"The true Demons aren't them," Hiruzen no Oto(Tentative Title) {Otogakure | Ninjutsu | Jinchuuriki | Genin} He nodded, the added... Parts dissapearing with a soft "poof". He shook his body from head to toe, as if shaking off a cold or so, before locking onto Kageko's eyes again. "Well, Hana-tama, he is... Was the Otokage. He saved my life, the first time I met him, and the third and fourth times, as well. I am not sure if he even realizes what he did, but I really respect him. Even if he is a brat. Er, and Kou... Well, this is kinda difficult to explain, but he lives here," He pointed towards his abdomen, as if it were nothing all that special. "And he's really moody. I wanted to talk with Havick-san about him, I... Need to confirm something."  "No... He's right in front of you." {Well, it certainly makes it easier. Yay, Hiru-chan's getting around to telling the person closest to him(A girl who general makes sport of pranking him, and feeds him some of the spiciest things in the elemental nations, go figure.) of his "tenant"~!}

(OOC: ….) Kageko thought to herself as Hiruzen spoke, . For a second, Kageko thought that her friend was referring to a parasite of some sort, like the bugs of the Aburame clan, before her brain actually started processing the information properly. the girl pieced the pieces of information together, using the knowledge she had read gained by reading about each of the nine demons from the scrolls that the Valtieri family had in their house, . It seemed to match. Havik had a demon within him and as for the abdomen… that was where Kageko had her seal as well. "Come on, we should head up to our room," Kageko practically ordered, her voice seeming casual with a hint of tenseness underneath it as she firmly grabbed Hiru's wrist and dragged him to their room. She wanted to check to make sure, and the kitchen wasn't exactly the place to do it.

Rei enters the building coplex with a cute bulldog puppy in his arms. The puppy is standing on Rei's forearm with his front legs holding its head high in the air. Rei rides the elevator to the third floor and walks to the old lady's door. Rei knocks and waits while he hears multiple locks on the door open. When the old lady answers she smiles and grabs skipper practically crushing him to death. Rei sighs and walks away.

"The true Demons aren't them," Hiruzen no Oto(Tentative Title) {Otogakure | Ninjutsu | Jinchuuriki | Genin} Hiruzen, not unused to being dragged around, especially by her, did notice the slightly added tension, both to her voice and grip. Had he said something he shouldn't have? "Err, sure, Geko-chan." Sighing, he simply followed her as she dragged him along, hoping that it wouldn't end like her "Clothes Disapear no Jutsu!" prank.  "No... He's right in front of you." {... >.>}

Kageko wanted to make absolutely sure of her guess. If Hiruzen had a demon within him as well.... Well, she wouldn't know what she would do, but she did know that she had to make sure of it as soon as possible. As they came to the top floor of the inn, Kageko took out her keys and opened the room that didn't have all their luggage piled up right in front of the door. "Oh, by the way," she remembered as she entered the room, Hiruzen not far behind her as she continued to drag the poor boy, "Here's your key. I'm assuming that you'll be rooming with Vicente in the bigger room while I take the smaller one." Handing the keys over to her friend, Kageko finally let go of his collar and immediately walked up to the windows to close the blinds on all of them. She was paranoid, yes, but that was just how she was when it came to demons.
Kageko continued, slightly unsure of how she should phrase the question, after making sure that no one could see into the room, "Alright then, Hiruzen, you said something about Kou living in your... belly, right? Can I see your belly? Is there anything there? Any markings?".

"The true Demons aren't them," Hiruzen no Oto(Tentative Title) {Otogakure | Ninjutsu | Jinchuuriki | Genin} He watched mutely as she closed the blinds, slight sweatdrop form on the back of his head. She seemed to be letting her paranoia get the better of her. He pocketed the key, deciding not to tell her how he'd MUCH rather sleep in a lake than with Vincente again. He was still spitting up burnt hairballs from last time, and he wasn't even certain how the hair had gotten in his gut. He tilted his head again at her questions. "Marks... On my belly? No, I don't have anything there, except for... Well, I do not think it is what you are looking for." He stated looking away evasively.  "No... He's right in front of you." {... <.<;}

(OOC: What? Can't I have my character be paranoid sometimes?)
Kageko sighed, wondering how else she could rephrase her question, "Do you have a seal anywhere on your body? Some kind of circle-looking thing perhaps?".

