Ah, I'm going to have to say that you cannot kill someone just with the poison due to them running out of chakra and dying, but you can kill them once they are incapacitated by the poison. And, I think that you should change "days" to "posts" since they can just not log on for 2 days, and then suddenly be cured. Everything else looks good.

Name of weapon: Poison Scalpel
Who owns the weapon: Aaron SÅsuke Rakatsui
Where it was found/Who made it: It was made in the Sound medical clinic. Aaron eventually was granted it, at his custom request.
The Range of the weapon: Roughly half a foot long, and two inches wide.
Weakness: Range, and size
Description: The blade is only about three inches long, doused in chakra restricting poison, that is fast-acting. Every three posts 25% chakra from the opponent's total chakra is removed. The pain is excruciating, and fully felt due to the amount of chakra being removed. It exhausts and weakens opponents over time. The poison spreads quicker with each strike from the blade by 1/10 times the current percentage. After the first three posts, they lose access to 1/4 of their maximum chakra points. After six posts, they lose access to 2/4 of their maximum chakra points. After nine posts, the opponent loses 3/4 chakra. After twelve complete posts, the opponent loses all chakra thus incapacitating them. When incapacitated, their body drops to the ground in a state of paralysis, thus fully vulnerable to whatever occurs without any protection. The incapacitation leaves them without the use of jutsu for 10 posts The blade only needs to pierce the torso one time for it take effect. It can also be thrown. The poison can effect Aaron as well, if the blade touches him. Aaron carries an antidote specific for this poison.
Rp Sample: [ENTERTAINING... or at least I thought so...]Aaron was within five feet of the two men staring him down. It was... oh my gosh... SAI KONAGA... and DEIL GRIST! Sai and Deil heavily out-powered Aaron. Having heard the stories of the Konaga clan, he decided there'd be only one way to possibly survive this. "YOU CAN'T CATCH ME!" He yelled, merrily, prancing in a zig-zag formation. Deil and Sat chased him, like they were chasing a pig or a runaway child. Jumping over a boulder. He then performed a handseal, and hid his chakra signature completely. Sadly, Aaron was too much of an idiot, to realize Sai and Deil, WERE TOTAL EPIC GENIUSES?! They ran around the boulder on opposite sides. Frantically, Aaron dove upwards, and tried to tackle Deil, who kicked him hard in the chest. He stuck that scalpel in nice and deep, ripping it out violently. He then ducked, as Sai used Air Cannon, whizzing over his head and blasting Deil up against a tree. Sai then pulled out this weapon, and attempted to impale it into Aaron, who gripped the blade with both hands, and the scalpel fell. Sai, kicked forward knocking Aaron down. Sai then took the scalpel, and then violently thrust it repeatedly into Aaron's torso, and performed a mediocre form of torso surgery, ripping him apart. The poison killed Aaron, before the scalpel did, due to mass spread of the poison. Deil was screaming in agonizing pain, and crying as though the poison was merciless. Sai, dumbfounded for the first time, watched as Deil foamed at the mouth, and fell down, dying via the poison.

Burraku-Okami Name of weapon: Poison used for puppets Who owns the weapon: Okami Where it was found/Who made it: Okami made it to make his puppets more effective. The Range of the weapon: varies Weakness: Any antidote that can cure paralysis or patience Description: Okami created a poison to drench his puppets weapons in as well as make a poisonous gas from. He is good at making poison's but as he isn't exactly immune to the effects of some of his deadlier poison's he uses so he uses one that has an effective antidote. Direct contact between the poison and the blood: 6 posts of increasing numbness and sloppiness every enemy's posts, followed by a post of complete paralysis, and then 3 posts to recover from it completely after that If the poison is used in a gas/ smoke kind of way then once the opponent inhales it, the poison will start to move through out the body it takes 8 posts to reach paralysis. (Chemical poison) Rp Sample: Okami smirked as he flicked a single finger. Suddenly his puppets mouth opened and expelled a poisonous gas that stretched out in a dome like shape over the opponent. Due to the sudden suprise his opponent didn't know what to do and took a deep breath sealing his fate. Once the gas had entered his body he began to feel slightly weaker and as the battle commenced his body would slowly start to fall numb until eventually he was completly paralyzed Approved. Simple, but effective razz

How come all poisons end with paralysis or something? Why not create one that systematically kills an RPC? >/

Cause that could be consided auto-killing in a way since a RPC can't be cured unless he has the antidote. And if the RPC keeps dodging the weapon because the person knows that if he/she gets cut with the poison, it would be considered god-modding/meta-gaming. In the end, it just doesn't end well.

