Personality: Harvey tries to be calm, he tries to be a voice of reason, but he's so bitter it's hard not to listen to his other half. He's not crazy, his other half is. And when his other half gets angry, it's hard to keep control, and sometimes all he can do is watch, a prisoner in his own body as his other half takes over and does terrible things. Harvey doesn't hope to some day be rid of his other half, or to find love, or someone to accept him as he is. He's a realist. He's deformed, he's crazy, and it hurts to be touched, why would he want to put someone through that?
Personality: Two face thinks that Harvey is a chump. He puts up with so much and is so weak. If he'd been running things s**t like this would have never happened. But now, thanks to this pansy, they're always hurting. No wonder they haven't had a rut in so long, what female in their right mind would want to sleep with this pathetic sack of flesh? And talk about ungrateful! If it wasn't for him, Harvey wouldn't be here today! Two face doesn't know why he doesn't just take over completely.
In reality both persona's need each other. With out Two Face, Harvey would be dead, and with out Harvey, Two Face would have been killed by some enraged sentient being, becuase he's not very nice.
History: Harvey was born on the balm road, and he had a terrible temper. For the most part he would be a sweet and well behaved young herla, but when something would happen that would really make him upset he would fly into a rage. Yelling, and attacking whom ever it was that upset him, tail lashing his friends would have to hold him back. Eventually though, he met an older herla who helped him channel that rage into an imaginary person that he was able to keep locked up deep inside. And as he grew and became an adult the others began to forget the fact that he'd once had a wicked temper. Harvey began to become more aware of the goings on in his little herd, and realized how corrupt it really was. He began to work to right this, wanting to make up for what he'd once been and prove to himself that he was no longer the rage filled youth he'd once been. He tried to rally the other good herla of the herd, and it worked for a while, but the corrupt leaders didn't like their power being challenged, so they made plans to stop him. They tricked him, appealed to his pride and told them they would leave, if they felt he was brave and strong enough to lead the herd. They made plans to meet with him in one of the larger dead cities inside of Talon territory, and if he showed up, they would leave and never come back to the herd.
He showed up. But it was a trap. And they dumped a vat of radioactive liquid onto him. The pain was being anything he'd ever endured, and the feeling of his skin being eaten away overwhelmed him, and that's when 'bad harvey' came out.
Two face came out in a rage, confused and vengeful, and riding high on endorphins he attacked the herla responsible for this, slamming his hooves into him over and over again, cracking his ribs until the herla was dead.
The other herla hadn't been expecting that, and though they fought back they were soon distracted by the skree's of Talons. And all but Two face ran. Even in his homicidal state he knew he was done for. Breathing heavy he prepared himself to face his death. But he was greeted by a green hind instead. Along with one wearing strange things. They stopped short and looked at him for a minute, before saying something he didn't quite catch and running past him, laughing and mimicking the skree of talons. He would have yelled after them, some sort of insult, but they were followed by a streak of black. His eyes went wide. Maybe he was dead? Nothing could move that fast. Don't be stupid, he was in too much ******** pain to be dead. So he moved, slowly, to some sort of shelter. His flesh fell off in some places as he did so, but finally he found a place to hide, and heal. In an old building, with stagnant water for him to lay in and soothe his burning flesh.
Eventually Harvey came back to consciousness, and found his body in it's terrible state, and found that... bad harve was awake and talking back to him. Eventually they found enough strength to venture out. but the harsh winds tore at their newly exposed flesh, and they soon realized they would need to cover himself if they wanted to walk out of here ever again. He found a ruined suit and put it on. And as the two of them explored, they met other herla, all just as insane as they were. And a game soon began between the crazy herla to see who could control the most land, or who could control the most resources. They would go through bouts of wanting to help the other herla trapped in this little world, the ones who didn't want to fight or couldn't, but then they would change their mind and wreak havoc.
Sooner or later they couldn't decide what path they wanted to take, and they began to fight. That's when they decided to leave things up to chance.
Finding that coin was the best thing they could have done. Until the day that Harvey wanted to leave, and two face wanted to stay. So they flipped on it. Harvey won. Two face is still bitter about it.
Now they wander the hartlands, not really sure what to do with themselves in this new world.
little fun fact- Harvey and Two face are constantly in pain. It's hard to find a climate that doesn't bother their skin. The wet atmosphere of the delta is nice, but it makes their wounds even pussier, it also get's mosquito's and bugs attracted. The hot climate of the area's closer to the desserts are good as well, but the sand stings and rubs at his open wounds as well, and irritates them like no other. The high mountains are beautiful for his skin and the cool air helps to soothe them, but when it gets too cold it dries out his skin and makes it itchy, leading to cracking and more bleeding. The meadow lakes seem to be a good in between, but he dreads how populated it is and tries to stay out as much as possible.
Harvey: Likes: Quiet... That's pretty much it. What else is there to like in his position?
Dislikes: Beautiful things, Bad Harve, what he once was.
