I was looking up the Zurg after reading the Manga and found the forum. eek If I'm not supposed to be here, I can leave. I'm sort of a Gaia newbie. All this faction talk has been fascinating me, but I don't know a blimey thing about it. Help?

I was looking up the Zurg after reading the Manga and found the forum. eek If I'm not supposed to be here, I can leave. I'm sort of a Gaia newbie. All this faction talk has been fascinating me, but I don't know a blimey thing about it. Help? Way back in the when, some Zurg came to Gaia. Met with mixed reactions, there were those that feared the Zurg, some who simply did not trust, others who loved them, others still felt peace could be brought between the two, and finally those who observed. Many of these people, in a rush began forming factions, of like-minded individuals, and weren't easy to trust eachother. Slowly alliances were made, and some just faded off. Just a REALLY quick thing, nothing to worry over, you missed those days and all that you should ask yourself, "Zurg, or Gaian?" and from there it's easy, just pick the people you want to hangout with most and join 'em.

Well said, Palinor. Though I would have thrown in the part about the brutal wars and terrible conspiracies which spread thoughout the world, causing mass paranoia and destruction...
That's also an important factoid.

Well, I figured you all would have an easier time describing those parts, seeing as I don't have access to any archives anymore. I retained a decent bit on that, buuuuuut oh well.
