Hark How The Angels Sing @Deil: Well I just thought I would make it like a Lightning Strike and have it go faster.
@Minty: We are dicussing the terms of a Custom Jutsu. From the jutsu description it sounds like you are just running electricity through the chain. If you want to hit it with lightning to make it go faster, then use other lightning justu. Just remember that the odds of you hitting it in a way to make it move the way want is low... @mini: Just post it and I'll have a look. @Hark:Some of this is OoC though. I'm going to delete all of it that did not specifically mention the jutsu.

Sona looked about at her students training; Ryo, Keiji...., and Yaya. Keiji being the most power-wanting person she could ever see with a temper bigger then the Kazekages wasen't surprising. Ryo bein a pervert, drunk monk with chakra hands and a spear for who knows what! And Yaya the over-preppy sweet of the bunch, with Katsuro's bloodline oh great.... She went on with training while Keiji sat away not able to do earth training since he finished the sand so quickly. She sat on a rock when she spotted a familiar figure out of the corner of her eye, Kyioshi? "Hm?" She turned to see if her eyes were playing mind games or not with her, and they wernt.

Well I'm just applying Chakra to the Chains to up the power. That is the main reason I'll be using these. The speed doesn't really have anything too important to do with this. I can just take it out of the Lightning one and give it more of a power boost. Would that be acceptable?

If by more power you mean that if it hits it will shock the opponent, then fine. If you mean that it hits harder, no.
Yeah, take the speed off of it.
So, the fire one can burn on contact, and increases the speed of the attacks made by it.
The lightning one can shock the opponent on contact.
Does this sound right? Also, how long do the first two last? I'm thinking like 3 posts since they aren't that powerful and are very limited.
The third jutsu is approved once we get the first two fixed.

Something I have a problem with though: If your opponent picks you up and puts you in their holster, what happens when the jutsu ends and you are turn back to normal inside the holster?

Soul then begins to spin them rapidly, intermingling in a way to mix the two Chakras in the air. They then create a powerful cyclone of Flames and Lightning. It is highly destructive and also can cause severe cuts and slashes from the Chain Sickles while burning and shocking them severely.

Deil Grist Narkosa2512 Jutsu name: Living ink Color me Crazy Rank: C or B ((I dunno which it should be.)) Use: Resricted, Brashugan only. Range: Same range as shurikens. Type: Genjutsu. Element: Ink Description: This adds a new element for Brashugan users. Color. The Brashugan user draws up a ball ink forcing a single emotion into it. The emotion turns the ink into a certain color. Now here is the kicker the color ball must hit it's intended target the target must act in the fashion of that color. This is due to the ink being alive when the ink comes into contact with the target the ink begins to corrupt the target's chakra flow. Red= AngerBlue= SadYellow= ScaredGreen= JealousOrange= GoofyHow long would this last? Probably B rank because you have to train so many ink types and you are somewhat controlling the enemy. I am going to say five post if it is going to be B rank.
