey? So why should I stretch!" He said. At the end of his statement, he let out a large, yet demonic, chuckle. He then took in a deep breathe, and slapped through the seals for the technique. He began to leak out large amounts of chakra, and then smiled as he converted the vast amounts of chakra into a thick mist. He could only see about nearly three feet, which wasn't much, in front of him. [3/3]

Koi sighed as he realized that he might as well finish the learning of the technique. He looked in to the sky, even through it was shrouded by the mist, and smiled. The bright sun was merely a dot in Kirigakure from Koi's point of view. Since the mist was so thick, the passers by decided to turn back and not walk through a scary scene that was present in front of them. He then smiled as he created a clone, merely a foot in front of him. He then smiled as he slapped through more seals. "Water Chains Technique!" Koi yelled to the clone. The clone's expression of fear was near priceless, but completely worth it. The water chains seemed to appear out of the thin air around the wrists and ankles of the clone. The chains that held the man then would go down the ground, and stuck themselves to the moisture of the dirt. Koi then smiled as he shook his head, waiting for the response of the clone. It then just seemed to turn to smoke, and the chains just evaporated. "Oh well." [3/3]

Hikaru heard Koi training and sighed, remembering he should be training with his Kekkei Genkai if he was ever going to master the first stage of its power, after he had just awakened it. He started to walk close to the ocean attached to the beach, until the tips of his shoes were just a few millimetres away from the water. Kawaige was in its scabbard and his right arm was still in a sling, but he could utilize one-handed seals, something that was of great advantage to Hikaru if he was trying to utilize a technique while wielding Kawaige. Hikaru waved his left hand in the direction of the water, waving slowly and carefully. He noticed that even though that he wasn't touching the water, it was slightly rippling in the direction of his waving hand. Hikaru knew that this was just something fairly minor right now, but he knew he had to continue if he was going to master the first stage of his Hyouton bloodline. || 1/15 Posts of Hyouton Kekkei Genkai training ||
Hikaru started to try and manipulate the water in a different way, as he knelled down and touched the water with his hand and lifted it up, the water slowly following his hand and seeming to stick to it like an adhesive material. Hikaru smiled as he then moved his hand quickly and whipped at the ocean water with the water touching his hand, using that water like a whip. This was interesting though but he would master his bloodline if it was the last thing he would do. Hikaru then stood up and then waved his hand over the water, and trying to manipulate the water to form bubbles that would float up to his hand. No such luck right now but he had to continue trying at least. || 2/15 Posts of Hyouton Kekkei Genkai training ||
Hikaru continued to make the water into bubbles which would float to his hand. He concentrated on trying to form the water into that bubble shape but had a bit of trouble. After a while, and a bit of hard concentration and practise on it, Hikaru managed to form a bit of the ocean water into bubbles but they wouldn't float. This was kinda annoying but he persevered at least, continuing to trying and master his bloodline. Hikaru tried using his chakra as a kind of catalyst to help, forming his chakra around his hand. The bubbles started to slowly float up to his hand but popped when they touched it due to the chakra covering his hand. Hikaru wondered if he would be able to get this to work without using chakra outside his body. || 3/15 Posts of Hyouton Kekkei Genkai training||

Koi smiled as he turned and walked towards the direction that the gates where. He needed to go to the Chunin Exams as soon as possible, and he would learn the Mist Vision technique soon enough. He made sure to grab the scroll before leaving however.

 | H | ikaru --- | K | oneko ||| Genin ||| Kirigakure no Sato ||| Hyouton ||| Samurai ||| Hikaru continued to train using his Kekkei Genkai, trying to manipulate the water with his will alone, which was slightly difficult to say the least but then again, it was much easier with chakra though. Hikaru started to manipulate some water with his chakra forming a single one-handed seal with his left hand to focus his chakra as he then tried to manipulate the water by creating a field of Suiton chakra about him, hoping it would allow him to manipulate the water much much easily. || 4/15 Posts of Hyouton Kekkei Genkai training ||
Hikaru created the invisible field of Suiton chakra about him and then formed another hand-seal with his left hand, his right arm still in a sling. Hikaru focused his will, trying to control the water even more. Slowly, varying amounts of water started to rise out of the ocean as small bubbles which then came together as a much larger amount of water. Hikaru hoped he would manage to master his bloodline soon, but this wasn't something that was just going to happen in a split second, he needed to train even more and even more then. || 5/15 Posts of Hyouton Kekkei Genkai Training ||
Hikaru smiled as more and more water began to combine in that large amount of water he had been manipulating, but he was enjoying this. He then tried manipulating it above his head but it wouldn't move sadly, too large of an amount of water perhaps? Hikaru sighed and increased the amount of Suiton chakra he was spreading away from his body in the invisible chakra field he was focusing about him. || 6/15 Posts of Hyouton Kekkei Genkai Training ||
Hikaru managed to move the amount of water slowly and slowly above him. Hikaru wondered what to do then. Hikaru wondered if he would be able to turn the water into ice and back again and also manipulate the ice as well. Deciding to test that, Hikaru managed to have the amount of manipulated water above his head and then manipulated it so it formed a kind of spiked hut with just water pillars on an angle. Hikaru tried to turn the water into ice, trying to figure out if he could do it... || 7/15 Posts of Hyouton Kekkei Genkai Training ||
No such luck sadly, but Hikaru tried even harder, channeling Hyouton chakra into the field as well, so that there was both Suiton and Hyouton chakra in the field which might help to some extent. Hikaru could sense the water getting colder by the second due to the Hyouton chakra in the field he had created using a focusing hand-seal, and he had had the limit of the field at the furthest point on the tent. Slowly, and it was extremely slowly, the water began to turn into ice, starting from the inside to the outside. || 8/15 Posts of Hyouton Kekkei Genkai Training ||

