I Suffer Mornings Most Of All I Feel So Powerless And Small By Ten 'O Clock, I'm Back In Bed Fighting The Jury In My Head... As the stranger began to transform, Pippa's eyes grew wide. She stared, struck with wonder, as a waterfall of dark feathers seemed to pour down his back. It seemed strange to her for someone to hide their +Anima; she herself had never had to, as she rarely left the castle but to soar leisurely above the city when she had completed her duties and the night was beginning to fall away. She continued to look up at him as he examined her grazed palms, which were covered in such a mess of mud and blood that her +Anima tattoo was barely discernable, and waited patiently for him to speak again.

Their group was beginning to get bigger, which made Henry nervous, but only slightly. Instead of sitting outside with the others and gawking at the stranger, he decided to follow Davey, who knew what kind of trouble he could stir up? After all, young kids are a handful. He stepped up to the counter and glared at the edge, he wasn't tall enough to see over it either, as he saw Davey, who was taller, jumping just to see over it. However, his ears were just large enough, but you can't see through your ears. "We need rooms, and quite a few, I doubt many people will want to share." Henry said to Donzo, trying to get the man's attention away from the bouncing cat boy.

"Your hands are all scraped up. How unfortunate. You must have fallen quite a bit." Ryu examined both the girls hands and gave her a smile. "Here, come with me into the Inn, I will fix up your hands for you ok?" He asked the girl.
"Hm? Oh yes rooms rooms, right." Donzo said to the next newcomer. "Tell me, how many rooms is it that you need young master?" Donzo asked as he checked his roster.

I Suffer Mornings Most Of All I Feel So Powerless And Small By Ten 'O Clock, I'm Back In Bed Fighting The Jury In My Head... He wasn't going to turn her away. For the first time since she had been herded out of the castle that morning, Pippa managed a smile. There was a slight pause before she answered him, and when she did, it was in a quiet and gentle tone.
"Thank you."
Tilting her head, Pippa gazed thoughtfully at the building before her. It seemed slightly smaller than it had at her first impression, and the open doorway no longer looked forboding, but welcoming, a simple token of hospitality. Perhaps, somewhere inside, there might be a warm, soft blanket, and it might even be made of velvet...

((Yay! Run While You Can! It's been too long!
And yes, I am hating on your M.S. paint skills! Either that, or your message has been lost to the sands of tim., I.E., my inbox.
You decide.))
Mari watched as they observed Pippa. At last, the bat girl had shown herself, and it was a lucky thing that Mari knew the girl. Mari, caught in her other thoughts that she was attending to, didn't speak up, but was ready to in case the situation needed it. Thankfully, said situation didn't need it, and was resolved without a word from her. Henry and Davey went inside, along with the blind raven boy and Pippa, so she saw no need to go in herself. There would probably be no danger for her friend.
Mari knew Pippa. Well, sort of. Let's put it this way: Pippa was the closest thing Mari had ever had to a friend after her Anima affliction. Thus, Mari kind of wanted to travel with Pippa. It was less for the close, sisterly relationship that they didn't have, and more for the fact that, if Pippa didn't have someone like Mari taking care of her in the daytime, she would probably lose all of her limbs. Simultaneously. And so, she turned to Whistle. "I know her. She's a good egg*." Her voice had a hinting note to it. It said, 'fine if you don't want her on your team, but then I'm not going to be on your team, either.'
((*This is a British(or somewhere like that. Run, is it British?)phrase. Basically, it means that they're a really nice person, very honest and all that. It's a compliment.))

Ha. My parents say it, and they're not even British! I'mmana laugh now. Except that it's like 11:30, my mom's asleep, and I'm supposed to be in bed.

"Oh dear." Henry whispered. He now had to figure out how many rooms they needed, but with this many people it'll be hard to figure out who would bunk with who. Well, in all, we have nine people. I bet the sisters would bunk together. So we would have to have about eight rooms, although, I don't mind sharing a room with somebody, and I bet the blind guy has a home somewhere, so that is six rooms. He groaned, trying to figure out something so simple. Forget it, everyone is sharing a room with someone. He nodded, "I estimate that we need four rooms. I hope you do have that many available." Henry said politely, a little worried everyone wouldn't be so happy with his plan.
(lolwut, hate mail? :c )

Hold on... 11:30?
Oh, that's why America irritates me. I can't ever figure out what time it is anywhere ever. WHY CAN'T YOU JUST HAVE ONE TIME, YOU MASSIVELY ANNOYING LANDMASS.
It's quarter to five in the morning over here; I had to stay up to wrap my nan's birthday present. She's seventy today, and we're taking her and her racist friends out for a meal to celebrate =3
Slightly off-topic, but it's 04:44 am, I'm allowed to ramble.
Edit: Yeah, hate mail?! What's with that?... ))

Hate mail. Yep. Apparently, a mass of Twilight fans decided to kill every Anti-Twilighter around. Oh, and then there were the people that were pissed because I was writing a story where the reincarnation of Jesus is gay...and the people who want me to update a chapter of a fanfiction that I haven't worked on since the end of last school year...and the people who I've just been arguing with...and the people who I've yelled at for bad grammar and misplaced threads in the writers forum...and the people who couldn't handle the honest critique I gave them on their not-very-good writing...bleh. So much...hate mail... *Stars and birdies*))

Aisha looked from the inn to the new girl and then she decided to be friendly to the newest member of their group, so she looked over to her and said with a smile. "I'm Aisha..it's nice to meet you." She didn't know the girls name but she knew that wouldn't be a problem since she was bound to learn it sooner or later.

((It's still in Alpha version. If you really want to Beta read it, you'll have to be ready for major plot holes. And, y'know, for me to get up off my lazy a** and write more than just the skeleton.
Oh, BTW, I also got hate mail for writing a story about a traditional vampire, because apparently, him raping people to weaken them so he can drink their blood is extremely offensive.))

I Suffer Mornings Most Of All I Feel So Powerless And Small By Ten 'O Clock, I'm Back In Bed Fighting The Jury In My Head... (( Not afraid of pushing boundaries, are we, Flan? XD ))
Rubbing one of her eyes sleepily, Pippa allowed herself to be lead into the building. Inside, the room beyond was dark and wooden, but strangely cozy. The burning light of the setting sun was painting bright ovals onto the walls behind the administration desk, where two of the group were already standing. Suddenly, a voice from somewhere below her piped up.
"I'm Aisha..it's nice to meet you."
Glancing down in alarm, Pippa noticed a tiny, raven-haired girl beaming up at her. She looked young; her expression was friendly and inquisitive. Stifling her original surprise, Pippa smiled at Aisha, and trained her dark eyes onto the bright, sunshine-yellow ones glowing back at her.
"Nice to meet you, Aisha."
