Logan watched the girl curiously as she bowed. He was so used to his students acting as normal teenage students would, that an act of that formality was a bit refreshing. He smiled at the girl in recognition before he was about to move on about his business. He had planned on going back to his own room and putting his lab coat away. However, when the girl mentioned the lab department for the sciences, he stopped. He couldn't help but beam, if only slightly, at her question.
"If you don't mind my intrusion, Miss Lisa, I am a biology teacher here. I would love to show you around if it is permitted," he said, speaking mostly to Akido, but directing his question towards Lisa.

Lisa laughed and shrugged, "Of course not, I'm glad to see that Akido has an interest in science. You may take her away dear Logan." She bowed out gracefully and walked back in the school, "My, my Eve where did you find such a beautiful cat?"
"He was sitting next to the wall and I couldn't resist." She kissed the top of his head and went back to petting him, her hand going down the full length of his back before starting at his head again, "I just love his feet, ears, and tail. But I thought he was your cat ma'am."
Lisa smiled at what she knew but didn't expose, "No my dear, he must belong to a student. I believe Damian brought a cat but I'm positive that he wouldn't mind." She smiled as she left the room and went to her office where she sat back in the chair and put her legs on the table.
Liza put the picture down with it facing the desk and walked out of her office. Bear had fallen asleep in his bed and Liza needed a cigarette. She walked outside the doors to the beautiful wilderness and lit up a Kool.
Luna shrugged, "I don't know thats why I asked you dummy." She sighed and watched Lisa walk away, she would have been a tiny bit more relaxed but she was still in jaguar form and there was still that teacher standing there.

When she wasn't immediately exposed, Akido let some of the worry slide away. She was through the gates, this wasn't a trap and just maybe it would be a good time for the next year or so. She was letting others believe she was 19 years old and that was the cut off age and she didn't know how long Lisa would tolerate her. Giving Lisa a small smile and a bow she turned to the teacher, "I would be honored to have an opportunity to look around and see what this school has to offer." Of course she would have to let him lead the way since she had never actually been inside the school but Biology was fun. It was an inner look at what made people tick. Healing people was a power she enjoyed though the counter part was cruel.

Waking up sometime later Isil sat up dizzily looking around noticing that it was night time his senses became alert rather quickly,standing he thinks to himself"mabey laying down wasnt the best idea......right now i should probably go back to the school."looking back at the place he was held captive he runs back to the school as fast as he could stoping by the door he trys his best to keep quiet by taking off his shoes and trying to sneak back to his room that was on the second floor giving every corner of the room shifty eyes ninja isil tiptoes over to the stair case putting a toe on the first step he slowly lays the rest of his foot only to have it creak showing the highest sense of shock splatered across his face eek he begins running of the stairs and ends up slaming the door behind him sitting against the door his only thought is".....CRAP IM SO SCFREWED!!

As Kat sat under the waterfall, at last it was two much. Giving a slight twitch, Luke exploded into white fur, though this time his hair seemed tipped with blue. For a few seconds he simply stood there, or should I say sank. It wasn't until he noticed his feet no longer touched the bottom, that he realized what had occurred. Mentally he swore before dog paddling to the edge and running off. Though it would likely go unnoticed, The water that dripped off his fur coat froze when it hit the ground.
Luke definitely didn't notice, at the moment to busy running through the halls. He REALLY hated when this happened. Especially since he never knew exactly when he would return to normal. Running passed the lobby, Luke suddenly skidded to a completely halt. Lifting up his head he sniffed the air and started heading towards the door Someone new is here...
Xavier yawned slightly, finding himself rubbing his eyes after a moment. A usual habit after waking up. He sighed and leaned against a wall, his gaze trailing to the place where the ceiling and wall met on the opposite side of the hall. He'd slowly lost his interest in this school. Perhaps it was time to move on from this place...
Lucifer laughed slightly as he passed the cages in his lab. Not the ones of his latest experiments; but the ones containing his 'future projects'. The animals backed away, shivering in terror at what this man had done to their kin. Others growled and roared, desiring freedom, and perhaps revenge. He laughed again "Yes. Hate me, loathe me, let the darkest emotions envelope your mind. Then, once your mind is complete, we'll do the same to your bodies!" Lucifer laughed sadistically for a moment before he walked through a door, slamming it closed behind him.
Lucifer, like Liza, was one of the few with his own private office. His of course was sound proofed due to the nature of some of his experiments. The entire room was set in a European style. One which matched Lucifer's gentlemanly exterior perfectly. The keys clicked rapidly as Lucifer sat in front of his computer, preparing a program for his latest 'torture device' as his assistance frequently referred to them as.

