Carlisle: It wasn't Charlie's that broke up with her, last I heard was that they where still together, and they love each other, and Aro trained me to be the leader not you, and before you get an idea don't, you can't challange for 100 years, so like it or not, i'm the leader, and I said, if you go anywhere near Alana or Charlie's, I will kill you myself, is that understoud you snake

I heard them fighting and I wanted to silence them. I started to talk to both of them telepathically. "Caius. You are to be in charge." I spoke to them both. "Carlisle. I said 100 years ago that if I become evil, as you put it, then I would like you to kill me. I admit I said that, but then I said, either Marcus or Caius will be in charge." my voice was not shaky because I knew he would not hurt me.

Carlisle; You now as well as I, that the only way that I will be overpower, is if every vampire the is around comes after me, and that not even a given, now, you give me your word that no one will come after my family, and that if things get out of hand, I will be put back in charge, then I will leave.( To make my point, in a split second, I was behindCaius with my hand around hi neck) Make your mind up now, or he is dead
