i won't be able to help you with anything to do you deciding prizes because..i am just, er, let's say, it's not my area.
however, when i finish my quest, i should be able to donate some more stuffehz x3

*in the process of looking up at thread* cool, it looks good so far, need help setting up?...hmm for prizes, i have to think about it, when i have ideas, i'll post. i think the biggest prize should be the "best group" coz it takes a long time to draw so many pple and i bet the picture would turn out looking the best as well, so...maybe pure + items for that prize....

I agree with Candy. Best Group should be the one with the highest prize, you have no idea what people have to go through to get it finished and RE-DONE!!! Yes I'm still poofed about what happened to me on that.... unfortunate day.
Aanyway, the thread looks... pretty good.... 8D ... You just got to attract customers with a really big prize, usually put in the title. Something like that, I duno. Not many people are too shazzed about drawing 5 or more people in one picture.
