The Dark One smiled, "I have lived here me whole life. It is not a fairy tale to me, the same way your home is not a fairy tale to you." he said simply, "No, well, I do not feel like it is special to me."

((I'm back!)) Though she was deeply enjoying being petted, Kitty leaned away from the hand and scooted away. She shook herself and shivered slightly, all her nerve endings all sensitized, and then she absentmindedly began to stroke her hair and furr back into place. "Sorry if I got kind of... Cuddly. I am still a cat!" She laughed, her voice more purr than anything, giving away just how happy the black cat was.

"Well, yeah, obviously of course you wouldn't think anything special about as I would fell about my own home." She said. Syren ran a hand through her multi-color hair, fixing any stray hair that may have gone out of place. She opened her eyes again to look at him. "How do people treat you?" She asked.

The Dark One's smile became sad, "Not to nicely, I'm afraid. Earlier, when I said Wonderland had Black magic in it, I meant me. It frightens some and others will not speak to me out of disrespect." he said, "Although I am always as kind as I could be to them. How do people treat you?" he asked in return.

Syren thought for a second. "Well, most people tend to ignore me because of the way I look, but it's like I give a damn about what they say or think about me." She answered. Syren began to play with her hair, combing it through with her fingers. "I still have friends who like to be with me." She finished.

The Dark One smiled, "I like the way you look." he offered meekly. Syren had obviously ignored his attempts at complimenting her and flirting, but he thought he would give it another try, "It must be nice though, having friends..."

"It is nice, they seem to keep me sane." She replied. "I find it horrible to be someone who doesn't have friends. Actually I've made friends with those who would end having none if it were to never approach them." She continued on. She began to smudge her eye makeup a bit since it began to bother her and her hair began to lose it's straight feel and look. "Most of my friends were shy, obedient, and hidden people, who never dared to step out of their comfort zone."

The Dark One smiled, "I do not have any... not even among those who have the darkest personalities in Wonderland..." he said without a hint of sadness, "But It does not matter to me much..."

Syren's mouth gaped open in shock of his words. "How could live without friends? If I didn't have friends I guarantee you that I would not be alive at this very moment." She said. She sat up and looked straight at him. "I'm going to be your friend." She said, pointing at him.

Michelle wondered with a sigh. What in the world could she say about herself? Glancing to the side, she opened her mouth and spoke, "My parents died when I was six yet I still remember them perfectly. They taught me much traits such as how I should conduct myself when speaking to others. I still follow everything that they have taught me to this day. Since then, I have stayed with my grandparents until now. What about you?"

The Dark One smiled and laughed slightly, "Really? Would you?" his oddly colored eyes lit up with happiness, "That is so nice of you. Thank you."

"No problem." Syren said. She laid back on the ground and closed her eyes again. She crossed her arms and put them behind her head. "So friend, what now?" She asked.

Trixie eyes grew wide as Michelle told her this. "That's so sad!" she cried, clasping her hands together. "I don't know what I would do without my parents. You enjoy living with your grandparents though, right?" Trixie then tilted her head when Michelle asked about herself. "Um me?" she held her chin with her thumb and pointer finger as she tried to figure out what to say. "There's never been anything too interesting in my life except for now, in this place," she explained making unnessary hand movements. "I have wonderful friends and family back home that love me, but I always felt like something was missing. I can't explain what though 'cause frankly I don't know." Trixie laughed that comment off as she went on to her next sentence, "Well I don't know what else to say. I'm just an average girl with some small luck in her life."

There was a loud "slam" as Daichi entered his house, his day at school had ended and as always it left him with a sour attitude. fortunately his mother had become accustomed to his style of entering and no longer pestered him when he came home in a bad mood. Normally Daichi was a happy person, but today was one of them days for him, the type of day when he couldn't get no piece of mind and was made a fool of all day, was he really that gullible or did he just not care. Sure he was smart, he could of even skipped those grades all together. Daichi just figured "why bother it would be the same eventually else where too".
Once he had rid himself of his things in the living room he walked into the kitchen where his mother was sitting at the table reading a book, his father was still at work.
"Bad day again Dai?" His mother asked in a considerate tone, her eyes still stuck to the pages of the book.
"Same s**t different day." He casually stated as he rummaged in the fridge for a drink, no matter how bad a mood Daichi was in he never seemed able to stay in a bad mood around his mother, the one he felt actually listened to him. "Did someone grab the last bottle water?" Daichi asked, looking over the top of the refrigerator door as he waited for an answer.
"I think your dad took it with him this morning." The answer caused Daichi to frown slightly, and close the refrigerator.
"I'm going upstairs....Tell me if you like the ending ok" Daichi stated to his mother, commenting on the book he had given her to read, noticing that she had only a handful of pages left. Of course he had already read it and found it rather interesting so he could see why she was glued to it.
After that Daichi left the kitchen and headed upstairs, stopping halfway when he thought he had seen someone in the small hanging mirror on the wall. Being how he was though Daichi quickly shrugged it off and continued on his way up the spiral stairs, only to stop at the landing in front of the massive door sized mirror that was on the wall outside his door.
"Very funny mom!" He shouted down the stairs. "How did you make this guy appear in the mirror?" All Daichi got back in return was a simple "What are you talking about?" That comment actually made him question what he was looking at. For a moment Daichi stood there completely vexed at the strange occurrence. Then as anyone would of done he curiously poked the mirror, which gave off a strange ripple effect upon his touch. Daichi laughed slightly when that happened. "What in the world?" he asked himself in a confused tone as he reached out to touch the mirror again. This time though when he placed both hands on the mirror his senses were over come with fragrant smells and strange sounds like he hadn't experienced before, that was when he began to feel a rather bad case of vertigo. "Hey!!" Daichi shouted as he felt his feet leave the floor as his arms were pulled into the mirror. "Whats going on!" was quickly replied as Daichi heard footsteps coming up the stairs, by this time all that was left was his legs, and the last thing he heard was a shrill scream before he vanished into the mirror. Daichi was then in what looked like along spiraling tunnel, needles to say his vertigo never ceased and it seemed to last forever, until he felt his body slam onto a soft and moist patch of grass.
Upon opening his eyes and becoming accustomed to the light Daichi couldn't help but gasp in actual amazement. Somehow Daichi was now sitting in a clearing on the edge of a dense looking forest, his red hair was blowing in a gentle breeze that was going by as he sat there. Now dumbfounded as to where he was, let along how he had gotten there, Daichi slowly stood to his feet and studied his surroundings. Truth be told Daichi had billions of questions, and no one was around to answer them, whats more is that it seemed he had bypassed terror and went to amazement instead. Only for a moment longer would he stand still. After that he quickly Picked up a thick branch "for protection" and began to walk, even though every aspect of his being said to stay put.
