Amelia's eyes widened at the sudden scream. She turned rapidly, nearly falling in her high-heels. All she could see was a little bit of Abel's back and his hair, but she knew that whatever happened, it wasn't good.
"Abel!" she shrieked, stepping out of her shoes. She was running out the door in an instant, putting a hand on Abel's shoulder. "What in the name of Latona do you think you're doing?!"

Nils nodded slowly, agreeing with FD. "Just... be careful, alright? I don't want you doing anything you'll regret, or anything of the sort..."
Alihi heard the shout rather clearly. Her eyes widened, her mind registering who the voice belonged to. "Abel...!"
She headed outside as well.

Abel didn't look at Amelia, he just kept looking forward at Zelos. "Stay out of it, Amelia...! I can't stand this guy anymore! I won't let him just say whatever he wants to!" His voice grew somewhat shaky, as he spoke.

"Abel, just calm down!" Amelia shouted. She tried to pull Abel backwards. "Whether not he would deserve it, I'm not about to let you fight someone!" She looked at Zelos, then back at Abel. "Please. Just... calm down!"

"Heh. Damn, Abel, looks like you can actually throw a punch." Zelos rubbed his cheek, and shook his head to get his hair out of his eyes. Kicking off of the ground he was on, he landed gently on his feet a short distance away from Abel.
"Looks like you've got your priorities straight enough to know when to fight. That's good, but let's see how you handle this! Freeze Lancer!" Zelos held his palm towards Abel, and created a swarm of small icicles, which he sent flying towards Abel.
HOLY CRAP! WHAT ARE YOU DOING? ARE YOU TRYING TO GET US KILLED?
Shrimp, relax. I've got it all under control.
Oh sure! You guys are going to KILL EACH OTHER!
That's enough. QUIET!
Zelos had blocked out all influences Rei had on his thoughts. He was in control, and planned on seeing this through without Rei's 'childish' intervention.

Nils' eyes widened and he blushed in embarrassment. "N-n-n-no!" He shook his hands wildly and frantically. "T-that isn't what you meant, r-right, Hikaru?" He looked at FD for clarification.

FD had a way of implying things in what he said, but that part of him was reserved entirely for Nils. "Erm, of course not! We're just up for having fun at a party. Regular fun, I swear." At least she's laughing now, Fire Dragon thought.

"Shut up, don't mess with me!" Abel began to run forward, but after seeing the ice crystals, remembered that Amelia was behind him, so he stopped and used his body as a shield to block her. He then went on one knee. "....You b*****d... leave her out of this! How dare you strike a woman? Grrck....!" Abel winced.

Amelia was about to try to drag Abel away from the fight when, hey lookit, Zelos was getting up. She opened her mouth to shout at him. His hand went up. The sight of the spell made Amelia shriek instinctively, ducking and covering her head with her arms. She opened one eye as she heard Abel speak, staring. He had taken the entire thing to keep her from getting injured. Amelia pulled herself to her feet, expression hard. "No more fighting. Stop this. Now!" she shouted, crossing her arms over her chest. [[Of course, I COULD just be ignored.
