Karoku shot up, grabbing the collar of Fenrir's shirt and lifting him into the air with one hand as his form began to build, starting to form on his face. He let go and shook his head, falling to the ground on his knees and holding his head. He remained quiet through the pain, knowing the others were sleeping. It was very difficult and painful trying to turn back to his humanoid form. But with his drive to remain out of the Goddess' grasp and be around Enya, Fenrir, and his pack, he eventually took control again. His breathing was labored now, but he would be fine. He fell back and fell asleep again, this time, sleeping peacefully.

Fenrir landed heavily on his butt when he was dropped, and angry and in a little pain, the wolf rubbed his tail and growled lowly to himself, muttering things that weren't very nice. "Great... The boy shifts in his sleep..." He grumbled as he stalked over to Enya, taking his customary place at her side while she slept, just in case something happened to her. "Well, I suffer from insomina anyway... Might as well put it to good use." He mumbled to Enya, though she was asleep. With a sigh, apparently responding to being talked to, Enya rolled over and nuzzled her head into Fenrir's spine. "Mmmm... puppy..." He had to laugh at that.

Karo's eyes fluttered open moments after Fenrir had lied down next to Enya. He yawned and stretched his arms a bit, feeling a bit rejuvenated. When he looked outside, he could tell why he was tired. It seemed that he had only fallen asleep for an hour, if that. He sighed and shook his head, glaring out at the rain.

Still laughing slightly at Enya's muttering, Fenrir called out to his brother, "Hey, Karoku! You sure don't sleep much, do you?" Behind him, Enya punched him in the kidney, causing him to flinch and bite back a curse. "Stop yelling... I'm trying to sleep..." Enya mumbled in an angry voice before she rolled over again, this time away from him and into the wall, kicking him as she did so. "Ow... Hey... you wanna trade places with me? Enya's being violent..." Fenrir rubbed his back and quickly moved away from her. She wasn't normally violent in her sleep, but Fenrir didn't see a thing wrong with Karoku being next to Enya if it meant she hit him everytime he spoke.

Karoku had finally walked in the part where Fenrir and Enya rested, leaning against the wall. He smiled as he saw Enya punch Fenrir, almost chuckling even after the recent events. He rubbed the back of his head and felt his face get a little warm when Fenrir asked if he'd like to lay next to Enya. "Uhh... I doubt she'd like that too much..." He chuckled nervously, making sure to keep quiet so he didn't bother her.

Fenrir raised an eyebrow and narrowed his eyes at Karoku, looking highly suspicious. "What happened between you two anyway?" He asked, but he shook his head and raised a hand. "Never mind, I don't think I really wanna know... Besides, she won't mind. She told me earlier..." He flinched slightly as he spoke, his voice lowering with distaste. "She really likes you... you're a very nice person and..." His face actually wrinkled up slightly, "She perfers you over me." Half asleep, Enya rolled onto her stomach and threw a leg out, kicking Fenrir in the side, she smiled and let out a content sigh, nuzzling her head into the sleeping bag.

Karoku sighed, remembering what Enya had told him in the rainy setting. "You think so, Fenrir? I'm not too sure..." He lowered his head and closed his eyes. Even with Enya's unknowing attacks on Fenrir, his spirits were pretty difficult to lift. He figured if Enya woke up next to him, instead of Fenrir, she would be angered.

After moving a little further away from Enya, Fenrir looked up at Karoku and couldn't help it; his tail started thumping. "Why? Did she say something to you?" He asked, sounding more curious than happy, but his tail was giving him away. "I mean... Enya tells me absolutely everything, sometimes to the point where it's a little awkward, but... she made it pretty clear that between the two of us, she liked you more. Her words. Not mine."

"Yes, she did in fact." He sighed and felt like the gravity had increased ten fold. As Fenrir continued to speak, Karoku pushed off the wall and started to walk deeper into the cave. He wasn't going to answer Fenrir's question nor did he feel like listening anymore. He had gotten a response to his feelings toward Enya, and that was it. He tried to smile as he walked away, but found it difficult.

With a low growl Fenrir put his head back down and watched Karoku walk away. "And you say I cause people trouble." He grumbled at Enya, but her only response was to make a muffled mumbling into the sleeping bag. "Ya know, this feels awfully familar... Didn't that b*****d Caiden act like this for a few days after he pulled you aside for that 'private talk'?" Fenrir shook his head and turned a glare Enya's way. "Women." She made another muffled mumble and made a smacking motion at him with her hand, but otherwise remained asleep.

Drip... Drip... Drip...
The cave seemed to eminate with the sound of water falling upon water. Karo hadn't really noticed this before, due to his chase after Enya and other distractions. He stopped at the slope him and Enya had fallen down and kicked a rock into the water below. His ki spread across the whole room and illuminated it. He sat down slowly and stared at the wall parallel to him, losing himself in thought as he often did in moments like this.

With a long yawn, Fenrir shifted into his wolf form and settled himself in for sleep, curling himself into a big furry protective bubble around Enya. Content at long last with her sleeping world finally normal, Enya pulled Fenrir's tail to her and hugged it like a favorite stuffed toy.

Karoku sighed as he lied down on the ground, placing his hands under his head as he stared up at the cave ceiling. Something sparkled on the ceiling, looking much like stars. He turned a bit and closed his eyes, trying to sleep, but finding himself unable too.
