Pale grey eyes opened upon the world. The sky sparkled with stars, reflecting in those large eyes as she steadily took in the world, curled up like a furry pillow in a dip in the ground. Trees arced overhead, their rustle a sweet sound to her ears. Content to lay there for a moment, the new-made ghostling laid her chin on her arm and closed her eyes again, tailtip thumping occasionally not far from her nose.

Even so, this repose was not the usual sort of state to find her in, whether it be life or death. Stretching her slender body, she gave a great yawn, revealing a set of sharp fangs that otherwise remained hidden behind a bold smile or a serious set of her mouth. Fingers flexed into the sod she was nestled in as she arched her back and curled her tail. With one last yawn, she crouched and began to examine the world about her alertly. This was new. This was not like before. She frowned slightly then, ears angling backwards as she tried to think back. What was before? Every time she tried to think back, it was as if some great hand gently pressed her aside, redirecting her mind and keeping the past from her.

A soft growl was evidence of her displeasure at being foiled. There was something important... many somethings, she was sure! But there was no sense in fighting against what she could not understand. For now, she gave herself a good examination. Small, delicate hands, long silky hair, a tail with a heavy, tufted tip, and dainty paws attatched to powerful legs. She flexed several muscles and tested her strength with a great leap forward. Her momentum carried her further than her mind said this small, lithe body should be able to travel. It was exhilerating!

She spent some time bounding about the park, leaping into and climbing up trees, caterpulting off of branches and landing lightly on all fours, tail acting as a perfect counterbalance. The night air ruffled her fur, streaming her light dress against her as she ran and leapt. This was how life should be! it was as she balanced along a particularly thick and high branch of a spreading oak that she realized this was not a forest. Manmade lights filtered through the foliage, marking where the park ended and the town began.

Something niggled to her about humans. Something... that slipped away before she could get more than the faintest sense of a particular feeling, though it was gone before she could tell if it was a positive or negative feeling. Intrigued, and never one to back down from anyting intriguing or challenging, she tiptoed along the branch until it bowed with her weight, the leapt lightly off and bounded towards the lights, alternately running on two feet and all fours. Curiousity may have killed the cat, but this feline wasn't about to let that stop her from finding out more about this place.

((OOC..... So everyone knows.. I did manipulate Zion into the ride, but it was with permission from Gunsniper before posting. Always ask before something like that is done. XD ))
---

Valkon grinned widely at Zion. "It's a promise. At some point you will meet Chronos if you stick with me. It might take a little while but he and I are friends as I said. You will find him if you are with me. But right now... " he read the note and smiled. "I guess we need to go somewhere else right now, Zion."

Valkon glanced back at Azshara. "I need to go do something again. Keep an eye out, okay? And I'll see you know what happens." He glanced at Gossa moment and laughed. "Since the little pet seems to like it, I'd say you should take it home with you. Or at least keep it with you. For its own protection, of course." A smirk crossed his face as he turned back to Zion. She'd get the meaning to watch the watch and to watch the little eavesdropper.

"Zion, my boy, how would you feel about a wolf ride? Hold on tight though." With a smirk, the yokai shifted to his wolf state, a wide grin, his tongue lolling out. He waited for Zion to get on his back and then away he went.

Running through the crowd, he growled as he jumped over several of the humans in the square. It wouldn't take long to find and when he got to the opposite side of town, the yokai stopped with a grin, his paws impatiently moving as he paced a bit. Then as he looked at the skyline of the city, he saw it, quickly jumping in that direction Valkon did not halt until he was directly in front of it.

The steeple gleamed with the faint light that was coming from the lamp at the top. A warm glow drifted down over a portion of the roof, but Valkon paid little attention to that. Instead he moved towards the door, waiting for Zion to get down. When he did, the yokai unshifted.

