"Huh?" Athena looked up and saw Sora hold his hand out. She then took hold of his and and pulled herself up. 'I wonder what he mean?' she thought as she looked around the forest. A little breeze started to blow making her hair get in her face.

Letting her rest her hand in the crook of his arm "Come, let us walk towards the river. You can hear it from here, it's just a 5 minute walk or so..." He said calmly.
Ready... Thought the kit, as it walked beside them.
However insted of a 5 minute walk they walked for 10, and then 20, and when it seemed like they were making no progress in a straight line, they suddenly came back to their camp.
"See?" Sora asked looking over at her.

Athena looked at Sora strangely. "Yes," she said with a small smiles and moved away from. "But how come you're so calm about the forest changing on us. I mean, aren't you a least bit upset that the forest doesn't want you to go home?"

"Well..." Sora said scratching the back of his head. "When I first discoved what the forest was doing yes. It bothered me very much. I suppose it still bothers me a little." He finished with a smile.
"But the way I figure it, everything happens for a reason. Maybe this forest is tied with that reason. Maybe it's just helping everything along..." He exsplained.

"O.k. So what are we going to do now? The forest obviously don't want us going to your home," Athena said as she looked around at the trees suspiciously.
But then a thought quickly reached her, "Wait a minute. If I'm am able to control plants, doesn't that mean that I can understand them,too?" she said to herself out loud.

Not necissarily... the kit thought to Sora.
Why? Sora asked it back
Think about what I am. I have a hard time controling the forest, and i can only do that because it lets me. If she does something it doesn't like she could be stuck in the forest for years. Or at least years on the outside... the kit exsplained licking a foot.
hmm....
"I don't know Athena... I guess you could try. Just please be careful." Sora said quietly, not really wanting her to do so at all.
"But can we please try again to get to my home? I think the forest just wanted me to find the two of you, the path to my home might be clear now..." He then said.

"Wanted you to find us...if hadn't Leon wouldn't have left me." Athena said to herself as she looked a tree.
'The forest wanted Leon to leave me? why?' she thought rubbing the tree trunk, 'Maybe I'm thinking way to much into this,' she then sighed.
Athena turned and faced Sora, "O.k. let's try again."

Sora smiled at her, wondering in his mind what she was thinking about. I just hope that she doesn't think that I'm nuts about all of this... he thought to himself.
Hard not to... thought the kit almost inocently.
Sora growled at it in his mind, so Athena wouldn't hear.
"Alright..." He then said, looking around them. He then pointed towards another part of the wood. "Should be that way."
Maybe...
Quiet you... Sora bantered jokingly back at the kit, hopeing that the forest would let them through.

"About myself!?" Sora almost choked out. No one had really every wanted to know about him. After all most people thought that asking an assassin questions was a good idea. Not that Athena knows i'm an assassin... he pointed out to himself.
Not that she would want to know about that right away... the kit casually mentioned.
"Well... what do you want to know..." Sora asked her.

Athena curiously looked at Sora from the way he reactted to her question.
"Yeah..." she drawled out waiting for his answer.
Athena looked up at the sky thoughtfully when Sora anwsered with a qustioned.
"Anything really. I mean like what do you do for a living, do you have any family other than you sister, i think you mentioned eariler, Anyone special in your life?"
Athena looked at Sora waiting for an answer to any of her questions. Secretly hoping he'll answer the last one.

"Heh..." Sora said scratching the back of his head. "No one has really ever asked me about myself...." He said quietly then, trying to exsplain his reaction.
"Well... let's see..." He then said aloud looking upward, and thinking.
Then he looked at her. "If i awnser compleatly honestly will you still be here by the end athena? There are a few things about me that you might not like... And I don't want you to be afraid of me. I guess I just want you to know I would never hurt you..." He said. Hopeing fiercely that she would be afraid from him saying that.

Athena looked at the ground thought over what Sora was asking of her.
"Well," she started and lifted her head, "I can't say exactly how I'm going to react to what you would tell me. But since you you warned me and say that I probably wouldn't like it, I'll keep an open mind and try to to freak out."
Athena turned to look at him finishing with a smile.
"Any ways, wouldn't it be better if I hear it from you instead of some else."

"Heh..." Sora said, scratching the back of his head. "Yea I suppose that's true..." he then added smiling.

"Well let's see... where to start..." He then said with a sigh.
"I'm from a very old family that ruled over a village. My father was very stern with his family, and ruled well over the village. I didn't exsactly listen to my father. Eventally he had me leave telling me to come back when I could listen. I never came back, and my family eventually was killed by some unhappy villagers. I in the mean time ended up becoming an assassin for hire. It was a long time til I learned about my family. And I was in my profession for a very long time. Then I moved again I found that my sister had lived in the villager attack. Eventually I found another girl that I loved, and made me promise never to kill as an assassin again... I agreed." Sora sighed.
"I went away for a short time... she was killed."
Sora then smiled. "Wow... I've never said it aloud... Eli is gone..." he sighed again. "Somehow I made it here and here I am." He then said with a smile at Athena.

Athena listened contently to Sora's story, when he finished she looked at him with sad eyes.
"I'm sorry...for your lost..." she then looked at the now very interesting ground. "I lost my parents about 9 years ago. So I was on my own for awhile until I luckly met Leon that same year," she ended with a little laugh as she rememdered the day.
Athena then looked up at Sora a bit nervous, "You...still miss her don't you...Eli..."
