Lera sighed and began to pretend she couldn't hear or undertand what the crow was saying. She ignored his yelling and swiftly moved over to Gizmo with the crow on his head. Lera looked to Haku before moving her muzzle under the crow and grabbing Gizmo by the nape picking him up and starting to walk away. "We need to be on the move again, to get to the new pack lands as soon as possible. You can play with the crow later, Kamali." Yet of course she knew he wasn't playing, and she knew all the packmembers were aware of the siuation at hand.
But they didn't have any time to waste, she eyed her mid section nervously. But it wans't only that, she now dispised Feanaro and any animal the was associated with his evil purposes. She felt as if she should protect Gizmo from that, even if he didn't want to be protected.

He growled at the pup and moved to the head of the pack again. He would slaughter that crow, it ticked him off. With a small yawn, he would keep them on the move, trying to get there as fast as possible. It would be bad if Lera had the pups while they were on the move, and he knew he had to speed things up for saftey. He refused to look at Gizmo, why was the pup treating him like a criminal.
Fine, if the pup wished to leave, he could very well do so. Lexi and Gaara were defending the pack, and that was their duty. With pups on the way, he had no time for diversions.

Kamali stared at Leras back in surprise. He hadn't been playing with the crow. He sighed and started to totter after, head bowed a little. (i know it was probably a mistake but XD)

Gizmo's eyes clamped shut as he was lifted, he didn't struggle. He was too weak, lost and confused. His grief remained but it was spreading, changing into different emotions, which only made him weary.
The crow...would it still follow him? His eyes drifted shut, closing out the world which constantly insisted on hurting him. Haku...his brother, he was mad with him for protecting the bird, would he ever forgive him? Perhaps it would be best if he just crawled off somewhere and dissapeared, his name fading in the memories of these wolves. Atleast this way no one would have to be hurt because of him.

Lera trotted, heading to the next river crossing by following the bank. Gizmo? She said, contacting him mentally. Lera knew how he felt, after all, his emotions were flowing out of him like the tap was turned on high. Please, talk to me she said, wanting to help to the best of her abilities. She looked behind herself to see carmen, as well as the rest of the pack following: Haku by her side. She wished he wouldn't be so cold but Lera supposed it was unavoidable. he was just probably stressing out over herself wink

Gizmo's eyes widened slightly and he tried to turn himself to look around at Lera, giving up after a moment to let himself hang limp once more. What was he supposed to say and do? Pour out his heart to her and burden her with his pains and sufferings, no she had too much on her mind already for him to do such a thing.
It was stupid anyway, Sable was his brother, but he had been an awful one, how was Lera supposed to understand the grief he felt when he himself was confused by it.
He felt alone, so alone that he had sought comfort from a crow? That sounded more pathetic than the first.
So...what could he say? Especially when he didn't feel like talking at all, he just wanted to close up and hide, run away and never look back. Knock himself so hard on the head that he would forget everything that had happened, forget who he was.
He shuddered, remaining silent, consumed by his thoughts of what to say and not getting anywhere.

Lera could feel the little pup shake in her mouth, and she frowned in sadness. She continued to move at an easy pace, moving to their next destination. Yet ehr mind didn't seem attached to her physical body because as of right now she was running through Gizmo's thoughts. What he thought, felt, and experienced quickly became obvious to Lera. Gizmo...the worst thing you can do right now, is not tell me anything, so please, you do not burden me as you think you do.

What was this? She could...read his thoughts? He had never realised she had possessed such a power until that moment, was he the only one who hadn't known?
His tail moved to tuck between his legs and his ears dropped a little in sadness, letting his thoughts continue, somehow glad he wouldn't have to speak them aloud.
Haku hated him! He had heard the tone in his voice and it made him so ashamed to think he could have done that to Haku. Lexi confused him with what she said about the wolf with the cold eyes and the crow who was somehow friends with him.
He wasn't sure how he was supposed to act and get over his brother's death, and accept that the wolves he had called friends had been Sable's destroyers.
He felt like he didn't belong, like he should no longer be called a wolf. He didn't feel a part of the pack anymore, not as he once had. The friendship was tarnished, stained with blood and anger, and he felt more than anything, a terrible guilt that he had done nothing to protect Sable and the friendship he had with the wolves in his pack.
He felt more alone than he ever had before.

Suuru cawed to protest being shoved aside, then again after the pup to assure him he'd remain. The sorrow in the pup's eyes pulled at the crow's heart, he wished he could be bigger- large enough to carry the pup somehwere better. For once he wished to be an eagle... or another wolf. Again he launched into the air and climbed up out of reach of fang or claw but soared easily directally above the female wolf who carried "his" pup. His eyes watched the pair move, the jet black wings carrying him steadily upon the cold winter air.
Poor pupling..., he sighed to himself, He is lost...

In a brush of lush green fern, Ona sniffed around curiously. New scents had begun to arise the past few days, scents that started to appear a short time after her parents said to wait in their small covering. Tired of waiting, Ona had gone to explore.
Coming to a small opening of the bush she was now in, she spotted a small pack. She couldn't tell if they were moving, as some were just standing there and others where walking around. She peared at each wolf with interest, cautiously keeping herself well hidden.

Kamali was a bit depressed, realizing just what was happening to his pack. "We're going to fall apart.. if we keep it up like this.." he muttered, soley to himself. His ears perked, straining for some foreign sound, perhaps.
He did not want them to fall apart. Ever. But he wondered more on the subject, deciding it was probably just all the stress traveling was causing. Things would go smoothly once they were at their new home. Wouldn't they?
His golden gaze flicked about, and he spotted something odd in the snow. Another puppy! Strange, Haku said there probably wouldn't be other wolves. But we are close still, to the old lands.. he though. He glanced up ahead at lera and Haku. He could catch up if he went to see the other pup..
He turned, letting his paws bring him in the unknown pup's direction.

Ona watched one of the feircer looking wolves with interest. He reminded her of...well, that couldn't be. Blinking, her head snapped to a sight in the corner of her eye. A small pup was making his way in her direction, a pup from the pack that she had just been watching.
Backing up slowly, she started to feel hesitation and regret for disobeying her parents. 'No matter what', they said, she was to wait for their return. But day after day, night after night, howls were not heard for news of their where-abouts. Ona let hunger over take her and she went in search of where her parents might be.
Bringing her attention back to the advancing pup, she decided that if he got any closer, she was going to make him regret it.

Poor kamali! His gaze held a curiousity, and he let his tail give a few wags. For the most part all the other pup's he's ever met have been nonthreatning. Let's not start now.
"Hello?" He called, his voice soft and barely audible. His steps were graceful, carefully chosen, even for a pup. His body was slender, though healthy. His head tilted to one side, he noticed her backing up and slowed in his steps, frowning slightly.
"Hey there.." more soft calls. "I... are you lost?" He wondered, considuring he didn't see any other wolves around. What if the pup's parents were there! His eyes went wide as he looked around. Would they hurt kamali if they WERE there? But he did not see them, nor smell any other scents.

Showing her small teeth, Ona did her best to look frightening. She heard him speak but didn't know if she could trust to come out, with all the adults around. She noticed he was looking around her curiously. Why was this pup interested in her? All she wanted to do was look at the pack, not be a threat, which she wasn't being. She knew he wanted something, she knew.
She backed up yet again, still showing her teeth, and waited for the pups attack.