 | H | ikaru --- | K | oneko ||| Genin ||| Kirigakure no Sato ||| Hyouton ||| Samurai ||| The field became unstable and disappeared entirely, and the ice turned back into water, falling to the ground but it didn't soak Hikaru at least. Hikaru sighed, slightly annoyed, knowing that he wouldn't have managed to keep the field in effect forever. Hikaru tried to create the field of Suiton and Hyouton chakra about him by extending his chakra around him, trying to get some practise in controlling his chakra at least. Hikaru managed to get the field to extend a few inches from his skin, for now. || 9/15 Posts of Hyouton Kekkei Genkai Training ||
Hikaru concentrated on trying to extend the field even further so he could get back to manipulating the water that he had been manipulating before with his power. Hikaru formed another focusing hand-seal with his left hand, trying to focus on creating the field once more. He managed to get the field large enough to allow him to manipulate the water around him as well as the snow on the ground. Hikaru started to concentrate a bit more, focusing the image of the water and snow rising up around him in his mind. Hikaru took a calm breath and when he exhaled, his breath was visible and cold. Well, it was still snowing here at least. || 10 / 15 Posts of Hyouton Kekkei Genkai Training ||
Hikaru continued to concentrate and the water slowly began to rise up into the air, swirling around him. Small amounts of snow also did this, which was good at least. Hikaru continued to concentrate and tried to form it into the shape of a large amount of bricks, which would obviously be made of ice. Hikaru concentrated harder and harder, channelling more Hyouton and Suiton chakra into the field of chakra around him. Then he willed the water and snow to form bricks of ice around him, trying to build a small tower of ice around him. || 11 / 15 Post of Hyouton Kekkei Genkai Training ||
Hikaru continued to manipulate the water and snow into brick shapes, and then froze the water and snow into an ice state when their shapes were perfect. Now all Hikaru had to do was build the tower using his ability at least. Hikaru concentrated on trying to levitate the bricks but no such luck. They were a bit heavy due to them being made of ice, but Hikaru took a deep breath and channelled more chakra into the field, mainly around the bricks. Eventually, it turned into success, as the bricks slowly levitated one by one to form one wall of the tower, actually the north and west sides of the tower to be exact. || 12 / 15 Post of Hyouton Kekkei Genkai Training ||

Continuing to concentrate, Hikaru built more of the tower using the ice bricks, occasionally having to create more bricks of ice from the snow and water around him but this was good exercise and training in how to manipulate Water and Ice, which was what his Bloodline allowed him. Hikaru's heterochromic eyes looked towards the sky, noticing that it was still cold, but he knew, that if he did the manipulation right... the Ice would never be able to melt except by certain flames. Hikaru continued to levitate bricks of ice into place, but there were a lot of bricks he had to manipulate to build the tower. Despite them being the size of a normal brick, they were heavy due to being made of ice, but he hoped he would eventually finish the walls soon. || 13 / 15 Posts of Hyouton Kekkei Genkai Training. ||
Hikaru continued to build the tower of ice, having finished all four walls, and the thing was fairly tall, now all he had to do is build the ceiling which would also function as the floor for the watch tower section he intended to add to the thing. Hikaru decided he need to create some support for said floor so it wouldn't fall or something due to large weights. Hikaru started to levitate large amounts of ice bricks into place to build a large pillar in the centre of the interior of the tower, as tall as the walls were. When the pillar was finished being constructed, Hikaru started on the interior staircase that would be the way to get to said floor. Hikaru started to rapidly build the staircase, getting a bit tired by now due to how much work he had been doing. || 14 / 15 Posts of Hyouton Kekkei Genkai Training ||
After finishing the staircase, Hikaru managed to build the roof of the tower, and he smiled as he finally finished the tower, but now he needed to finish the things on the top. Hikaru started to manipulate Ocean water and snow into forms of more bricks of ice and rapidly started to build crenellations for the tower. After a few minutes, Hikaru finally finished the entire tower construction and breathed a bit easier, looking out at the ocean from the top of the tower. For now, Hikaru was happy, and he rested on the top of the tower for a bit. || 15 / 15 Posts of Hyouton Kekkei Genkai Training ||
After having a long rest, Hikaru got up and ran down the stairs of his tower and was on the outside of it. Deciding to figure out what to do now, Hikaru headed towards the Mizukage office. || Exit to Mizukage Office ||

Koi walked through the training grounds calmly, looking for a place to hone his water skills. He sat on a large slab, and gently placed his belongings on the rock. He let out a quiet grunt as he pulled the scroll from his bag.
