"Chaos Emeralds?" Ali asked "i heard about them, Knuckles said that they use to be with the Emerald he was sworn to protect" Ali's father said. Ali looked at her dad then back at Rogue "what do you plan to do with that?" she asked as she got up

"That's simple these emeralds are priceless, they are the ultimate gem they can do anything and well, personally Shadow needs them." Rouge throws the shard to Shadow.

Ali's father noticed that Shadow caught the shard and charged towards him "i don't think so" he growled, he then jumped and opened his mouth as he was about to bite Shadow. Ali watched as Rogue tossed the shard as well but swung the staff around and hit Rogue's legs hoping to make her tip over but ended up getting kicked again.

Shadow growled and kicked at Ali's father, still holding onto the shard Rouge threw at him.

Ali's father fell back on his side after Shadow kicked him and held his shoulder where it got scraped from the fall. Ali got up and swung her staff at Rogue's legs again but missed and ended up falling flat on her face "ow" she muffled

After being Tackled he kicked Tails right in his side. He was not giving up the shard he just got.

Shadow used chaos control and returned to Rouge before saying "The next shard, where is it and if they attack me I will hurt them."