"In here, Zion. This is where it needs to be." He shoved the door open, but few seemed to notice them much at all. Valkon nearly laughed. They must be used to his storming through the area already. When he saw the altar, the yokai studied it for a moment. He knew what the note said, but at the sight of them, he frowned a long moment. He was somewhat certain that it was the goddesses that Watcher followed. But which one? Did it matter?

Finally he wondered if this would really bring back Azmodeus and Chronos. IF not, then he'd still find some way. He had his crows and if Chronos did not show up, then he would be sending a note to try to find out how to get him here. It was a chance. A big chance. But either way it was something he wanted to do.

"Well, let's see if we get another watch, Zion? Or if we get them this time. Three is a lucky number by most standards." Carefully, he reached out the watch in his hand. Placing it in the center of the statues' hands, he stepped back to wait. They would see what happened.

Touma smiled when the old woman put the tray of cupcakes down. But when Ember dove into one, he blinked in surprise, his jaw dropping open. "You must really like cupcakes, Ember." He laughed and then shook his head. "I suppose we will have to give her a bath later, Priscilla. She will need one."

The old woman gasped when she saw the icing outlining the small ghostling. It was only a child. No wonder they had wanted cupcakes. Smiling, she said softly, "You are welcome to remain if that is what you would like. I don't mind being haunted. Spirits such as yourself are good luck."

Turning away, she moved downstairs again. There were more cupcakes to make and perhaps she'd make a batch of cookies also. For the first time in ages she felt like baking as she once had for her own children.

Baiatul Mistica nodded. "Yes I believe I do."He grinned and his eyes gleamed as he gazed upon the little ghostling. It was mostly a fascination that such a small being could speak. He wanted it to himself. It was an interesting little object that could be used as a new toy. Something to tinker with and such. "I have not seen such as her either. QUITE INTERESTING..." He said in emphasis. Baiatul wanted to stroke the being but as his hand reached it his hand phased right through. "A treasure indeed. It is a pity you'd not like to join us. I'm sure we could find much fun around town." He nodded looking to Boser.

Foilett floated about and around the two males. One Ghostling poltergeist and the other Oversoul. Not that she knew this. She knew The 'furry one' was hers. She just knew it. She would use him to her advantage and as she saw fit. Then the other one had promising attributes. He was odd looking and looked as if he could be agile. He thought her weird and the thought bothered her naught. She felt something stir within her. It was a powerful wave. Like some sort of awakening type feeling. She shoved the feeling aside and it subsided but she could tell it would be back it was obvious that it would be back.

(As a note Fiolett has not grown here yet and if the emphasis makes no sense it is fine I actually just accidentally hit caps lock and didn't feel like retyping)

((If anyone responded to my previous post, I apologize. I've not yet finished backreading.))

Afflict leapt back and away from her nervous companion - for a moment, growing angry at him. She wished she could fly that way... But it didn't matter. Eyes flickering again, the nimble Usagi skirted the Watcher and the commotion of the square, already thinning into nothing, and fled the man-made streets. Her path was more audible than anything else, the cries and surprised squeaks of the humans she messed with on her way all too clear above festival chaos.

"H-hey! Stop!" Scowling, Lysombre tried to follow that path; only to find it an easier thought than action. That odd ghostling was quick! Quicker than he - and some way or another, he had stumbled into one of Priyal's alleys, and was none too pleased about that.

Would this night ever become less confusing? "And who are these blasted Gods?" The infuriated ghostling fumed - Poltergeist wisps alive all about him - and waited for the wailing city to give him his answer.