"The true Demons aren't them," Hiruzen no Oto(Tentative Title) {Otogakure | Ninjutsu | Jinchuuriki | Genin} Hiruzen flinched, realizing what she meant. Should he show her? She had asked him, but every other time someone had seen it, he ended up getting a beating, one way or another... Well, except when Hana had asked him. Sighing, he resigned himself to show her, and he slid his shirt off, and the chainmail-like undershirt many shinobi wore right after. For the few moments that he stood still after taking off his shirts, a long, jagged scar cutting across his torso pretty much stood out, marring the suprisingly well-built stomache, given his age. He raised his hands into the ram seal and turned around, spiking his chakra. This time, it was a much heavier, more oppressive feeling though, as if the energy were a physical force pressing down. A familiar tail swept itself into existance, and two tufts of hair raised in an odd manner, twitching a bit. "Is this what you meant?" A single figure faded into view on the pale flesh of his mid-back, more appearing into the intricate form of a seal that covered much of his back, each individual character appearing as if it were being painted onto the skin from the inside, the skin raising slightly. When the seal was fully-formed, it flashed dully, before it shimmered in a series of five different colors; red, golden, violet, azure, and emerald.  "No... He's right in front of you." {... That's not what I was getting at, but now that you mention it... ^^}

(OOC: Huh? Then what were you getting at?)
Kageko stared intently at the abdomen area, before noticing the glowing of the seal that was coming from his entire back. the girl wondered to herself without emotion. To tell the truth, she wasn't sure what emotion she should have in this situation. Part of her was glad that her friend also had a demon. Another part was scared for him, knowing that he too was danger. Still another part felt guilt, realizing that him being around someone like her would simply attract the Akatsuki even more. Finally, another part felt fear. The same fear that Kageko felt whenever her brother activated his curse seal. The same fear that she had felt when she had first experienced the malice of the Kyuubi. All of the feelings that she had about herself and had kept suppressed and hidden from the others by the usual smiles and pranks was starting to pour out unchecked.
Kageko's indecision was apparent on her face and in her actions as she stumbled slightly before managing to fall back into a wall and slide down it to a sitting position. Her eyes were vacant and the expression that she had on at the ramen shop and when she first met Hiru at the beach was back on her face as the girl rubbed her temples with the palm of her left hand. She didn't know what to do. Perhaps she was over-thinking things but....
"H-hiruzen," Kageko finally asked after a long silence, "This Kou that lives inside of you, is his full name Houkou and does he look like a huge, five-tailed dog?". The girl wanted to, no needed to, make sure that her friend really had the same thing as her.

"The true Demons aren't them," Hiruzen no Oto(Tentative Title) {Otogakure | Ninjutsu | Jinchuuriki | Genin} Having turned around as soon as he heard the impact of her on the wall, Hiruzen saw her slump down to the ground, and he made to reach out to her, before he saw her face, her expression. Not that look again... He almost backed away himself, but stayed where he was, though he sit down, his knees to his chest as the tattoo-like markings on his back dissipated into nothing. His head whippe up to stare her in the eye when she said his name; his full name. She hadn't called him that since the first time she had seen him fight under stress, a fight that had gotten very bloody. He looked away again as soon as he understood what she was asking. He knew she wouldn't like what she heard, no one ever does, after all. "... According to him, he's a wolf." What was he doing? Cracking a joke, now of all times? He must have been more messed up than even he had realized.  "No... He's right in front of you." {... Well, isn't someone getting a bit angsty? (Ignores her question.*}

