what's the difference between an oboe and a bassoon?

Yes I find that all woodwinds get on my nerves. They never play with enough air, and then they complain in marching season about holding their instrument up. And I'm like "Wtf, you should try holding up my trombone, or better yet, a marching baritone. Yeah lets see you try that for once instead of your wimpy clarinet or flute." I mean come on, they weigh a whole 1 pound or so. (I play trombone btw [Bone Squad Ftw])
And then they never play loud enough. Theres always like 30 of them and my bd is like "I need more air from you" and they're like "We are pushing air" and yet I can pick up my horn and play louder then all of them put together :/
oh oh oh and theeeennn theres the fact that they take like forever to tune.
And how they complain that the brasses spit valves are gross, at least we dont have to suck the spit back out of our horns xD in one way out another.

beautiful trigger what's the difference between an oboe and a bassoon? the bassoon burns longer i hate them both I play bassoon and I can't get over the fake that it sounds like an injured moose giving birth. >< But really I can't stand clarinets. It sounds to me like they're always flat or something I know they aren't it's just something about it that makes me inwardly cringe.

Umm. Well I don't hate any instruments. There are certain instruments that I can't stand played badly though.
Oboes hurt when played badly.
And FRENCH HORNS!!! They sound great.... played well.
Sometimes they can sound like dying cows though, no joke.

They sound great.... played well. Sometimes they can sound like dying cows though, no joke. hey i can sound like a dieing elk/ cow on the trumpet

evil Flutes ('cuse they're the popular people who can't play squat) and CLARINETS!!! (Most popular instrument in band, they squeak to much. And they're ANNOYING.)

I hate oboes
no one can play them in my band and they are annoying and it sounds like a duck that is most likely dying

They sound great.... played well. Sometimes they can sound like dying cows though, no joke. lol. I agree. I had to sit behind them one year, and the people who played them weren't very good. Ever since then I don't have a very positive view of the instrument anymore. I even wanted to play it at one point, that want was completely erased after that year in band. lol

Enough Said.
Well not really.
There's no use for you, Baritone Sax players, you don't need a Bari Sax in marching band, and you don't need one in concert band. Tubas are enough bass. So take your Baritone Saxophone and shove it up where the sun don't shine!

director if i can switch instruments. :/