(Yayz i finally caught up ill have to do alot of explainning about why Hikaru was absent)

When Hikaru had gotten to the stall she watched how the game was played closely unfortunately she waited to long because when she finally was ready to play all the prizes were gone"awww i really wanted a doll"she says in a disapointed tone but after a moment she realized more then the dolls were gone jewel was gone as well

Quickly she looked around for her new friend and still didn't see her she was starting to get worried that was until she heard jewels voice call over the crowd she said she couldn't get through the crowd and would meet her at the clock tower knowing jewel was alright made her feel better and tryed to call out that she heard her but the crowd had gotten thick and the fireworks over head were espeically loud so she wasn't sure if jewel had heard her but she figured she would just meet jewel at the clock tower then she realized a problem What time were they supposted to meet? Hikaru couldn't miss the festival because she waited the whole time at the clock tower

With a sigh Hikaru looks over the crowd at the clock tower thats when she noticed the purple yokai again she thought it suspious but she wanted to have fun at the festival so she decided she would meet jewel when the festival was over and that she wouldn't worry about what the yokai was doing

With that she headed off into the crowd token still in hand she realized she couldn't just carry it around the whole time so she tucked it into the fold at the end of her shorts and went on her way she decided she wanted to wander around the port city to see what had changed it had not been to very long ago that she had died about a month and a half to two months at the most but she had been out to sea for a while before and was curious to see if there was anything new

So for a while she wandered around checking things out as she did she ended up seeing things unfold with the different ghostlings at one she just stood back and watched what was happening not wanting to get involved though she did try and help put out a stall which a strange ghostling set on fire she was ended up watching the purple yokai a few times when she heard tell of a sea monster however she rushed to the docks unfortunately she was on the other side of the city at the time and arived only to find the charm dragon with the mask had taken care of it again though she found the purple yokai he at the time seemed to be talking to the water so she figured said monster was under the docks and decided to leave before she got herself in trouble

Again she wandered around the city till she started to get bored and decided it was time to get involved with the festival again so she headed off to a nearby stall it costed more tokens then she had but they seemed to have alot of prizes left because of this and earlyer she had seen the two charm dragons she had talked to earlyer and a strange looking fae setting up prizes for the owner of the stall so she decided she would do the same thing if anything to just kill time

So with that she walked over and opened a box full of shinies and trinkets she loved collecting trinkets and shinies but she despite being a pirate for a good portion of her young living life knew it would be wrong to just take them because they were for people who won the game and it would be sad if someone won but there was no prizes when there should have been so instead of taking any like she could have she begain setting them up

The man who was running the game was rather surprised to see the shinies and trinkets floating into place but after a moment he smiled and whispered a thank you to Hikaru the man had seem prizes for the stall right across from his do the same thing and this was a festival for both the living and spirits so he wasn't really that surprised to see the prizes floating and gladly welcomed the help

Hikaru was happily putting the prizes in place when she heard the clock tower make a funny sound which caused Hikaru to stop and look at the clock tower when she did she noticed strange ghostling like creatures floating out of clock tower she couldn't see them all that well but from what she could see she found she had never seen nor heard of them they didn't look like normal whisplings or normal ghostlings they didn't look like sireni or fae's or yokai's they looked almost like poltergeists but they weren't she also noticed somehow the pattern of the fireworks had changed but nobody else seemed to notice this she then looks around to see if anybody else seemed consirn about them when she noticed people weren't really she relaxed and went back to putting the prizes out

(i kind of made it so she was in the backround of everything but not getting involved with stuff till now)

User Image Always a day late and a dollar short.

Long after the other espers and espirits had entered the festival a lone form popped from the face of the clock tower. Descending in a dizzying spiral of aerial acrobatics. He puffed as though out of breath, pausing upside down and in mid reverse tumble to peer with wavering--though unblinking--electric purple gaze towards the building he'd just exited from. Upon closer inspection he appeared to be anxious, peering at the clock tower for several minutes before quiveringly alert frame began to ease. Whatever it was the little skulling had been expecting, it had apparently been side tracked.

Or so he assumed.

Rolling over to face forward again in a far more relaxed manner, dark ear-like protrusions twitched with piqued curiosity at the festival below. His tail beginning to wag in time with the catchy tune that hovered in the center of town. Humming along as he watched the strangers that swirled around him in a flurry of motion, oblivious to the shadows which blackened the tower and spread like a plague to devour everything within reach in blackness.

