"HEY STUPID!" Came a voice from the entrence. FInally, Misha had returned from her abstance, and was now pointing her wand at the proffesser.
"I HEARD THE WHOLE THING MORAN!"

Benny walked in casually, expecting Bob to be a little disapointed with the fact that she couldnt get the veratisirum. But there was more then that, she didn't even know where bob was. She could not tell that his dead body was being covered. But see did see that Infernous wasnt tied up anymore and that misha was going to try and attack him.

BANG! A powerful wind exerted from Benny's wand. It made Infernous drop his wand, but also the sheet covering bob also flew off.

"W-what, did you do?" stuturred Benny who had tears streaming down her face. "Y-you killed h-him? How could you? And now you were going to try and kill Misha a first year? What are some sort of weakling that takes pleasure in killing students, because wizards and witches of age are too strong for you? You're a coward, a weakling and I won't let you hurt anymore us. Coward."

Benny looked at Benny she so wanted to kill Infernous with Misha but Benny shook her head. "Misha what ever you do don't attack him" said Benny seriously. "I'm not letting you get in trouble because this coward is trying to kill those who are weaker, even if you are better then this piece of dirt."

-[ automatic girl ] is taking over Professor Mgonagall, for now i guess-

Mcgonagall walked briskly into the gryffindor common room to see what Benny was talking about. Benny was right. Mcgonagle had clearly heard Infernous. She stomped up to him not noticing bob's body. She put her wand to his throat and took out the veritisirium Snape had handed to her to prove Benny stole from his private-store. She then forced 4 drops in his mouth.
"Carmon! Waters! Get back!" barked Mcgonagle. "What was your mission?" she asked forcefully to INfernous.

Mcgonagle's expression did not change. She then said " Infernous, such a disgrace..." she paused " What will happen if you don't succeed?" she glared angrily into Infernous eyes still pointing her at him.

Mcgonagle look confused. She continued to point her wand and said "what are you talking about"

"Professor..." said Benny pointing at Bob's lifeless body, while sobing quietly on Misha's shoulder.

Mcgonagle's wand shot out thin-snake like leather tight ropes, that wrap themselves around infernous, mouth, hands and legs. "Infernous, how could you? An innocence child," mcgonagle paused and said powerfully "Obilviate!, Carmons, Waters and Darkmyth you will not bring to much attention to the cituation, as for Infernous, thought you should know, that he will not be able to remeber a single thing not even the vow he made with You-know-who. So that means he will die eventually. You should all get a good-night's rest" Mgonangle then muttered a quick spell and Bob's body disapeared along with Infernous who was now unconcious.

[[Well bob kinda doesnt existed anymore, i think it would be to hard to have a funeral and so the body is magicacly diposed of like with my other character Meela. And Infernous is in Mcgonagle's office just sitting in a very well protected room waiting to die, but doesnt remeber that he made the vow at all]]

Benny-who was just as sad as gabby- ran to gabby's side and said "It's okay..." even though it wasn't. "Don't cry, you and bob were good friends, he wouldn't want you to cry, it's alright" Benny fell to her knees as GAbby did and held a part of the cover and small, clear, beautiful tears ran down her cheek slowly.