Name of weapon: Advanced Neurotoxin
Who owns the weapon: Vincente Twil Valtieri
Where it was found/Who made it: This can be found in various plants and snakes, but it was made advanced for Vincente by his parents, who are also assassins.
The Range of the weapon: Direct contact
Weakness: Medical ninjas
Description: This neurotoxin is a combined and refined form of venom from plants and snakes. It is very numbing and can cause death under the right conditions. In small amounts, it can be a cure for itself, that is why large vials have to be carried. There is a five post recovery, but during that time, the target can still attack.
post 1: Venom falls into the bloodstream, not affecting the target in anyway at first, only giving them a burning feeling that isn't very strong.
post 2: The burning becomes stronger, and it starts to slow movements, it causes mild vomiting and heavy sweating.
post 3: The victim falls to the ground, being in so much pain, movement is impossible, but in their next post they can get back up, it is during this time the assassin must strike.
Rp Sample: Vincente silently coated his weapons with venom, making sure the blue of his swords was replaced with the green of the venom. He had three enemies, it would be as simple as scratching their arms. He waited and let them charge. Vincente, since his blades were connected by his chakra, threw one blade towards his foe can caught it. "That's one." He said, looking towards the last two. He jumped above them, slicing the backs of both their necks. Vincente smirked at how easy that was, all he had to do was back up. His enemies slowed and started to vomit, it wasn't a pretty thing, but that was the effect. They all fell to the ground, but Vincente knew they'd get back up soon so he stood in front of them with three venom coated shuriken. "I do this for my safety only, if only we could have met somewhere else, rest in peace." He closed his eyes and threw one in each's throat.
(I know this isn;t what a real neurotoxin does, don't worry about it)

Where it was found/Who made it: Angelica Makata found it. Her father made it.

The Range of the weapon: 10 yards
Weakness:
1. Fire 2. Lightnen 3. Is NOT made of steel only Metal which is weaker then Steel. 4. If lost, anyone who finds it will keep it
Description: This is the Blessing of Nature, which is a medium sized bow with 10 arrows that can be infused with the user's chakra for faster and deadler shots or element for deadlier shots. The bow was made in the deeped forest of rock country out of Metal scraps from a metal smith. It is able to be heated to extreme and hurtful[to current user] temperatures. Since the weapon can only be infused with element and chakra or be normal the current user MUST be medical class! All others will only have a normal bow. It was found by Angelica after her father had made it and left it in the attic of thier house for years to come.
Powers/Abilities: Can be unfused with chakra or element to be more deadlier.
Power/Abilities Chakra Cost: 2 Points PER arrow used. If unfused with chakra or element it is 4 Points PER arrow.
RP sample:
Angel ran through the village at a quick pace. It was a silly game with some small kids playing Tag and Run. She laughed as she stopped in the ally and noticed a partial piece of head sticking out of a trashcan! How silly, so easy to find! She took out her bow and had darts and normal arrows. She pulled back the string and shot the dart at the kid who fell sidewards, collapsing out of the trashcan. She laughed a bit and headed over to him: Bow still in hand. Sona helped up the young boy and took his hand to take him home. It was already getting dark and the child's parents were strict about him going after dark. Angel was too far away from home so she lived in a normal apartment on the other side of the village of Iwagakure. She made sure the boy was close to her on thier trek to the his wonderful mom's house..who is a horrible cooker! When they were halfway she noticed something wrong....she kept seeing the same man on every street. Angel let go of the boy's hand and told him to wait here while she went into a nearby ally and climbed up a bakery shop. When she reached the top, she took out her silver bow with green tint on it in moonlite and sunlight. Angelica put a arrow not a dart a real arrow on the string and pointed to her feet to not miss-fire anyone. She looked into the shiny street with the sun-set colors brightening the lamps along the street up. She spotted the figure she kept seeing move closer and closer to the little boy. "Probaly a kidnapper..." She thought to herself. She pulled the arrow back on the string and pointed her bow to the direction of the man and the arrow pointing to his shoulder. Angel pulled back the arrow and string now and shot it at him, only to realize the man to turn around with quick speed and realize he was a Hyuuga like herself. He had already activated his Byuakugan but she hasen't..thank god she is ontop of the bakery. Angel knew she could infuse chakra or element into her arrows but not the bow itself to make it faster and deadlier. She put both the arrow and bow in her teeth.[it's a thin bow] And did some hand signs. Angel readied the bow again as the man reached the top of the bakery and got into a stance of 18 palms. Angel pulled back the bow and released it at him the fastest she could. The justu she did the seals for earlier came in as she forced the arrow to the side when he tried to catch it with his hand again and used the wind to turn the arrow around and pull back into his middle spine area and stopped, getting stuck in the bone. He could bend so his 18 palms failed to be used. She jumped down landing on the tarp hanging out over the sidewalk and jumped off that, landing next to the boy. "Lets go home now~" She said with a happy gesture to the boy. Angel took his ahnd and a hour later returned him to his mom and going to her own sanchurary.

No, metal is not weaker than steel, because steel is a type of metal. e.e;; And, to be 'heated to extreme and hurtful' temperatures, it'd have to be some type of alloy, or just a strong type of metal.
Lastly, your RP sample is ridiculous, it only shows you shooting kid in a trash can with a dart. Put effort into the damn thing and make it target practice or something, USING the ability/abilities you described.

By a large amount, I thought it would be like a deep breath of gas, or a direct injection.

FINISHED! 10 yards is a ridiculously short range for a bow. Pick a longer range. Also, you left the metal-steel contradiction in there.
