 Alec wan't the most social of people, so when Anne mentioned the 'carnival lady' he gave her a questioning look. "...Carnival lady? Which one? There are many girls here..."

Anne smiled. "You know, the one with brown hair and blue eyes. The one you told me about. What was her name again?"

Alec looked even more confused than before. He turned his head towards Anne, trying to think of anyone who matched that description. He didn't pay attention to the people who worked at the carnival, and came up with nothing. "Wha..." He began to say. ((Is it just some random chick? XD))

"Carnival lady." She said, pointing to a lady on the other side of the river. she had long brown hair and deep blue eyes, looking at Anne. Anne waved at her and the lady waved back, not noticing you. anne looks at you and smiles. "She likes you. See." she said, pointing to the small pink swirls across her body.

Alec's eyes passed over the woman, uninterested. He sighed, picking his words carefully; "She doesn't like me, Anne. Also, I'm not interested in her, or dating in general. You and Kiri would be happy together though," He managed a strained smile.

Anne looked at Alec. "You don't mean that, do you?" She asked, while the woman spoke up. "Anne...sweetie... leave the boy alone. Its time to eat.." she said, gesturing for Anne to follow. Anne looked at the woman and then at Alec. "Well, i guess if no one wants me to stay..." Anne said, she started to walk across the water, heading over to the woman.

Alec meant what he had said, but it hurt saying it. Standing up, he looked at the horizon; the sun was in the sky already. He turned around and with one last glance at Anne, walked toward the circus. He really needed to tape his mouth shut.

Anne walked over to the Figure as the woman bent down, she gripped onto Anne's arm. The creature smiled with fangs and bit into Anne's arm, making her scream in pain. The forest caught on fire instantly and the flames surrounded them, making a big black smoke covering the circus ground and back.

 Aurelia Crescent had been wandering through the woods when she heard the scream. She instantly stiffened, whipping her head in the direction of the noise and seeing part of the forest on fire. Instinctively she began to run towards the cry of distress, vaulting over rocks and fallen branches. She skidded to a stop in the middle of a clearing, seeing a boy whom she recognized; Lean figure, black hair, red eyes-- "Alec?!" she called out, both is disbelief and horror. [[Tell me what you think. Btw, she can't see Anne & the other woman due to the smoke and flames. She will soon though. ^^]]

Lucifren smelt something and it seemed to burn. She closed her eyes then opened them seeing dark black smoke and ran over trying to figure out what happened. She couldnt see anything and it frusterated her. She went back looking for Valentine. He was the person almost second in charge here. She ran around looking for him or anyone. She saw some people but most were packing up and getting the curcis down and packed up. Or the main parts because they had seen the smoke. The circus was on a train and so packing everything up was a bit of a task but they could make it work. Lucifren just watched some people run around in panic but didnt see Valentine. Where in the world could he have gone? she thought a bit angerly. [[if this doesnt fit please let me know, I have no clue whats going on other then what i read on this last page xP ]]

Anne could see Aurelia and tears came to her eyes. she knew Alec wouldn't come for her now. She was gone. She screamed more and tears ran down her cheeks, The clone ripping open her cut and draining her of everything slowly.

Alec stared horrified at what that woman was doing to Anne. As a burning rage began to swell inside of him, he heard his name being called. He didn't even need to look to know who's voice it was-- Aurelia. Alec hastily wrapped an arm around her waist and sent a blast of fire at his feet, propelling them both to the other side of the river. They landed and he let go of Aurelia, immediately turning towards the beat that had Anne in it's clutches. He ignited it's back and shoulders, taking care not to burn Anne. "Aurelia," Alec yelled hastily, "Help her!!

Kiri had heard Anne scream and was running across the water before he knew it, or how for that matter. He sent a flock of butterflies ahead as a distraction before trying something new with his powers once more. He made a scythe out of light, but focused it and it became crystalized. "Get away from her!" He leapt at the clone and hooked it into the scythe and pulled it to the ground before jumping back from it and moving over to Anne to see if she was all right. "Anne, will you be all right? Hurry back to the others, don't worry about me, just go." He said it calmly, but firmly. He glanced back at the clone, holding the scythe defensively as he waited for Anne to run.

The clone licked its lips and healed itself, lifting Alec and Kiri in the air as Anne screamed on the ground, body feeling as if it was on fire from her power being half drained. The clone smashed Kiri into a tree and Alec into the water, laughing. She turned to the trees and caught more on fire, running to Anne and lifting her up, running away to finish her off.
