Ahh, did not know this about Emerald and such, thanks~
Bulk Up on Ruby is not problem, I can migrate a Pokemon over, same with Earthquake on Emerald. I'm still trying to find another Ice Beam (I know I'm mising the one in Diamond and Platinum, MRRRG) I won't do anything with those TMs yet of course while we figure everything out.
I realize these shiny Pokemon you may not have, though they are what I'm searching for currently:
-eevee (always looking for more shiny eevees)
-charmander (I realize this is probably impossible, no worries, just one of my 'always wanted one' things)
-growlithe
-sandshrew
-larvitar
-vulpix
Also, I'll update you on other TMs of the like I come across :]

So what would be the shiny to TM ratio?
You can always look on Bulbapedia for the Ice Beam location :u

omg I just almost died I thought my diamond game died it wouldnt read ;o;
Found Ice Beam in Platinum, going for it in Diamond Now
On the ratio thing I'm not sure, I know you wanted taunt as well, taunt isn't as hard to come by as earthquake and ice beam, umm, what do you think? Do you have any of the shinies I might want?

I have a shiny Jolly Eevee and I could probably chain some of the others...
I think I can find taunt in my SS, so I probably won't need it.

Shiny Eevee I would def want, also, are there any specific carrier pokemon you would want? Meaning pokemon that would be holding the item? :]

Alright then, let me try to find this other ice beam and possibly the missing earthquakes :] That way everything can be all together
