Granted, but then I make wishes so good that they seem lame and easily corruptible, so nothing changes, at least not to the untrained eye.

You forget that there's no such thing as "GD"ers, since the "GD" is really just a fancy name for "The chatterbox used when the other one overflows with n00byn00bs." The first generation of n00bs who congregate in the "GD" are still just as irritable...
