Ackk....I gained 5 pounds over the weekend! gonk But thats because I started that lovely time of the month!
But I found myself eating a donut crying now I feel bad!

One doughnut won't kill you or wreck your nutritional plan, unless you're doing the Atkins Diet, which is unhealthy for a few reasons. But do give the doughnut some though next time, because it'll take you about two hours of vigorous workout in order to drop the calories that were in that doughnut, off your waist.

Water wheight is horrible~ xD It can make you gain or lose up to ten pounds because you body may chose to reatin the water that you drink.
this is why it is vital to drink aprx. 2 liters of water a day. If you are taking in enough, your body will not reatain it to the degree that it does when you are dehydrated. You do not have to feel thristy to be dehydrated. =o
also periods tend to cause water retention, which is part of the 'bloating' that occurs.

I didn't journal yesterday. I could say that I didn't have time/I had a shitty day. But I just didn't do it. And I don't remember what exactly I ate. But I'm pretty sure it was bad because of Fat Tuesday. *Weight lifted* AH! I feel better!

I've learned my lesson. WEIGH ONCE A WEEK.

I binged at dinner. -1 roasted chicken breast -Like... 5 rolls. ;__; -6 or 7 small small (half-dollar sized) cookies. -A handful of fries
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I'll work it off tomorrow, hopefully I'm getting a treadmill. <33

I'm so frustrated about my weight. Normally, if I walk a good 3 miles and don't overeat, I drop a pound by the end of the day. But today I went from 117.5 to 118.5, and tomorrow I'll be 117.5. Maybe it'll be less, though, because I ate less than 1000 calories and I walked a lot and I plan to go to sleep early. But it's still really frustrating to feel like you're doing good and then weigh yourself and find that there's no change and it's like argh, I wish I could lose weight faster! *asplodes*

Even though I have been staying in my calories (mainly) I've been eating a lot of crap this spring break. My roommate's best friend is here and I've had pizza two nights in a row. We did go out for sushi and that wasn't so bad as almost all of our rolls were based on raw fish and not deep-fried stuff. But money wise it was bad. sweatdrop

If you're eating less than 1000 calories you seem to be on a starvation diet and all you're losing is mainly muscle with probably a little fat. Make sure you eat good foods in enough quantity for calorie burn!

It was mine and Mike's 2 year anniversery, and we went out to the Cheesecake factory. I thought what I ordered was fine and dandy for my diet, but wasn't. (The salad was.) Also, the portions were HUGE. It was absolutely delicious, especially the B.L.T. Salad (which I still have plenty of) and most of all, the BROWNIE SUNDAE CHEESECAKE. It was orgasmic. However, after that, I had pocky and an eclair from Arthur Avenue. I figured I might as well get EVERYTHING out of my system.
This is the first time I've majorly binged since starting the diet. Today's the St. Patrick's Day parade, and Somersizing forbids beer, but what am I supposed to do? Deny my ancestors? Maybe I should just smoke out instead.
I've been doing little cheats over the past few days, but I don't want that anymore. I'm buckling down after this. I hope I didn't gain weight. sad *cries*
