 Scorpion shot three more beams of Acid at Punisher, and started to charge, but dust got in his eyes, so he stoped and tried to get his site back. "That was Cheap!" He said angrly.

 Octavious kept his glance on Virago for a moment, then turned back to the fight. He shot an arm towards Castle as he moved in front of him, then retracted it back as it missed. He was making sure to stay out of his reach apparently. He was also making no apparent effort to shoot at Scorpion. Merely evasive maneuvers. Was he trying to stall until he could think of a way to save himself? Something didn't seem quite right.
He felt a hand touch his cheek and turned his attention back to Virago. He didn't move from his stance, but his eyes followed her as she slid herself into the chair. He kept his attention on her for a few moments, then heard a faint hissing noise near him. He looked over and found a puddle of Scorpion's acid eating through the floor not very far from him. He glanced up and realized that Castle had managed to blind him somehow. "Oh." he said with a slight smile as it dawned on him what was happening.

"Alright, his range won't hit octavious without me getting to close. Might as well try to take him down." Frank though. Manuvering from the acid strikes, Frank ran the distance to scorpion to gather some momentum used it to his advantage as he tried to land a dropkick on scorpion's recently blinded face.

Scorpion asumed he was attacking up close and decided to dodge and swing his tail at punisher's legs.

As his arrow shaped kick sped foward, an unexpected attack from Scorpion swept him from under his knee. The tail killed The Punisher's momentum and shot him back a little bit as Frank landed on the back of his shoulders. He rolled backwards and kept his guns steady. He wasn't expecting a meeting of super jackasses in costumes trying to take him down. What was once a simple extraction of cash had turned into a conspiracy of something more sinister.
"What is this? Some kind of tea party? Or another failed plot to take down Spider-Man?" Castle Joked.

Scorpion smiled at the Super wannabe. "You here that from bug boy?" He asked laughing then shooting acid at Punisher.

"No, the boy and I see differently. Had he been more like me, two-bit criminals like you wouldn't be around to play dress up." Frank said as took a sidestep to avoid the acid without effort.
"My problem here is with Fisk, not you clowns. Why don't you guys go practice hitting yourselves and I'll be back in a few minutes." Frank said scanning his surroundings once more with a steady trigger-finger.

Octavious frowned a bit, becoming slightly annoyed. "If you can find a way out, be my guest." he replied as one of his arms slid over to a nearby desk and lifted it off the ground. "Until then, perhaps we will practice hitting things." he said with a bit of a smile again. His arm suddenly flung the desk at Castle as another arm moved to grab another bit of furniture that he could throw.

Scorpion smiled and picked up a dresser beside him and threw it at Punisher. He then smacked the ceiling fan off with his tail and sent it fling at him.

Two-Face looked at the guard for a minute, thinking. He could kill him or ask him what's going on, he flipped the coin and looked at it, he then put it in his pocket. "Yes, would you mind telling me what's going on?" he asked in his raspy voice.
ENTER from New York
Venom looked at all that was going on and jumped on the wall again, climbing up to see what the Kingpin had done now to cause all this damage to his building.

The Punisher had dodged Scorpion's debris but was suprised to be smacked on his back by a table from Doc Ock as the mess he avoided flew back towards the woman in the chair. He crashed to his knees and thought for a second. He aimed both of his weapons at his tricky foes but was out of ammo. He dropped the pistols and exchanged them for uzi's. Playtime was over.
"Alright, you're pissin' me off now. Try that s**t again and I'll break your arm." he said brandinshing the automatics towards the two villains.

Octavious looked over as a metal arm again shot in front of Virago and blocked the debris from hitting her. He glanced back at Castle with an almost arrogant grin, seemingly unphased by the gun.
"Really?" he replied simply as his arms curled around him and snapped the air like snakes. He was still to far away to reach with his arms, but it might be safe enough to closer now. The arm that held another chunk of furniture slid behind him as he stepped away from the door and placed it across the opening. If Punisher managed to get past him and to the door, it probably wouldn't do much to stop him. But it would be a small obstacle to slow him down a bit. Virago should be able to keep him from leaving until one of them got back to the door. And if Castle should so much as point a gun at her, he'd be leaving the room in pieces.  "Guy named Punisher came and took out the elevators and cameras. We think he's somewhere inside the building, so it would be safer if you kept clear of here for a while." he replied glancing back into the room for a moment, then turned back to the man.

 Virago had tumbled back over the back of her seat when she saw the debris headed her way but had to smile when she saw Octavious' arm shoot out to catch the missiles. She dusted herself off easily, keeping her eyes on the fight and picking out a chunk of wood that had gotten caught in her hair. She squeezed, crushing the chunk and tossing the splinters aside. With her attention still half on the fight she drifted past the door and its barrier couch to stand before a whole window and look out, keeping the fight behind her as a reflection but the view before her as her main interest. Men were so funny with their macho battles.

Octavious slid closer to Castle as well, his arms snaking through the air like cobras. He glanced over as Virago moved to the window, then turned his attention back to Castle.