Spectral.... A sinister voice lilted the name, saturated with an amusement that crooked wryly on the wicked, flashing grin which was all that penetrated the darkness. The shadow beast stared rather intently at his prey, a rumble of laughter echoing against the din while tendrils of garnet red hair--which could have easily been mistaken for streams of blood-- serpentined forward, making it's way along the crevices of the clock tower. A whip of cloth from the demon's strait jacket sleeve snapping out to coil around the tiny skulling in order to draw him closer while Garishka lazily peeled himself from the shadows which homed him. Tut tut.. now just where are you going in such a hurry? We're not done yet.

Zion eyed the new wolf form of Valkon suspiciously before getting on for a ride. He didn't say a word though, the thought was amusing. He had seen wolves, but never in his dead life think to ride on one.

"This is a weird place..." Zion eyed the statues with a frown. "I've seen places like this, but the statue was a guy and he did this." Zion outstretched his hands as if holding an invisible large ball.

Just as the watch was placed the Watcher appeared as expected. His transparent form appeared above the two statues. However, unlike the other times his for begun to shift and blur as if someone were smudging his form.
"It would seem my contract is now over..." The watcher looked out of the stain glass window as a great shadow covered it.

Suddenly the ground begun to shake, not enough to topple buildings, but enough to startle a lot of people. A crimson line shot out from the watch in two directions, attaching to the two other watches that were set earlier. From the sky one would be able to see an equilateral triangle. In the center of this triangle everything would be covered in a dark shade, dark enough to tell the difference.

Above the entire festival the massive shadow of Azmodeus would appear. Each of the two moon creating a glow in the shadow as if they were his eyes, looking down upon the festival with a twisted delight. The shadow only lasted a moment before a great bean of light erupted from the ground far to the north. The beam illuminated the sky turning everything crimson for a whole minute before calming back down.

Once the beam was gone the land returned to normal. As far as anyone could tell. Though the festival suddenly fell silent as people (Live people) watched the sky and wondered what kind of omen that was? None recognized the shadow of the god in the sky.

(New area on the map)

When the sky returned to normal the Watcher was gone once again, leaving no evidence of where he had gone to.

"Ack, Boser find lots of treasure, but not all the time. Though found some treasure here, but it not." Boser snorted. "B-" Before he could continue his sentence there came a strange light than show. As the events begun to unfold Boser let off a squeak and took off for the ally in search for a safe place to hide from this unnatural occurrence.

"Yes, it is weird. But you gotta love it because it is, Zion." Valkon replied, then grinned widely. "You'll like what you find here though. There are alot of things to... "

The yokai blinked in surprise as Watcher appeared. "I wondered if you'd show up, buddy." Then he watched him closely for a moment. "Over...? Who...?" Valkon stared at him wondering what he meant by that.

Valkon moved towards the window, then he had turned and was out the door of the church. He gazed upwards, transfixed as something happened. He knew from the direction that it was connecting to the other watches. The watches he had carefully placed. Then he saw the shadow of Azmodeus looking down on all of them.

"Hah! He's back!" Valkon smirked. "And that means Chronos will be also." He stared in some glee but then when the image vanished, his eyes narrowed. The beam of light caught his attention and he started to say, Be right back, Zion, and would have shifted to crow form but then remembered his promise. He needed to see where it had led.

"Up for another ride, Zion? Wherever that light hit, I think that's where Chronos will be." he asked instead, shifting back to wolf form after marking the direction he needed to go. Whatever this had done, he wanted to see. And that's probably where Az and Chronos would be.

Touma laughed as he watched Ember and Priscilla. "I would never have thought about diving into the cupcake like that. I suppose...." He suddenly stopped frowning as he looked up at the circular window nearby. Moving closer he looked outside, staring at the darkness around everything. He just barely caught the light that shot outwards and away from the town. A frown crossed his face as he moved to see more.

What was that? And what had it done? Glancing over at Priscilla and Ember, he wondered if it was something he should go investigate or if he should just remain out of whatever was happening. For now he would wait. He knew the direction it went, but had been unable to entirely see what was happening outside. When everything seemed to return to normal, he stepped back.

