Damir smiled, "My wife had told stories to the children of that place. I never did figure out how she knew about it, but..." He drifted off in thought, letting his vision blur, and almost falling asleep, "ah, Well, as for your age; age has no matter to me. It is merely the year's we've lived. it tells nothing of the person really." he got up and walked to the ice box to grab another glass of iced tea, "Would you like any?" he offered as he took out a glass and handed it over to him.

He placed the glass back and brushed a hand through his dark hair, "I only heard bits of them. Not enough to make any judgments on them. I also can't say for sure if its the one you speak of or something she came up with that just happens to have the same name." he rested back in his chair and sighed, "The stories were to keep Hali in her room at the least... The child never stopped. They also gave me time to wrap my work up so i could say goodnight to my children."

"Eh," he shrugged, "It has it's ups and downs."

Hali walked in with a little blue velvet book. She was about half way done reading it and she was giggling the whole way through it.

"Hali, dear, What on earth are you reading?" he mumbled as he tried to sneak a peek at what was on the page.

"Oriana's diary... What else would i read when i came here. She knows it's my duty as her sister to snoop into her private life," Hali smirked as she flipped through the pages. She looked up at Auren, "I usually start with the most recent ones, then read back to what i haven't read... You're in here."

"Now Hali! I don't think your sister likes it when you read that!" Damir protested. He leaned in to peek back into the book and this time Hali let him look.

"Well," Hali began as she swiveled a bit in her chair to get comfortable, "She is kind of irritated about her current predicament..." she flipped a couple pages, then sighed, "And from what it sounds like she was quite attracted to Kaiser... so she was still pretty pissed about that. It probably had something to do with her weird obsession with healing animals..." she flipped a couple more pages, "I never knew her favorite turn on was being restrained... "

Damir blushed and pulled the book away from her, "Get!" he scolded as she scurried out the door giggling. Damir stared at the wall trying to pretend he didn't hear that.

"That's about all i could come up with..." he sighed as he closed the diary and set it aside, "Did you know there is a lake on this side of Aquious... It's been so long i hardly remember where it is..." he stood up and walked around mumbling about a fishing trip and where the lake was.

"I take it you go there a lot?" Damir asked while continuing to pace the room in thought.

Hali walked back into the kitchen and flopped into a chair, "Gah! There's nothing to do here... It's so boring... I'm going to take Hans into town..."

Damir stopped in his tracks and paled, "Try not to create too much chaos like you do at home, and put some fricken clothes on... you'll freeze."

She rolled her eyes and went into her sisters room to steal some clothes, then came down dressed like her sister, "Taa daa!"

Damir shook his head, "That dress is too long for you..."

"That's why i'm wearing heels!" she grumbled as she tried to keep her foot in them.

"I can safely assume you know what i'm going to say next." He sighed as he shood her out of the kitchen and upstairs to change. A little later he came back down and sighed, "If only she was a bit more like her sister..."

A few hours pass and Hali ran out to town, Damir settled into Oriana's study for a game of chess with himself, And Oriana had just woke up from a nap and began getting ready for tonight. She dressed in her normal queenly attire, and fixed her hair, adding the crown at the top of her head.

She shuffled downstairs with a book in hand and grabbed a glass of lemonade from the kitchen, before heading to the living room to sit by the fire and read.

The fire was going, Hali must have got cold and nagged on papa to start it. she sat on the couch and got lost in the flames, remembering... things.

Oriana stood up suddenly changing her mind on her studying area, and shuffled back to the kitchen to sit and read her book.

Oriana closed her book and drank the last of her lemonade, then stood up, "yeah i guess..." she walked out to the animal stalls and took Vadim out of his stall, pleased to see he was already ready to go into town.

"Awww, did papa get you ready?" she crooned as she stroked Vadim's face. Oriana walked Vadim over to her stepping stool and got up in the saddle, "Well Auren, you can either get up on Vadim, ride Bridget, or walk."