Kat frowned a lot when Luke left in the shape of a wolf but she still sat under the waterfall and enjoyed the hot water bouncing on her head. She wondered where he was going and then her mind wondered to her mother and her apparent twin. Curiosity always killed the cat, but it wouldn't kill this Kat... right?
Apparently not, because Kat climbed out of the hot springs and ran to her room where she pulled on a pair of black jeans and a black tank top that beared a picture of a cat in silver. She walked out the front door and eventually got to the mountains they left where she saw Liza smoking, "Well now I can definately tell your not my mum."
Liza turned around till she was facing Kat, "We're twins not dopplegangers. What do you want?"
Kat shrugged, "Just wanted to varify your my mum's twin and not a mutant acting human."
"Considering what happened between me and Lisa I'm not too fond of mutants. I thought mutants didn't like that word anyway?"
"Mum doesn't, I don't care. What happened?"
Liza gave a quick overview of how she dated Lucas first and Lisa, who had been kicked out of the house for being a mutantm managed to somehow steal him away. Liza never forgave her sister and over time learned that she should do experiments to find out more about mutants.
Kat nodded and said hmm at the right time, "Well did you ever think that maybe dad just loved my mum's personality more than your own?"
Liza shrugged, "Did you ever think that your mum could have used her mind powers to tell him that he loved her more than me. Or loved her at all?"
Kat's mouth dropped, "Excuse me but she can only read minds not alter them."
"As far as you know."
Kat turned on her heels to go back to the school, but before she did she made sure to have the last word, "If she could alter minds wouldn't you think she'd use it on your parents so she could have stay in a home rather than the streets." She eventually made it back to the school but the whole time she couldn't get over Liza saying could her mother alter minds. She went back to the cafeteria and ordered a slice of cheese pizza with a coke. Sitting down she munched on it still thinking.
Liza put her cigarette out and made her way back into the base. She went to her office again and picked up the photo, "What am I suppose to do?" Kat had just made her re-think her whole idea of hating her twin.

Damian was a bit surprised at first at the sudden attention, but slowly relaxed into it. He began to purr softly as he felt the girl's warm hands stroking against his fur. It had been a while since he had been petted. Well, that much was obvious since he hadn't gone into his cat form in a while either.
He heard Lisa come up and speak to Pandora. His ears perked up as she spoke and he listened to her. He was a cat now as far as Pandora knew. Not Damian the wereling. He found it interesting and would have corrected her assumption right away, but found that he enjoyed her attention too much. Cole stared down at Luna, his body slowly turning back to his normal, non-shadow, human form starting from his feet and moving up. He swung his head to the side lightly to get some of his dark hair out of his face.
"We already were at the pool earlier today....is there anywhere else you want to check out?" he asked, out of ideas for anything they could do.
Logan smiled to Lisa before looking back over to the new girl.
"It would be a pleasure," he said, waving his arm lightly, beckoning her to follow him. He turned and began walking back towards the hall he had come from. He reached down to his belt and unhooked a small ring of keys there, shifting through them to find the one that unlocked his room. Once he found it, he held onto it solely, letting the rest of the keys dangle down on the ring.
He realized that he didn't know the girl's name nor had he told her his own.
"Oh, excuse me, I haven't introduced myself yet," he began, looking back over to the girl. "My name is Logan, though most of the students know me as Mr. Sykes."

