Other than the overusage of black on the majority there is no real flow to this.
And just because blue makes purple doesn't mean they match.

7.5/10. The coat/shawl thing doesn't really fit, and it seems like you've got two separate themes coming together ineffectively. You might try a Chyaku Norisu scarf instead of the scarf you have on there.