Kageko looked up at Hiruzen only to see that he was troubled, just about as troubled as she was. Kageko wondered to herself, her eyes still the same as before and glued to the ground, Slowly, the girl forced a smile to slowly creep up on her face, as if she was trying to hold back a laugh, her slightly shaking body only proof to that idea. She had practiced such an act hundreds of times by herself while she was looking at a mirror. Finally, she let her laughter loose, picturing Vincente hanging from the Hokage mountain in a harness while he was tar-and-feathered to make it real. "Ha! Fooled you!" Kageko managed to get through after her laughter died down a bit, wiping away a tear that she had managed to procure from laughing so hard, "And that was the real payback for the prank you pulled on me in front of Havik. Did it work?". There wasn't a single trace of the emotionless face or the depression that had been plaguing her not too long ago. "Eheh," she continued to laugh a bit more, as if re-living the prank.

"The true Demons aren't them," Hiruzen no Oto(Tentative Title) {Otogakure | Ninjutsu | Jinchuuriki | Genin} Hearing her laughter, he looked up, confused, yet still a bit put-off. He mulled over her "explanation", thinking it through, something most didn't think he was capable of. "You knew about Kou. What is he? What am I? " He remembered wanting to ask the Hokage something similar. What would he have done after knowing? What good would have come of it? Did he really want to know it, after all? He slowly got to his feet, and slowly walked to the window, opening the blinds, before swinging open the window itself. He was confused. How did Kageko know about any of this? He... He just needed to get alone and think a bit. Yes, that's exactly what he needed. Besides, what if Kageko really was just acting? What does she really think...? Only paying half attention, he hopped onto the window-sill, not noticing the cool, night air. "No... He's right in front of you."

"Hey, hey," Kageko immediately stood up and pulled on Hiru's hair, still smiling a bit, "Calm down. I don't care how good your balance is, this is still the top story and you could still fall and kill yourself." With that, she pulled abruptly caused her friend to fall back and off the window sill. "As for Houkou, or Kou as you've nicknamed him, he's one of the nine tailed beasts, demons, gods, natural disasters, whatever you want to call them. Most people just call them bijuus. And you, my friend, are a jinchuuriki, a host to one of the nine bijuus," Kageko explained simply and bluntly before pausing for any questions that Hiru might have. The least she could do was explain to her friend what she knew about demons. Perhaps it'd help to calm him down. At least now Kageko knew why he might have been so withdrawn. While she hadn't suffered the same torment that Hiruzen might have suffered, she did know that Jinchuuriki were often cast aside from society. It would explain why her friend would have preferred to remain unknown for the most part. the girl couldn't help but wonder as an image of the scar he had recently shown her flashed into her mind.
(OOC: Look who's getting angsty now 0.o . Hiruzen looks as if he might commit suicide....)

"The true Demons aren't them," Hiruzen no Oto(Tentative Title) {Otogakure | Ninjutsu | Jinchuuriki | Genin} He paused on his spot lying on the floor, his back on the cool wood, and his eyes on the cieling. After a long moment, he spoke up in a suprisingly soft voice. "How do you know so much? About... Jinchuuriki, and biiju?" He only just caught that fact. How, and why, would she know all about that? He hadn't ever heard of this before, but he also knew Kageko wasn't lying, and a voice in the back of his mind was confirming her words.  "No... He's right in front of you." {He was just gonna jump from the window onto another roof. He IS a ninja, after all. -_-; ... And he hadn't put on either of his shirts after showing the seal. So their wasn't really anything to grab, other than hair, but, meh.}

(OOC: Oh well, more painful for Hiru-chan then 4laugh . Let's go with Kageko grabbing his hair whee .)
Kageko simply shrugged, "I read it while I was at home. Our family has a huge library of books, you saw it, remember?". It was the truth, the Valtieri family did have a huge room dedicated as a library and Kageko would often go in there to read or simply get away from Vincente.