Following him, Akido ran a hand through her hair being sure to stop where the glamour showed her hair stopped. In reality it flowed down to her ankles in a deep black. Not the short faded black she showed the world. It was the perfect disguise for it was nothing like her true self. Following him in silence she watched as he unlocked the door doing her best to walk in a more human dampening the grace of her kind. Having various jobs over the years she had grown accustomed to being among them but in the past few years she had been away from them choosing to living alone. As he spoke she was pulled from her thoughts as she remembered they didn't use titles as she did. "It's a pleasure to meet you Professor. My name is Akido Watson." A lesser bow for this introduction she hoped he didn't mind to terrible at being called Logan for she was more likely to remember him that way instead of Mr. Sykes. "I was curious what elements of Biology are covered within the school? Is it mere the human and animal portion or has it been branched out to cover that of others?"

Evening picked the cat up by it's armpits and looked into his green eyes, "I like you. I'll call you Mr. Catz." She put him back on her lap and returned to petting him, "After a cat in one of my favorite series, The Sophie Katz Series, along with my favorite quote, 'Thats why I like you Mr. Catz, your nonconformalist and it's perfectly legal for me to chop your balls off.'" She smirked to her self and leaned her head back again the back of the chair, still petting the cat, "Besides, I don't think your a power-being... You might belong to one and I hope he wouldn't mind, but I don't think you are."

Logan was busy with his keys when Akido spoke, but he listened intently nonetheless. A click was emitted from the door as the key turned in it's lock. He grabbed hold of the doorknob and turned, pushing the door open as he did so. As it opened, he looked back up to the girl.
"You question intrigues me. What other kind of biology are you questioning?" he said, more of a statement than a question. "Yes, we mostly study human and animal biology, but there are the rare chances to study other....creatures, if you will. But chances like those are few and far between." At that, he stepped into the classroom, flipping the light switch to the 'on' position. The lights flickered to life and lit up the room with a welcoming glow.
It was a typical classroom, for the most part. There was a large board towards the front, just behind a counter-like desk were a tall, cushioned chair sat. There was a computer next to the main desk with rows of smaller desks in front of it. Behind the desks were cabinets filled with beakers and other things of the like.
Towards the back of the room was a large area filled with tall counters with sinks in them.
"This is my classroom," he said, making a sweeping motion with his arm. "Back there is the lab. I let the students do experiments on their own back there sometimes. I find the best way to learn is to experience."
His eyes wandered to a row of cabinets that stuck out of the wall just above another extra row of sinks.
"We touch on a bit of chemistry too," he added, looking back to Akido. Damian couldn't help but shudder at the girl's quote.
'Oh please...' he thought to himself. 'I hope your not one of /those/ kinds...'
He couldn't help but find the name Mr. Catz a bit amusing, if not completely uncreative. He would have snickered a bit if it wasn't for his current form. Snickering as a cat tended to sound like one was trying to cough up a hairball, so he kept it to himself.
He let out a quiet mew as he rubbed the top of his head against the girl's chest. He wondered what she would do if she found out that he wasn't actually a cat per se? No matter his curiosity, he wasn't about to find out.

Examining the room she was impressed both by the teacher as well as the lab. Most people were put off by the appearance she kept assuming the worst and avoiding her, he hadn't commented which was a greater skill than many had. The lab itself was better than she had anticipated. The school had no obvious funding other than the owners and yet it was better than many school systems or even colleges seemed able to afford, it was a pleasant surprise. In response to his first question she spoke easily but with delicate phrasing since her people could not outright lie, "I was once able to observe a study in which a lab had a weretiger that had passed on within the group. We were allowed the privilege but I am afraid finding anyone who has access to research of," she paused searching for the most polite term, "those with alternate forms has been limited at best. Even among hospitals many still refuse to believe the truth when it is staring them in the face so proper testing is never done."
Running a hand across the tables as she walked past them, her eyes missed nothing though she was tempted to run forward to see everything but her speed would mark as something not human and she didn't want to spread word of any more of her powers than she had too. Patience was a virtue but keeping it was irritating. "Are dissections permitted within the biology lab?" Many people never thought to ask but she had become curious when he said experience was the best way to learn. Examining things her voice was almost distant as she spoke with the unidentifiable accent.

