Ron because he did more for Harry throughout the entire series than Ginny did. Plus, I've just never been a big fan of Ginny.

Hedwig, because Hedwig is in all 7 books (breifly in the 7th), while Pig is basically in 2.

That's hard because I would want to save them both, but I'd have to say Tonks because she's awesome and I love her, and she was able to look beyond the fact that Lupin was a werewolf and see him as a person and love him, and that's totally awesome.
