Brandy ✖ Jean ❝"Which way is it?" he asked. He didn't know the town very well, so he had to rely on Thali for directions to places. ❞

"It's right there." Thali pointed to a small, and slightly elven looking restaurant. "My friend owns it--" They pulled into the drive way, and Thali took Vate's hand. "Come on, I'll show you!" She said, dragging him out of the car.
Once inside, a cheerful fae greeted them. "Princess! Is it time for my class already?" Risa asked. When Thali shook her head, the fae seemed to notice Vate. "What's he doing here?" She demanded, with a frown. "No one who's hurt the princess is allowed here..."

Brandy ✖ Jean ❝ Did everyone know about their past relationship? Vate wanted to say something, but he knew that the fae wouldn't listen to him and make things worse. He remained behind Thali, silent. ❞

Thali frowned at her friend. "He's okay now." She promised the fae. Risa sighed, and only shook her head.
Finally, she nodded at Thali. "Fine." She said. She walked them to a table set for two, as if it were a romantic date of some kind. "If you need anything, just call." She muttered to Thali. Then she looked to Vate. "You hurt her, and I will not hesitate to kick you out." She said.

Brandy ✖ Jean ❝ -Can I dropkick the annoying fae now? 8D-
Vate refrained himself, and took one of the menus the waitress set on the table. "Lovely place." he told Thali sarcastically. ❞

-I dunno, Matth'd get awfully upset~ Scary vampire fae!-
Thali didn't seem to catch Vate's sarcasum at all, or if she did, she ignored it. "I thought you'd like it. It's a bit like home." She said, looking around. "And Risa's the greatest cook there ever was." She said. "Even if she doesn't like you." She sighed.
"You know how fae are. They hold grudges. I told her when you left, and she vowed to take revenge--she's a seelie, so she can't harm you." The elf shrugged. "She'll just make fun of you."

Ben was absolutely insane if he actually expected her to show up....not that she was going to tell him any different. She then looked at the packet, then chuckled. "He'll really appreciate this." she said, trying not to bust a gut as she walked into the classroom.

"Sure he will." Ben muttered, before walking back into the classroom. He sat down at his desk, and began to teach. He wasn't really a boring teacher--he actually knew what he was talking about. His teaching style was different than Thali's--he didn't give the students a choice on what they were going to learn. And he was less energetic. Much less.

Stasia grew bored rather quickly. Ben, while he was considered a friend, lacked the enthusiasm needed to capture her attention. And the whole 'no choice' thing irked her to no end. About half-way through class, she mentally shut down and started doodling.

Ben stood up and walked over to Stasia's desk. "I never knew you were an artist." He muttered, sarcastically. "Oh well. As long as you behave in Thali's class--which, I promise you, is far more boring than mine is."

Stasia looked up, shooting him a look. She would have shot a retort his way, but bit her tongue before she let the words leave her lips. She muttered darkly in what sounded like Russian, her eyes cast back down to her craptastic doodle. She knew she sucked at art; he didn't have to point it out.

Kat pouted at Adrian's reaction. "Awww, c'mon!" she half-whined, half-begged. "You thought the fries would be gross and they weren't, just trust me!" Giving him the biggest sad-puppy look she could muster, she held a chip right under his nose.
Gavin's stomach gave another unhappy roar and he immediately grabbed it with both hands. "Hush, you! I'm trying to find food!" he chided the organ, a petulant frown set on his face. He glanced towards the parking lot, eying his bright red motorcycle. In theory, he could offer Livvy a ride and let her use his helmet, but she didn't seem the thrill-seeking type, so he opted to walk instead.

"Russian, huh? I'll get Joshua in here to translate." Ben said, with a smirk. Not that he actually would, Josh was too young to hear what the man guessed the halfling was saying.
Adrian gave the chip a doubtful look before taking it. "Fine." He muttered, and plopped it into his mouth. His eyes widened in surprise, but he didn't make any comment. Instead, he stole another one from Kat's plate.
Livvy giggled, and put a hand over her mouth. She blushed. "I see a restaurant just down there." She said, pointing down the street. It had a brightly colored sigh, otherwise it wouldn't have been noticable.

"Go for it, Ben-Ben." Stasia said, smiling. Her tone was light....though it still held an edge of a challenge to it. She doubted he had the gall to carry through with that, so she proceeded to call him a smelly, rotten fishhead in Russian.

Ben gave an obviously false sigh. "Pity I have to trouble Zee with a report that his girlfriend's misbehaving.." He said, making his way to his desk. He shot a smirk in Stasia's direction before reaching for his phone.
He didn't plan on actually calling Zee; knowing the dark elf, he would keel over laughing if he'd known what his fiancee was doing.
