biggrin I would just like him to look fuzzy/fluffy, so please edit feathering on his legs and for custom mane and tail, something floofy is fine (ridiculously so is more than fine...but not so it looks terrible). Some random bits of jewelry would be splendid as well. Maybe some feathers in his mane or something?

Hair/clothing edits: Some kind of rocker/punk hair that covers his eyes...long in the front, short in the back. I am not sold on the mane color I put in the reference so feel free to change it. The reference I posted is a guide or something to inspire with...you can make changes as needed.
I'd like him to have some sort of pendant that has a glowy energy to it, of the light blue/white seen on the pin.

A pasty greenish white with patches body color with slashes on the forehead, cheeks, etc and on the the body in scattered places. Blood spatter here and there too, please, both on him and on the coat.
I'd like an edited mane and tail that looks stringy and completely out of control (slight matting, etc is fine) of a longer length (not long enough to trip over. Bits of cloth and twisted metal fragments can be in there.
The eyes can be very pale green with a faint rimming of smoky grey/black around his eyes. Just use the references.
His expression I would like to very explosively angry/crazy.

I'd like him to have two articles of clothing. One is a strait jacket. I'd like it partially on him...around his neck, chest, and starting down his legs. On the sleeves, I'd like them to rip and have the ends trailing on the ground so they aren't going all the way down the leg. Should be very long. (ripping just below the elbow I guess? Or whatever looks good). The portion that is to go around his belly should be extremely tattered and trail off over his back, down his sides and belly, and onto the ground so it looks more like a cape than a full-body strait jacket. The effect is that the jacket used to be full-body but it was so destroyed that the hind legs are no longer hindered. On his hind legs, maybe a few bits of cloth can still circle at his ankles. Overall, I'd like lots of dragging cloth and strapping. The jacket is to be a dirty ivory/dark tan with lots of strapping, metal clips, etc.
I'm looking for an artistic adaption of the cage that is around his head in the reference images. It can be half a cage (like the bottom half encircling his neck with scraps of metal coming up around his face or it can be the whole cage.

I also like the variation of the bay coloring (red-brown to almost black in some portions). The feet with the white socks should have pale ivory hooves and the dark leg should have a black hoof. Green eyes of any tone that looks good.
Hair style: Cropped mane please and all black except for a streak that runs through the bang portion of the mane (unless it looks odd). Tail style should be 'forever foal'.

Hair Style: See references. His hair should be knee length or so in the portions that are not bound up (not quite the right length in the reference...it needs to be longer than what I drew it as originally. There doesn't have to be a ton hanging loose either. Long tendrils are separated from the main bulk and are looped up, pinned up with bronze clips, and then loose tendrils hang down. His hair is slightly wavy and slightly messy. His tail can be style Long #1. He also has a small goatee.
Color-wise, the ref is off slightly. I'm not positive what would look the best, so this is a colorist choice option. Probably should keep it dark with maybe an accent of the gold on the tail if it looks ok. IDK, play with it?

Wings: I would like to be Kalona Style #1. For colors, I'd like the membrane to be the darker red/black that you see on his hindquarters. Ad lib the rest.
smile Expression: Could he please have either a 'bellowing' type look to his mouth and face (with ears back if it helps pull the expression off) or if that looks odd , then a slight sneer with narrowed eyes and maybe a touch of exposed teeth? If not, then just the generic kalona grump face will work.
Lastly, can he please be in the 'foot down' pose?

First off, please ignore the leg cuff example. That's not quite what I want. Changed my mind. I would, however, like a helmet as seen in the second example, which is just a rough idea. I would like it to be bronze and have the look of old, embossed metal on the faceplate (the design is up to you). The helmet does not cover the nostrils or eyes and holds a pair of large, intimidating ram horns that are textured (like real ram horns). It is secured with black straps under the muzzle and chin (whatever looks reasonable). It shouldn't be super bulky over all except for the horns. Mane can drape over the helmet however you wish.
Second, on the forelegs, I would like some shinguard in the same sort of embossed bronze. They go from just above the ankle to just below the knee and are only on the front side of the leg. They are secured with the same black straps as the helmet. Artistic license on what they actually are decorated with. On his hind legs, small leg cuffs like the example I show on the front hoof is fine, but make it bronze and embossed too, please. The general theme for all armor on him is greek.
Lastly, I would like him to be wearing a harness similar to the third ref. The metal should be bronze, not silver, and there should be no saddle + extras with the saddle. Instead, you could just have a strap that runs from the straps on the front down the middle of the back to the straps on the rear. Straps are black please and all fastenings are bronze. You can keep those dangly parts that come off the circlets and hang down.
If there are any other little things you want to do to make him awesome, please do! Maybe a pendant or something? I'm looking to include his planetary symbol (the 'male' symbol that looks like a circle with an arrow off center on the top)
Total Price: 1.7mil unless I need to add for complex markings. Which is fine with me.

The ref shows colors and approximate placement. The body, I would like to have more stars and 'nebulae' clouds (faint though, not as bright as the comet itself), I just didn't paint them in for fear they'd look terrible. Artistic license for the colorist.
Mane/Tail: Long tail please. I like the lavender I have as a ref on there but if you think accenting with the peachy tone or light blue looks good, go for it.
