She gave Belinda a robust few pats on the back. "There then, you see? It's not their fault that they don't know who you are, give them credit for at least knowing that you were a goddess at all." she said, smiling and giving her another pat on the back before turning to look at Kami.

"I'll go with you, this fem is not easy to deal with. She'd best run before the land humans get back. I hope your plants are intact enough that the two haven't choked each other, though I doubt that would happen, not something that bad anyways." She said, wondering if she was being optimistic or realistic with this statement.

Mariata was tired of Belinda being so down. She then caused a fox to run out from one of the building and right under Belinda, circling around her feet and making amewling sound.

The little fox made a sound that sounded sort of like a purr and nuzzled against her, licking her nose and nibbling gently at her fingers. Mariata smiled. Being the demi-goddess of mischief helped when trying to make people happy since you could get a little fuzzy creature up and about to bugger someone and make them all smiley.

*Ran shrugged lightly and grabbed a canned juice out of the pantry. He cracked it open and took a long drink before turning and looking Arianna. It was just them. Him and an air human in his home. It was an odd situation and Ran couldn't find any words to say. So the silence rolled through thickly. Finally he couldn't stand the quiet anymore* So..uh...why exactly did you come down to the land anyway?

Arianna lift her head only slightly to face Ran. It took her a minute to speak, she was having a difficult time trying to speak. She at first opened her mouth but no words came out, usually this happend when she was extremely shy/nervous/stressed out. She took a deep breath to calm herself down. After she did she found she could use her voice again. "...I was suppose to get my mother something...but then saw you and I've hardly been outside before...and so I got curious and watched you from a tree....then helped you after...well you know.." she said softly.

::and it does raise her spirits. The hope she put in Ran and Arianna isn't depleating anymore, but it isn't growing anymore, either. She'll have to jumpstart it again::

Mariata grinned as the fox snuggled up to Belinda. "Now, as the goddess of hope, I forbid you to get depressed, or else I may just have to tickle you." she said, making it sound very threatening but still sounding like a joke. She put a gentle arm around Belinda and squeezed her shoulder gently. "Don't worry about humans and all of them."