Maybe he should check to see what this was. For now Ember and Priscilla needed the party though. Didn't they? Although a part of him was saddened that Davenya had not shown up yet. She could have distracted the two ghostlings allowing him to slip out awhile. That would have given him the opportunity to go see for himself.

Jenga had paused when she moved out of the park and into the city streets. A few of the living folk gave her odd glances, and it took her a few minutes to realize it might be due to the way she crouched on all fours. Again she glanced down at herself, smoothing the dress with one slender-fingered hand. Hmm... perhaps it was time to conform. With grace she rose to stand as they did, which was no difficulty for her. She merely found all fours an easier mode of transportation. She earned less strange looks and more smiles after this alteration, which pleased her unaccountably.

Thus blending in, despite her ears, tail, paws, and fur, she padded along the streets and alleyways, grey eyes taking in the buildings, closed shopfronts, cheerful home windows, and the booths and tents scattered along the way. She came to a large intersection just as something rather remarkable happened. A bright red beam of light shot out of the window of one very large structure nearby, piercing the air above her head. Another shot in a different direction, and then the ground began to rumble. Alarmed but not frightened, she dropped to all fours for stability as the pavement beneath her rolled.

When the area within the beams of light darkened, she'd frowned, gazing up at that smile. She did not trust that smile any more than she could touch it. Something about it bothered her, and she pinned her ears, whiskers bristling and tail lashing. Before her fur could begin to stand up, though, that eerie smile had faded, instead erupting into a column of light from the north. Her ears swiveled as she eyed it, padding forward to get a better look.

A patter of feet drew her attention away from it though as several someones came out of the building with the red lights. Perhaps they knew what went on here. She might be a newcomer, but surely this couldn't be a daily occurance? Not judging by how the humans reacted, anyway. Her ears pricked forward and she rose to her feet again, drawing breath to call out, when the most astonishing thing happened.

One of them turned into a wolf.

Brief flashes of memory seared her brain. Images of a mysterious smile and laughing eyes, of a black panther with the same smile and a waving tail of amusement. Of her brother. Her breath caught, squeezing tight in her chest. She must find out who that was, the one who was wolf and not-wolf. She must remember about her brother, must find him! For even as her heart beat painfully within her chest, the images and knowledge faded from her, leaving her only with a sensation of loss, and the certainty that she had a brother out there somewhere to find.

Determinedly, but with no little amount of curiosity, she dropped to all fours and bounded towards Valkron and Zion.

Priscilla left Ember to wallow in her cuppycake and moved to see what it was that had caught Touma's attention. Flares of light seemed unremarkable to her after everything else that she'd witnesssed tonight. "Those goddesses are certainly fiesty tonight," was her only comment before turning back to costuming herself in a fake feather boa and glittery silver high heel shoes. The world's affaris were not hers to worry about in her estimation. There were more important things to capture her attention.

Clothes!!

Hikaru was still happily stacking shinies, trinkets, and toys when the sudden red light caught her attention the ground started to shake alittle which knocked over everything she had just set up which annoyed her alittle but she knew there were more important things then trinkets and toys for a long moment she just stared at the light untill she saw a dark shape with a wicked smile which sent shivers down her back which wasn't a easy thing to do she could sense pure mischief in the smile but as soon as it appeared it dissapeared which at first made Hikaru feel better until the sudden eruption of a bright white light a good ways to the north

The white light didn't seem as bad as the wicked smile but still it all made her very uneasy what was going on? she wondered thats when she noticed valkon running full tilt towards that white light which only made her more worried she didn't know what to do she was kinda curious but at the same time she knew better then to get involved with the afairs of gods and goddesses so after looking in the direction of the white light and then looking up to where the wicked smile had been she returned to the prizes putting them back the way they were before

The man who ran the stall was alittle freaked out by it but when he saw the prizes begin to be set upright again he relaxed feeling alittle relieved that at least some of the spirits were calm

Three things happened at once. Firstly, Gossamer's song rose and fell with increasing intensity until it finally reached a crescendo of a powerful high note that hardly seemed capable of coming from the little body. Secondly, as that note was sung, Gossamer's rotund little body exploded outwards, erupting within Azshara's tentatcle into a form more recognizably Ghostling, still with a rainbow tail and a twisting rainbow horn, but now also with a mane of wild, thick hair shaded from one end of the spectrum to the other.

