Gabi giggled at her friend Tom and hugged her, "Tom my sweetie!" She didn't make any comment of what room they had came out together in. All she wanted to do was to see her lovely Tom smile. "You're right though I should go to bed, even though I am not sleepy."

James looked away, "well, I'll look the other way just this once," he replied, turning and walking away to do his job.

Gabi called after James, "Hey where are you going?" She pouted at his back as he walked away.

Tom gave a small smile, "You may not be sleepy, but I am." She yawned and stretched her arms over her head. She stepped past the girl and walked down the hall towards the Gryffindor tower. As she walked her hair changed from the light pink it had been to a light blue. she was confused and a little saddened.

Gabi looked after her friend and sighed softly to herself, "Poor Tom." Then looking to James she giggled and walked past him toward her dorms. "If you want you can. It'll make that Serpent Prefect mad," she giggled. The one guy she knew had a crush on her was a Slyterin boy that her family knew.

Gabi gave his hand a squeeze. "You know I don't care about making him jealous," she giggled, "But he would try well 'If you don't date me then I'll take off points" routine.' He doesn't do much because all the other Serpents would make fun of him for dating an oh so lowly badger." She winked at her friend, James.

Tom stepped into the Gryffindor common room and straight up to the girl's door then into her bed, her hair changed from light blue to black as she changed into her pajamas and laid down on her bed. She clutched the pillow to her chest and cried softly, not loud enough to catch any attention. the worst thing was she was not sure why she was crying, she had not been hurt and she had only had fun, and yet she felt so sad.

Gabi tilted her head at James. Then after a moment she giggled, "You couldn't do that because I'm sure other people already know you have a girl," she said almost sadly. "But then again serpent perfect wouldn't know that." She gave his cheek a peck. In the back of her mind she was worried about her friend Tom. She would write her a note when she got back to the dorms.

"This is all hypothetical anyways... if I break up with my girlfriend. I wouldn't date anyone else-" he felt extremely guilty. "I kissed Tom..." he covered his face with a hand.

Gabi nodded quietly saying, "I know." She didn't let go of his hand but she moved in front of him, and looked up at him. "Did you do it to just be playful? Or do you like her?" Her blue eyes were shinny in soft light of the hall.

Tom regained control once more her silent sobs slowing and turning into sniffles. She knew this was childish of her and that she was acting silly, why should she be upset? nothing bad had happened? She dried her eyes and sat up, still holding the pillow to her chest. She stood and knelt next to her trunk, after quite a lot of digging she found what she wanted a box of chocolates, these were the least influencal she had, they just tinted skin color. and she needed something sweet, so to eat a blue one. it would take affect within the hour, but she did not care.
