Kiara could see the exhaustion in Kradd's eyes and figured he was going to retire to his room. Unexpectedly he fell back onto the couch, his head resting on her lap. "Umm.." Kiara didn't know what to do. She didn't want to wake him, but she might do so if she moves off the couch.

Simultaneously Kiara heard the sound of someone falling and something shattering upstairs. She slightly winced, hoping the noise didn't wake Kradd up. It didn't. Next she heard someone knocking on the door. Considering the position she was in, Kiara stayed where she was.

Looking back at Kradd's sleeping form, Kiara couldn't help but think Kradd looked kind of cute. At that thought Kiara shook her head, trying to rid herself of such thoughts as a blush worked it's way to her cheeks. Exhaling a breath she didn't know she had been holding, she saw Kradd had woken up.

If she wasn't blushing earlier, she was now. Kiara's face was as red as a tomato when Kradd brought his face very close to hers. If he had moved any closer they could of...'No, no, no. Don't even think about it Kiara!' she mentally scolded herself. Pulling herself together, Kiara slouched back onto the couch, one of her hands resting on her forehead. Today was filled with too many confusing events for Kiara to handle.

Kradd turned around towards the staircase and lifted up a finger, gesturing for Hazel to wait on moment. "Sorry, one second. Please, come in." He waited for her to come inside before closing the door behind her and running up the steps. He basically fell into the guest room's door, feeling incredibly tired and just wanting to sleep. His position on Kiara's lap had been very comfortable and peaceful. He stepped inside the room and walked over to help Saya back up, holding her for a moment without even thinking of what he was doing. "You ok?" He asked, moving back slightly after making sure she would walk without falling. He didn't care much for the broken lamp, just wanting to make sure Saya was ok.

Hazel looked at Kiara and then shook her head, "No, I'm just here because I was told to tutor Kradd for the exams that are coming up. You're not from our school are you...?"




Saya looked up at Kradd, "I'm alright..I just feel really weak right now.." She smiled up at him, "It's hard to move after using up so much energy.. but I wanted to try and thank you somehow... So I.." She drifted her voice off as she sensed the other girl in the house and that she was special too, though that was as far as she could get with her energy so diminished. She looked completely and utterly weak, when she used that much energy, even though she borrowed some, it was quite surprising that she could even be awake let alone attempting to walk. And even so, she still attempted to stand up again, though her body looked like she could collapse.

Kradd moved over and held on to her, lifting her up into his arms gently and lying her back down on the bed. "The best way you could thank me, is by getting some rest, Saya." He smiled and pulled the blanket back over her body. He turned around once he was sure she was comfortable and began to walk towards the door. His hand hovered over the doorknob for a moment as he looked back at Saya, hoping she'd actually get some rest, then opened the door and stepped out. Kradd made his way downstairs, but not before reverting back to his normal form. He had an excuse for the different appearance. He just hoped Hazel would believe him. He glanced down at Kiara and Hazel and sighed. "Sorry, that was our... cat, and I had to change out of my cosplay." He forced a smile to his face and stepped towards Hazel. "So, I really don't want to be tutored, especially right now." He said, being polite about it and hoping she understood. He just wanted to go back to sleep...

"We're NOT related," Kiara quickly corrected the girl. "I just told you, I'm a friend visiting from out of town." Kiara glanced over at Kradd, he looked ready to collapse at any second. "Look umm Hazel was it? Do you think you can postpone your tutoring session until tomorrow? Kradd was showing me around town all day, and we're both exhausted."

Hazel looked at Kradd and then the girl, "You may not be related by blood, but you both seem kindred... like siblings.." She looked at Kradd with serious eyes, "I can postpone tutoring tomorrow but that means I will have to stay here until then. I gave my word to the teacher that I wouldn't let you out of my sight.. For some reason he thinks you will try to skip the tutoring, so he made me give my word.." She hoped he would understand, since to her, her word was a vow.. and she didn't take vows lightly.



Saya began to dream the same dream she had been having lately. Though whenever she would have the nightmare strange things would happen to those near her, though this was one of the reasons she always tried to be alone. The world around Kradd, Kiara, and Hazel began to look as though it were melting--though it was somewhat of an illusion. As the world appeared to melt around them it looked as though they had entered Saya's nightmare. Her voice echoed, crying, "Make it stop..! I don't want to see any more of this!!!" though it wasn't that she was calling out to them, it was that this was what she was actually thinking. "No more visions.... no more death! No more....please...no more......." it was as if her innerself was having a small breakdown. As quick as the nightmare had appeared to them so did the vision of a couple blood spattered everywhere, a demon's voice echoing, "come out come out little prophet girl! We promise not to eat you like we did with your parents..! Hahaha!"

Kradd pretended not to notice the vision, shifting his gaze to Kiara's eyes and watching her eyes, then turning his head back towards Hazel. He had seen this vision far too many times to be phased by it. The only thing that bothered him was the fact everyone could see it now. Saya really needed to learn how to control her abilities. Piling a bunch of stuff on people seemed to be her specialty. He turned around towards where the stairs should have been and moved ahead, breaking through the small vision as he took a step on the staircase. He quickly made his way back up to Saya's room and entered, making his way towards the side of the bed. He grabbed a hold of her arms and shook her gently, trying to wake her from the nightmare that they seemed to share. "Saya, wake up!! Saya!!" He said, sitting beside her and hovering over her face as he attempted to wake her.
