Look im standing up for my band slipknot is a awsome band u can tell me aging and aging that slipknot sucks but they are a awsome i dont care what u think or any little poser on here Nice standing up, you think if you're going to pose a plausible argument for a band that clearly is terrible, you could at least spell "awsome" right. And by the way, I hate slipknot, grow some metal sense. *chuckles and hi5s you*

Shinrin Minto Scandinavian metal is the best. wink But most pathetic... Rhapsody. biggrin rot in hell, rhapsody is one of the absolute best symphonic/power metal bands ever created

Avenged Sevenfold
Disturbed
Korn
Mudvayne
Static X
System of a Down
and so much more on your local radio station! the only good radio bands are 80's metal and metallica and megadeth.

I can go on...Mainly those bands that are rising today and claim to be metal but are really just screaming and repeating themselves ((vocal and rift wise..I went to a Bodom show and sounds of the underground...unfortunately for me...Trivium was there...when they played...it was so hard to tell the difference and I swear herd the same rift over and Over again I couldn't tell when songs changed until the screaming...)) and singing in the microphone in almost a whining voice..it drives me nuts...But again that's an Opinion..I respect all of yours...I expect the same cause I could say quite a few comments on things done here. I really don't want to see something like leave slipknot alone..or oh well look at you liking cannibal corpse they suck....Yeah well to you they do but to me they dont..just like to you slipknot doesnt...or black dahlia and I dont.

Personally I think Cannibal Corpse concept is pathetic, I mean, don't get me wrong, they can really play, they are very good, but the concept is what's so pathetic, they should probably apply more for RBM or OSBM, they have the talent.

Hey fair enough! I respect that..I was just reading at how other peopole were Flipping out cause bands they like are on the lists of what people say are the most pathetic. I was kind of like wow...I am not willing to post if this is the reaction....oh well Im gonnna do it..people should grow up...Since I like cannibal and me seeing people say them...Im not gonna be like OH IM GONNA EAT YOU FOR THAT STATEMENT AGAINST CANNIBAL! so I just dont want taht. Im not doing it to you dont do it to me. But I do respect your opinion and I agree with it. And I have a lot more respect for you cause of that and you arent screaming at me and junk for it.

some of their music is good. but if a band only has a FEW good songs, over like 5 or 6 albums, it's a good sign they REALLY suck.
ESPECIALLY IF THEY SAY TRIVIUM ARE THEIR GOOD FRIENDS, ON THEIR TOUR WITH AMON AMARTH scream

What in the name of all that's metal! How can you even come up with an idea of writing crap of other metal bands? Everyone seems to have their oppinions about Hammerfall, metallica, Cradle of Filth etc. But think this; They're still metal bands! The Power-metalheads, Death-metalheads and so on, wouldn't agree. You can't actually write any disrespectfull about any band!
Well, you can.. But that's just not what a metalhead should be doing! I'm not tellin' how ya'll SHOULD do and NOT do.
I just believe being a true metalhead is to respect every band regardless of genre! If some guy has decided to dedicate his life to start a deathmetal band, I respect him. For I am not the one to decide if his band is pathetic or not. Understand my point?

As for the second half to Rexonius....I understand where your comming from.....but its just to see peoples personal and different feelings. again you may be against it but some arent. It is a place to express your opinion..just like your expressing yours on this topic. Though many dont see it as you do. The only thing that pisses me off is the way people yell at others for putting up bands they like. I saw bodom up here and I like bodom even after Are you Dead yet? I like dark funerial though people say they hate them and put them up here..its a pain that people are like RAWR YOU DONT LIKE whatever band that they like IM GOING TO EAT YOU FACE OFF!!!

You do realize that half of you are naming Nu-Metal or rock bands in this category? Mentioning them and actually acknowledging that they are Nu-Metal is ok..but listing them as if they are metal?...You need to brush up on your genres folks.
Thrill Seeker- You are always poating something interesting. I admire you. I also am glad that you were one of the few that actually named a METAL band rather than some puss rock or Nu-Metal band. Cheers!

Well...now that I have that out..I think that the most pathetic METAL band is Lamb of God. I can't stand the lead singer's voice. He tries too hard and fails miserably. He shouldn't be roaring..bc it sounds really pathetic and wimpy even. No offense to the Lamb of God fans out there...but that is just my opinion. You can't expect everyone to like them (I am only going into detail with this because I want to cover things and place my arguement so someone who is a hardcore LOG fan wont get all postal and offended and start bitching at me because this kind of stuff happens all the time..what ever happened to the good old debates rather than arguements and closed minded jerks who think their opinion is fact and everyone else has no clue what they are talking about. I hate those kind of people)
