"Hope you enjoyed your meal." Then she handed the bill to Kevin. "Here is the bill."

The waitress left after giving the bill. Kevin just had to leave the money on the table. (I think that's how you do it...)
Miku just waited. She'd offer to pay (because she is that nice), but she didn't have any money with her.
