Vampire_Knight79 Does any one know what vol of the manga I should pick up to continue where the anime left off? 36, but you may want to start at 35 or possibly even 34 beause the anime condenses the storyline in such a way that picking it up at volume 36 may be confusing.

Mika_Rumero so... i may have missed something.....if yokai are immortal ( or at least ancient) then how come they aren't in the present world....O.o does anyone know....or is it just taken they all died or something question soooo........does anyone know....O.o

I think they're kind of like Tolkein's elves immortal, but they can be killed by wounds, or other unnatural causes. Wikipedia Elves are naturally immortal. In addition to their immortality, and (at least due to their extended knowledge of herbs and medicines) they can recover from wounds which would normally kill a mortal Man. However, Elves can be slain, or die of grief and weariness. In this way they are not truly immortal, at least not in a literal sense, but have indefinite lifespans (they will not die of age, but can be killed in battle). Even so, this idea is collectively called immortality. It's been ages since I've read LoTR, but if you think about it; it makes sense.

~so i take it that we just assume that somehow their all slain before Kagome's time? crying wow that's sad....maybe they left.....somewhere..... sweatdrop

There's only three scenarios
-They're hiding in plain sight
-They died off, or disappeared somehow
-Or they're just the cosplayers, and people who dress in bizarre street fashion. Yeah Inuyasha got called a bad cosplayer once in the manga, because he was out in public without covering his ears.

i thought the ending was were we found that naranku know what kagora was going behind he's back and he was used it to he avantie thwe whole time in the stro soinuyasha and the others went and followed kagora and they did know it was a trp and kohaku fanilly remember thw happened now he is trying to kill naraku on he's own for he's sister well anyways they went in to the belly of a demon to follow naraku then naraku and inuyasha start talking etc. . . then he left and they the demon is awake the there in the belly there goging to get eatn miroku was posined(whenhe was trying to pull naraku in the wind tunnel) inuyasha put he coat over kagome and the others and he used daimond attck it didn't work then he was trying into a he demon self and kagome ran and hugged him he came and he told her to hold onto him for awhile long to he can beat the demon and he did yaya!!!!