Logan nodded his head slowly at her question, moving instinctively over to his desk. He didn't pull the chair out, he only leaned his body over and rested his arms on the top of the counter. He was almost bent completely because of his height as he watched Akido examine the room.
"Yes, we do dissections sometimes. But our specimens are few. So..." he explained, a smirk spreading across his face, "I let the students use me as an...experiment of sorts."
He brought his one good eye up to look at Akido before he straightened his back up. He stood his full height and moved out from behind his desk so that he could stand in front of it.
"You see, my 'ability', if you will, helps a lot with my profession," he continued to explain, stretching his arms out in front of him. He bent his shoulders back before letting his arms swing back down to his sides. "After all, how many teachers do you know that can do this?" He held his right arm out in front of him, bent at the elbow for a moment, before a loud 'snap' was heard. His arm, past the elbow, seemed to have detached itself from the rest of his arm as it suddenly fell limply in front of him. His face took on a look of either concentration or pain, or both. A small lump appeared just below his elbow for only a short moment before the bone from his lower arm pushed it's way out of his skin. He brought his left arm up and caught the bone in the air, letting his other arm, or what was left of it, fall limply beside him.
The area where the bone had punctured the skin began to heal itself rather rapidly as the bone in his arm regenerated itself.
There was a smile on his face, once again, as he held his bone in his hand.
"Makes for an interesting lecture, that's for sure," he said.

Her expression had been carefully neutral as she examined the lab until she the pop and he had her full attention. Thankfully for her he was concentrating else as a shimmer ran across her glamour as that was the only thing to keep her from physically glowing from excitement and just left her appearing with a human glow of joy in her eyes. Moving a bit faster than she meant to back to the front desk she watched with a smile that could out last a child on Christmas as the bone came out. Looking at the gleaming white bone a horrible thought crossed her mind before she pushed it away, could he heal himself if she used her power against him? Burring the thought deep a bit of her true self made it through her voice and the glamour throwing off the implacable accent with a stranger edge to it. This was supposed to be a sanctuary and she hoped it would be so and yet at the moment she couldn't decide if letting her guard down was foolish or just natural after hiding so long. " Tha's amazing!" she said enthusiastically, "Can you continue to manipulate it once it's out of the body? How many bones can you do at a time?" Personal questions were taboo among her people unless volunteered first, maybe she had spent to much time among humans, her curiosity had never been easily sated but she was expected to hide it better. Looking at the bone she indicated it, "Can I?" she asked wondering if she could hold the bone.

Both the new student, and professor Logan would hear a bark coming from down the hall, followed by a trailing howl. Then Luke made a dash, head first into the classroom! Without stopping for even an instant he moved to tackle Akido, licking her cheek when they hit the floor. Then for a moment he sat on her, giving the closest thing to a grin a wolf was capable of, his tail wagging back and forth like a dog with a new toy. Actually, for Luke this was pretty close; after all, Akido was new and interesting!
Trotting off the young girl, he moved over to the bone on the desk and took it between his teeth. Then he simply began chewing on it like most canines would be compelled. Wonder what she'd think if she knew I wasn't really a wolf?....ah well, good source of calcium...

Akido turned her head questioningly at the door before she was tackled by the large animal but thanks to the glamour hit the floor a bit softer than she would have normally and then it licked her. Glamour was only an illusion so what the wolf touched was her own skin, smooth and cold like marble. "Blegh!." she stated sitting up when it got off her she wiped her cheek with the back of her hand watching as it took the bone and started to chew on it, she had seen worse but it was annoying even if she couldn't find the means to be mad at something fuzzy with a tail and she tried to keep the laughter from her voice as she got up to snatch at the bone in as close to human speed as she could manage. Being a fae sucked sometime but lived, "Hey I wanted to see that without it looking like a dogs dinner!" Speaking to the wolf she didn't think it was a were the last one she had seen had been larger so she treated him like an animal. Looking at him, "Where's a newspaper when you need one." With her hands on her hips she wasn't angry at him but she was serious about the bone. The fact she could heal it was beyond the point.