Thirdly, the red beams pierced the sky over the town. The murmurs of the living nearby made little Gossa stop singing and open her eyes, staring upwards in time to see the leering face apear. With a squeak, she cowered away from it, burying her face into Azshara's curled tentacle. Despite having grown, she still remained rather small, being of slight stature and build. Her mane of hair quivered, giving the colors a shimmery look to any observer. She really had turned into a beautiful if wild-looking darling. For now, she just hoped never to see that smirking face with the cold eyes again. Maybe the wet one wasn't so bad after all, if that was what evil looked like!

Spectral drew a sharp breath as the fabric tightened around his small body, whiplash setting in as he was snapped backwards towards the nightmare that emerged from the shadows. Rainbow striped tail waggling desperately in his effort to keep from being drawn too close to toothy maw filled with rows of jagged teeth. Garishka was hardly a Ghostling to be underestimated by the living and undead alike, though Spec was uncertain what it was that had initially drawn the garnet haired monster to him. Now he couldn't seem to shake the dangerous demon, brows furrowed and set in a dark look of dislike as he was twisted around to face his assailant, glaring. Just you wait. You're going to regret this. I promise! I'mma make you pay!

The skulling's eyes spoke volumes, enough so that there was no need for words as obsidian ears quivered and pinned backwards against the smooth shape of his rounded head. Little black tipped paws flailing as if to exaggerate his point.

Garishka seemed amused, but not thwarted by the idle threats. Wolfish grin crooking into an expression that would have sent a chill down the spine of the bravest men. He enjoyed the feisty struggle that the little skulling had put up to this point, refusing to cower in the face of a creature many times more powerful than he was. It was that sort that seemed to attract the shadow beast's attention. Shaking back the sleeve of his free arm so that he could reach out to touch the exasperated little thing. Yet he paused in his reaching as a shockwave echoed over the town disturbing the inhabitants that mulled about enjoying the festival. The shadow of master Azmodeus causing his brows to knit from beneath thick forelock, expressing his distaste with a sound that was forced through grit teeth. So the King was still haunting the realm, somewhere. It was almost as much a relief as it was an annoyance. Garishka was no one's slave, damnit.

And yet he found himself compelled to follow the crimson light that had burst forth from the north. Mismatched stare watching the others that gathered and seemed to be heading in the same direction. He wondered what it was that spurred their actions. If they felt the same tug of strings that pulled at his chest. Tst.. Azmodeus.

Just what the hell was this all about, anyway?
Yet he was reminded of Spectral when a bristling growl filled the air and a sharp tug nearly yanked him forward. Ivory and ebony gaze drifting towards his captive only to stare rather dumbstruck. The surge of power from the strange event must have triggered growth in the newest arrivals for he noticed now that there were a couple others who had changed shape rather suddenly. Spectral was one of them.

The pale Esper writhed in his grasp, dark fingers attempting to curl around the sleeve that bound him as a pouting mouth chomped upon the fabric. Let me go! Just you wait 'til I get free! I'm going to kick you in the head so hard you'll be seeing stars for weeks!!

Garishka's grin softened, much to the young phantom's surprise, drawing slender frame close enough until Spectral could smell the scent of death on him. His delicate nose crinkled, though he refused to avert his gaze, staring straight on at the other despite the color that touched the bridge of his nose.

