She looked back at one of the vampire boys, one of the first ones they had met. She frowned; it seemed he wasn't going to follow them. She decided not to press the issue. She fell behind, letting Vandal lead but keeping hold of his hand still....

Sophitia pouted again, whispering so only he would hear her. "I....I was trying to protect you! You should be thanking me, not teasing me!" Her face was a crimson red, but still she tried to convince him.

Sally watched Vandle and Sophitia talk ahead of her and stifled a laugh. Watching this was incredibly amusing, but she didn't really want to remind them that she was there. The poor girl was obviously flustered enough as it was.

Sophitia sighed. She knew there was no getting past Vandal's mind reading. And, her mind wasn't exactly 'clear' at the moment. She whispered to him again. "We will......discuss it later. When it's just you and me." She looked at him with pleading eyes. "Deal?"

Brodix lazily tagged along behind. He already knew where they were going as he had been to the building before. It was where the vampire drug the girl by the wrist the first time he saw them. He stayed to the back of the group, watching everyone.... Studying them.... Learning as much as he could about each of them simply through their demeanors. Using the monocle over his right eye, he could easily see the structure they were going to up ahead in the distance.

She twisted her mouth, a mix between a pout and a smile. "Okay....I promise." She let go of her pride and smiled at him. "Looks like we've got a good group here," she said to him, squeezing his hand.

Sophitia nodded frantically. They were almost to his place and she was eager to discuss things with the others. Secretly, she was beaming at the possibility of having a real LIVE female friend.

Vandal opened the door to his place, ushered the others in and told them to hold on. Then pulled Sophitia aside. "We are alone, you owe me an explanation."

Her face was red again. Vandal had that effect on her. She fumbled with her words. "Well.....I just....I didn't want you to get in trouble for my mistake." She frowned, folding her hands together. "I'm sorry if what I said....upset you."