I think I rather like this new body of yours. It might suit me to keep you around a while longer it seems. Should things get ugly you can at least provide me with a diversion, though it seems a shame to waste such a.. precious... life on something so trivial. The last statement seemed to be more self observation than anything Spec was meant to over hear, though Garishka certainly wasn't bashful.

I hate you. Was the only response the Esper could manage, leering as hard as he could manage as the corners of his mouth were tucked into a grim frown. It caused the nightmare to burst into a fit of hollow, maniacal laughter. Ah ha ha hah! That's what I love about you, Spectral! Your willfulness holds so much promise! Too bad I have every intention of taking you along with me to find the source of the light. So I'm afraid you'll have to tolerate my presence that much longer!

And with that Garishka disappeared back into the shadows of the clock tower wall with Spectral trailing behind, lassoed like a stray head of cattle the darkness which spread suddenly enveloped itself and disappeared.

The realm of shadows was a hauntingly unpleasant place, at least for the rainbow striped phantom. The air was so think it threatened to choke anyone who wasn't accustomed to it and he was certain that strange, unidentifiable things caressed the edges of his body, brushing against him as he passed for in the realm of the dark everyone was blind. Some how Spectral was certain he didn't want to know what it was that grazed the edges of his arms and slithered against his legs, only too glad when they emerged into the human realm again from the long shadow cast long the ground from one of the many carts that decorated the town center. Brushing amongst the living now the pair made their way, winding along through the crowds.

Only a notion and instinct lead the confident nightmare on his way, creeping towards the edge of the city with his reluctant Esper companion in tow, teetering along behind him and murmuring venomous things.

They had received all sorts of stares when carrying the huge pot through town. Hawke just laughed about it, urging Chief onwards. By the time his sister and Alnara returned, they would have the water boiling and be ready for them.

Hawke was certain his dad was up to something. But he didn't know what it was. It had to do with that Watcher guy as well as Uncle Chronos. And he figured sooner or later he'd be told something. His dad usually needed him to do something for him.

When the ground began shaking, Hawke blinked for a moment, but when the red light went zipping through rumbling everything in its path, his jaw dropped and he stared. Never noting the eyes looking down over them, he sighed turning back to what he was doing. Maybe his dad would know more later.

Glancing over at Chief, he asked, "Do you think that was these goddesses everyone was talking about? Wow! that's alot of power if so." A sudden grin crossed his face. "Lord Az could beat that I think. Be interesting to see him try."

Arthas had been silent since arriving, contemplating what all this had to do with him. His presence went unnoticed by most and he simply watched. He did not understand this place but he would. With Frostmourne at his side, he could accomplish anything and he would find a way back to his throne. No matter who he had to step on. Afterall, he had killed his own father to begin what he wanted on Azeroth. Here would be no different even if he was dead.

Unfamiliar with the inhabitants here, Arthas watched, scrutinizing their actions. Weak he decided as he watched the area. Both the ghostlings and the humans. A calculating smile slipped across his face. It would not be hard to conquer this place as it was. The thoughts of the goddesses the humans spoke of caused no hesitation in his plotting of actions that should be taken to proceed.

It occurred to him that in all these he had seen none that looked as if they belonged to his world. Was he the only one who had come here? The thought barely gave him pause. Let them remain in Azeroth. For now. He would conquer this world and then return even more powerful than he had been previously. Let them try to stop him then.

When the triangle appeared overhead, his eyes narrowed as he studied it. Turning he noted the direction all three points came from. Then he noted the eyes above, the maliciousness in them and smiled. That he knew. At least the appearance of evil when he saw it. The power behind the beam of light impressed him when little had in this place. And he turned to keep track of the direction it moved. Perhaps he should find that place.

It was then he spotted the actions of Garishka towards the other ghostling. A faint smirk appeared on his face. That one could be useful at some point but later when he understood who the eyes above them had been.

An icy power slipped through him as he stalked forwards, pushing humans from his path. He would need more power to defeat the one whose gaze had looked down over them. Much more but first he needed to see what he faced.
